Unfortunately, the bathroom wasnt not very clean. There was a blob of cut hair under the bathroom sink, rusty bobbypins on the shower floor and throughout the room...the tub had mems hair in it arouns the drain, only 1 mig in room and it was dirty i had to call room service for 2 clean cups and we were told the safe did not work. The area was very pretty and well kept but i was disappointed with the cleaning service prior to arriving.

The restaurant was always full, so we ate at the bar - very good food, drinks & staff. We should have made reservations before we arrived. Only down side was carrying luggage up 1/2 flight of stairs for the first floor.

Property is beautiful and well maintained. We booked last minute and regretfully ended up in the basement part of the hotel. Although great effort has been done to make the rooms comfortable, personally I did not care from the dungeon feel. Our room was very clean and we did sleep comfortably. The restaurant was very good, and even though we were unable to get a reservation on the dinning room, the service by the bar tables was excellent. The grounds are beautifully maintained, loved the gardens. Breakfast is served on the cafe/bakery and was surprisingly plentiful and delicious. We look forward to visiting again, this time planning ahead.

We came for a family recharge and had a blast- nice room, great staff, lovely pool and with a restaurant on site, made for an easy evening. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Overall this is a clean property with a very friendly staff. The pool area was pretty and well-maintained. We didn’t enjoy the “basement” style rooms we were assigned and the hallways around those rooms had a musty smell.

The property was very nice. The front desk staff and wait staff was excellent. The room was a big disappointment. It was very dark even though it had five lamps and a chandelier. Hated the fact the bathroom door was a half size (from my neck to my knees). The shower floor was uneven, and there was no light in the shower. The room had a coffee maker, but no coffee in the room. Managed to find a housekeeper to get coffee (which I got), but she did not speak English. There was no maid/housekeeping service. Also, the faucet in the bathroom leaked. The room was clean and comfortable, but all the negatives took away from it.

Property was amazing, beautiful, strikingly decorated with fine furnishings and antiques. Staff was professional and helpful. My only concern would be in our bath room 517, there was some water damage and a little mold on the fan to the right side of the toilet. This was a very small concern and we would definitely return. In fact, we’ve been to the Inn four times.

We have stayed here multiple times before. It is convenient to surrounding areas and the food at the restaurant is very good. Staff very attentive. Pool water could have been cleaner. The Cafe is always to busy to just pick up a hot tea. I am a tea drinker and using the machines in the rooms always tastes like coffee. I remember when coffee and hot water dispensers were by the restaurant and then in the check in area. Rooms very spacious. Always love coming to the Inn!

Wow- stunning property, spacious super clean rooms with a blend of tradition and modern conveniences. Beautifully kept grounds and buildings too. Bathroom is spotless and luxurious. Definitely lovely, just wish breakfast was included!

Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Room was very well furnished and decorated. AC was not working properly and I was not aware that room access was a very steep set of stairs. Having had knee replacement recently the stairs were not a good fit. Breakfast/coffee cafe was good but pricey.

The property is beautiful and well renovated for an old farm, but the air conditioning did not work well in the rooms, even after the staff switched us to another room. AC worked great in the hallway but not in the two rooms we had at least. I would definitely come back, but not in the Summer.

Property was well maintained. Staff was friendly. We were not crazy about our room in the basement of the Lancaster house. It was clean but dark and cold. Definitely loved our room on last visit that was ground level.

We were unexpectedly upgraded, and it was a fantastic surprise. Our suite was absolutely lovely. And comfortable. I hope to come back and stay at The in at Leona Village again. When we arrived, we were greeted by a young gentleman, kindly accompanied us to our suite, and they gave us a quick tour of the grounds. I am sorry that I forgot his name but he was very tall and handsome.

We were unexpectedly upgraded, and it was a fantastic surprise. Our suite was absolutely lovely. And comfortable. I hope to come back and stay at The in at Leona Village again. When we arrived, we were greeted by a young gentleman, kindly accompanied us to our suite, and they gave us a quick tour of the grounds. The hotel was beautiful and so was our room, but…the walls are so thin that we heard the man in the next room yawning, and on the other side having a conversation on the phone.

I booked a club room for one night for a special birthday trip. It was a wonderful check in and surprise “upgrade” to a whirlpool room in the renovated barn. The pool area was lovely. The dinner in the restaurant was lovely.The problem is that this suite has thin walls. The rest of the evening was Motel 6. I could hear EVERYTHING in adjacent room. At 3 am the man in the next room was on the phone for an hour or more. I called the front desk to complain. Their response was unacceptable.”You can leave if you want” Where was I supposed to go at 4 am.

Originally I viewed 3 hotels and now I know I made a PERFECT choice! The location, the beauty, the charm and an AMAZING staff made my vacation wonderful. The rooms , grounds and garden were beautiful! The staff were welcoming and made you feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again.

Area is nice but my biggest issue was that my room was left open after it was cleaned and when I told the front desk, they brushed it off as though it was a minor issue.

At 3 am the man in the next room was on the phone for an hour or more. I called the front desk to complain. Their response was unacceptable.”You can leave if you want” Where was I supposed to go at 4 am.

I booked a club room for one night for a special birthday trip. It was a wonderful check in and surprise “upgrade” to a whirlpool room in the renovated barn. The pool area was lovely. We have stayed here multiple times before. It is convenient to surrounding areas and the food at the restaurant is very good. Staff very attentive. Pool water could have been cleaner. The Cafe is always to busy to just pick up a hot tea. I am a tea drinker and using the machines in the rooms always tastes like coffee. I remember when coffee and hot water dispensers were by the restaurant and then in the check in area. Rooms very spacious. Always love coming to the Inn!

The only criticizes I have are the walls are thin and you can hear other rooms as well as people in the hallway - VERY CLEARLY - and you are far from the downtown area where all the fun is. The staff is very efficient responding to concerns and the place is gorgeous - but those are drawbacks. Clean - beautiful - and professional staff - huge plus. Also the price - for what you are getting - fantastic.

Lovely room with comfy sitting area and small kitchenette. Staff were friendly and helpful. I love the cozy living room feel of the lobby. Within convenient reach of Lancaster attractions. I had a nice stay!

It’s an elegant-casual extremely handsome Inn. The rooms are quite large, ours had two oversized comfy arm chairs where we spent hours talking. Beds were awesome. The grounds had a walking path that we enjoyed on a sunny March day. And the restaurant served up some delectable Halibut for dinner. We had a 10 star getaway! Can’t wait to go again.

We have stayed at The Inn at Leola Village several times over the past year or so and have had an excellent stay each time. Staff are always helpful and professional. Rooms have always surpassed our expectations. We have also eaten at the onsite restaurant Osteria Avanti which is also very good.

The restaurant was always full, so we ate at the bar - very good food, drinks & staff. We should have made reservations before we arrived. Only down side was carrying luggage up 1/2 flight of stairs for the first floor.

Property is beautiful and well maintained. We booked last minute and regretfully ended up in the basement part of the hotel. Although great effort has been done to make the rooms comfortable, personally I did not care from the dungeon feel. Our room was very clean and we did sleep comfortably. The restaurant was very good, and even though we were unable to get a reservation on the dinning room, the service by the bar tables was excellent. The grounds are beautifully maintained, loved the gardens. Breakfast is served on the cafe/bakery and was surprisingly plentiful and delicious. We look forward to visiting again, this time planning ahead.

This is a lovely property, located within easy driving distance of Litiz and Lancaster. We stayed during a weekend while a number of weddings were going on, and we didn't hear or notice them at all. The room was comfortable, the fitness center was spacious, and we liked the on-site restaurant and cafe. All staff we interacted with (reception, spa, restaurant, cafe) were friendly and professional. My only gripe is that in the building that our room was in, the bathroom's walls went only halfway up to the admittedly very tall ceiling - so it was only private, um, visually, but not in the other ways. Without this architectural detail this would definitely be five stars, but I was splitting the room with a friend, and it was a little awkward.

Hotel was immaculate. The grounds were so colorful with the beautiful flowers around the property. Staff was outstanding and the rooms were very clean. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon for another visit.

First stay at the inn. Place is very nice. The rooms are interesting. It goes from big cottage like rooms to barn style. We were originally in the yellow building We were a bit shocked that the room was in the basement but the weird part was our bathroom door was not solid and need I say more. I did bring the concern to the front desk and they changed us immediately. They were super nice. We ate at the restaurant on site. Food was great and staff was extremely helpful. The only complaint was the counter lady at the coffee shop. She seemed to be a bit overwhelmed one morning. Making comments like looks like everyone got up at the same time. lol. She was a bit rude as well. That’s the only reason I gave the place a 4 out if 5 stars. I would definitely stay there again.
