We had issues during our stay that were never reported to management, such as a pipe banging on the wall next to the beds all the time that made it impossible to sleep. Because it was graduation weekend, they couldn't move us to another room early in our stay, but there were clearly rooms available other nights and they never offered us another room and they only offered a refund for 10% of what we paid. The past night of the stay, something really sketchy was happening with the utility room the banging was coming from. Overall, I would really only pay like $129 a night max to stay here as a last resort. For $1800 for three days, it was an extreme rip off. They clearly gave us the worst room in the entire hotel (literally surrounded on two walls and also below us with noisy utility rooms) even though we booked so far in advance and paid so much. It's honestly shameful. They refused to give an appropriate refund or try to change the room, even though the front desk guys was showing available rooms to someone else when we checked in.
