I would not stay here again. The room had a strong musty odor, similar to laundry that had been left sitting in a washing machine for a week. The stairwells smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, making it unpleasant to come and go from the room. The walls were extremely thin. We could clearly hear conversations from the room next door, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. Each evening, the parking lot was filled with construction workers congregating around their trucks drinking beer. At times, a woman would arrive and go from group to group soliciting. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests. Most of the other hotel guests appeared to be parents helping their students move into college, meaning they were likely first-time visitors who would not be returning. By morning, the construction crews had left, but the parking lot was littered with cigarette butts. The breakfast offerings were also very sparse, with limited selection and not much available compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, the property felt poorly maintained, noisy, and unwelcoming. There are better options available just not as close to the UMass, Smith, Amherst, or Mt. Holyoke campuses. Next time I will drive 15 minutes further to stay elsewhere.

This motel (I don’t wanna call it hotel) tried to renovated, at least is not filthy dirty. If you get drunk in Northhampton and nowhere to go, then go just for one night. Sleep, take a shower, then immediately get out. Otherwise I can’t recomand this property. However, staff is extremely nice. They should work in 5 stars hotel.

The space was overpriced and dirty, the rug/ floor look like it was never cleaned. And the TV/internet was bad...lots of " long term renters" hanging out in front of your room. But, the Bed was descent.
