Renaissance ClubSport Aliso Viejo Laguna Beach Hotel

Check in person was excellent. Our room was not yet ready when we arrived. She patiently looked for accommodation options to try to provide us an upper level room. She held our luggage while we enjoyed the pool, and when our room was ready - she upgraded us to an Executive Suite! Whole stay was awesome. The pool, locker room, and pool staff were also exceptional.

The staff was friendly but not as accommodating for service had to ask for things three or two times. The room was clean and had a good layout. the hot tub was enjoyable

Someone keyed my brand new car in their parking structure for absolutely no reason and there’s no surveillance and impossible to find who did it. I’ll never stay here again!
