We enjoyed the house and layout was perfect for our group. It was record temps for May and the house was comfortable and the walkway around the lake was perfect for morning walks. Everything we needed for meal prep was there and the best grocery H.E.B. was close by. The community pool was perfect place to unwind and kids played. We had small fire in pit for S’more with grandchildren. Nick was responsive to our questions.. everyone commented that beds were so comfortable.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. The owner responded quickly and went out of the way with our requests. The checkin didn't go smooth, but he showed up quickly to replace batteries. The porch was not as organized as we expected, though, it was too hot to spend time out there. The lake near by was an excellent way to get out and go walking on the trail in the morning or in the late evenings. The size of the house was perfect. We had a wedding and it worked out for exactly the number of folks we had. After the wedding, the house was perfectly located to head out to Dripping Springs, Lake Travis, Fredericksburg, downtown Austin and San Antonio. Access to non-tolls roads are everywhere making it easy to visit all these different places. All the stores you need near by. Great restaurants near by. We would definitely stay again when in Austin.

We really enjoyed our stay in Austin. It truly was a home away from home. After a day of sightseeing it was wonderful to relax and enjoy being together. We enjoyed the community pool, early morning walks around the lake. When I return to Austin to visit my son I will try to book this property. Lillie

Right next to the lake. We had great time taking walks through the accessible parts. The home was very well organized. Nick was very responsive and he was eager to get our choices of soap and shampoo. They don’t keep stock because visitors have particular choice. Will definitely visit again

The house was perfect for our large group. With king size beds in two rooms, a queen in one, and bunk beds in another there were plenty of comfortable sleeping places. The large open kitchen, dining, and living room was great for visiting and sharing meals together. The gas grill on the back patio was great for grilling our burgers one evening and chicken the next. It was a short walk to get to the lake and the beautiful walking trails along it. Definitely a place to consider if you are staying in the Austin area.

We were here for a family funeral. The home was beautiful, spacious, In a very nice area . Only negative which were miner, garbage can was half full upon arrival and a broken towel rack in master bathroom, no place to hang your towel for easy access when getting out of shower. Overall a beautiful home. I would definitely rent again.

Property was just as advertised. We had a great stay. Would have given 5 stars overall, but we had an issue with the satellite TV upon arrival. Nick came right over and fixed it. But then there was a fuse out on the microwave. Nick said he would come back to fix it. But he never came back. Luckily we really did not need to use it. But would have assumed everything would have been checked before we got there. Otherwise the property was well worth the money.

Their were dog hairs in house,and oder. Trash left under sink. Drawers had condiments left by others,plus food left in refrig. The house is nice,but not maintained well.

We work video at the rodeo in Austin and spend about 20 days on the project each year. This property is easily the best we have had in the last 5 years. The property is clean, well maintained and the owner was easily accessable if needed. It is just 20 minutes to the arena, close to shopping, dinning and easy access to the freeways so getting anywhere in the Austin Area is easy.

The Pflugerville house was perfect for our stay. It is very roomy and well-appointed. My only suggestion is to have body wash in the bathrooms or suggest that guests bring their own.

The rooms were arranged nicely. Lots of options for sleeping. Close to the wedding in Hutto. Could have had better cooking utensils & kitchen/bathroom towels and cloths. Supplies for dish washer and washing machine were greatly appreciated. We are a family of 5 & needed to wash towels several times during stay. Living space was good for visiting.

This house had everything we needed and more. The location was great. The neighborhood was great. The wild rabbits in the neighborhood and back yard are a sight to see. The lake near by was an excellent way to get out and go walking on the trail in the morning or in the late evenings. The size of the house was perfect. We had a wedding and it worked out for exactly the number of folks we had. After the wedding, the house was perfectly located to head out to Dripping Springs, Lake Travis, Fredericksburg, downtown Austin and San Antonio. Access to non-tolls roads are everywhere making it easy to visit all these different places. All the stores you need near by. Great restaurants near by. We would definitely stay again when in Austin.

We really enjoyed our stay, this property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was clean and well furnished. The location to shopping, restaurants and entertainment was the very best.

The house was bigger than the pictures. The backyard was nice and relaxing. Less than 10 minutes from HEB and really close to the lake.

We work video at the rodeo in Austin and spend about 20 days on the project each year. This property is easily the best we have had in the last 5 years. The property is clean, well maintained and the owner was easily accessable if needed. It is just 20 minutes to the arena, close to shopping, dinning and easy access to the freeways so getting anywhere in the Austin Area is easy.

This house had everything we needed and more. The location was great. The neighborhood was great. The wild rabbits in the neighborhood and back yard are a sight to see. Nick was promptly available for all our needs. My family enjoyed this stay. Whenever in the area again we will most definitely stay here again. Thank you Nick.

When I arrived, the pile of trash was at the curb. There was a dead bird, and the front door and house lighting were too dim throughout the entire place. The master bathroom only had 2 out of 4 lights working, and the microwave DO NOT WORK!!

Good-sized house with enough room for us - plenty of room in the kitchen, large dining area and living room, large bedrooms. The host communicated multiple times answering our questions and offered to be available any time. A list of instructions was posted that proved helpful. The location was good for our needs on this trip.

This house had the perfect configuration for our family with the four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The host, Nick, was good at communications. The only real complaint we had was feeling rushed to check out. Although the host had agreed to a later than 11am checkout, the housekeeper was parked at the curb waiting to come in. She hadn’t been informed of the extended check out time. We rushed to get our vehicles packed with all of our suitcases, food and Christmas gifts. We were out of the house by 11:25.
