Hotel situé à 2 kms sur voie très passante et bruyante. Ne pas traverser ! Nécessité d’avoir un moyen de locomotion pour aller à Karon ou Patong Beach. Etre en bonne forme physique pour acceder aux logements (terrain très abrupte). Des placards seraient les bienvenus dans la chambre et la SdB. Tres mauvaise réception TV. Couchage de très bonne qualité. Tres belle piscine avec beaux sunsets. Personnel tres agreable.

Ligger smukt på toppen af bakken . Men umuligt at komme nogle steder uden tuk tuk . Der skulle være shuttlebusser til stranden men det var sparet væk efter COVID-19 . Pool området er så forfaldent .Både det øverste men især det nederste , der er absolut ingen rengøring af området , det var fuldt af fugkeklatter på solsengene som iøvrigt var ved at skvatte sammen . Men dejlig udsigt i morgenmads restauranten og sødt personale .

It was ok. The photos were nicer than the real facility. Pool was dirty and has cracked on some parts. Hard to walk up and down the hill but they have guess motor cars to drop off and pick up from the room. However, we waited quite long for them to pick us up when we checked out. Food was just ok. Not many options to choose. The view at the restaurant was amazing.

I’d give it 3.5 star so keep your expectations in tact. The gym; forget about it … it’s garbage! Breakfast is ok but too busy. The restaurant has a beautiful view though. The one bedrooms are on the other side of the highway but they have transportation non-stop.

Wow! Definitely returning back here in future! View’s overlooking are simply breathtaking and sunsets from infinity pool fantastic and the restaurant views looking to Karon beach at night are dazzling with buzzing lights etc

Everything was great except they didn’t have a spa hot tub. they had some construction on at the pool area. The breakfast was so so. The staff was great and the location and views were excellent.

The property description on Expedia is a total lie, 4 min walk to beach is more like a hour plus, if you don't get killed on the very busy 4 lane highway with no sidewalk, also restaurant is across this highway, you better be in good shape to walk to your room, everywhere is on a very steep incline, no staff are the least bit helpful, rooms are very run down, construction all over he place, just avoid this place at all cost.

The location in Expedia is WRONG! It is 45 minutes walk to the beach (down a busy highway with no sidewalk) not 4 minutes away like the Expedia website claims. I called Expedia and they said it is "correct" even though it shows the wrong location in the map and lists that it is close to dining options which it is not. Other than the location being 45 minutes away from the promised location... It was a terrible experience. The beds are uncomfortable, the breakfast was stale with flies, the lunch and dinner are expensive and underwhelming, there is only one shuttle to the beach per day one way... So we ended up spending over $200 in taxies and food. The clothes washing services are 3x more expensive than in town and then it smells moldy so that we couldn't wear the "clean"clothes. (The washed bath and beach towels also smell moldy every day as well). If the resort felt like a 2 star resort... There was no counter space in the bathroom and they wouldn't bring us extra toilet paper until we completely ran out. The AC smells bad and takes a very long time to get going to be cold. Really needs renovation. The location is on a cliff... So walking is not an option... If you are unlucky enough to be across the street as we were... You have to call the front desk to send you a shuttle even just for breakfast which was horrible. I asked for my money back on day 1 and was denied because they say it's the right location even though they admitted that it shows up wrong on the web.

Great location, great facilities... However, you often see up to 6 members of staff behind the reception desk, doing what? Try cleaning up the pool area, pick up leaves.. Poorly run, dirty pool area, and seems to be going to ruin. Dreadful wifi...

Läget är fantastiskt, mitt emellan Patong och Karon. Hotellet är gammalt och slitet. Renovering behövs om man vill hålla den klass man utgör sig vara i. Personalen i receptionen var näst intill inkompetent, dessutom lättirriterade och fräste till många gäster. Rummet var bra, vi bodde i junior suit. Jaccusin på balkongen var underbar. Enda negativa var fransiga trasig handdukar och tråkig inredning för att vara en suit. Restaurangen var mycket bra, med bra mat, fin utsikt, bra service och humana priser. Hotellets MC uthyrningen var under all kritik, vad gäller tillgång och bokning. Återigen beroende på personal problem. Kommunikationen med hotellet före ankomst var mycket dålig. Mail svarade dem inte alls på, och via facebook långsam och med dåliga, otydliga svar. Dock fungerade bokning av transfer perfekt.

The first room was very dirty. The beds were stained and there were marks on the toilet seat. There were insects at the sink, and the lights in the bathroom were very dim. The trash cans smelled of smoke and were black. Then we received an upgrade. This room was in better condition, but it still had an unpleasant smell. The beds were stained again. The electrical outlets were very loose, making it impossible to fully charge devices.

It has a view that is breathtaking, the resort as well is very beautiful. The reception staff is very polite, but apart of this they need to change a lot of things to be the best. The cleanliness of the room and the pool is very poor, maybe is better to hire more people cause there was only one housekeeper going up and down through all the resort. The breakfast service as well needs to be changed, no European choices at all. Most of the things were noodles and in a morning we also found bolognese pasta that was there. If maybe they focus more on those things can succeed.

Posizione pessima, lontana da qualsiasi cosa. Ogni volta ache attraversavi la strada rischiavi la vita. Pulizia pessima, asciugamani macchiate di sangue e lenzuola sporche. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato il posacenere pieno di cicche e non lo hanno mail pulito. Non lo consiglio

I didn’t think you could go wrong with accommodation in Thailand, but I was so wrong what a horrible place to stay and management was horrible to deal with, my concerns went through one ear and out through the other and they talked down to me, which is not on. The rooms are nothing like what they advertised, there is a bad sewerage smell coming out of the bathroom that stinks out the hole room, not to mention that it’s a construction site with power tool nosies all around, the worst part is my 3 year old daughter found a razor blade in our room and was walking around with it, which just freaked me out, management never remove the razor blade from our room once I showed them the photo and complain, they offered me another room which I went to have a look at it stunk like sewerage as well. The place is definitely not kid friendly being up on the hill to make it hard for the children to get around. We also opted for the breakfast how depressing!!! everything was cold bread was 3days old, hard as a rock. I was meant to stay 8 nights I couldn’t checkout out fast enough, I don’t even think we lasted 12 hours. My best advice is to keep away from secret cliff resort you will feel unwelcome if you have any issues they are deceitful, refusing to respond to any emails from me and the company that I booked with regarding a refund which they haven’t done and will not do

Hotellet ligger ikke der hvor det er angivet på Hotels.com, men oppe på et bjerg. Man skal derfor forvente at skulle bruge penge på taxa hver gang man skal ind til byen eller på stranden. Værelset var beskidt, aircondition dryppede ned i sengen og der lugtede af kloak på badeværelset. Der var kun en af de ansatte der kunne lidt engelsk, så generelt meget svært at kommunikere med dem. Alt i alt en meget skuffende oplevelse.
Hotellet ligger ikke der hvor det er angivet på Hotels.com, men oppe på et bjerg. Man skal derfor forvente at skulle bruge penge på taxa hver gang man skal ind til byen eller på stranden. The location in Expedia is WRONG! It is 45 minutes walk to the beach (down a busy highway with no sidewalk) not 4 minutes away like the Expedia website claims. I called Expedia and they said it is "correct" even though it shows the wrong location in the map and lists that it is close to dining options which it is not. Other than the location being 45 minutes away from the promised location... It was a terrible experience. The beds are uncomfortable, the breakfast was stale with flies, the lunch and dinner are expensive and underwhelming, there is only one shuttle to the beach per day one way... So we ended up spending over $200 in taxies and food. The clothes washing services are 3x more expensive than in town and then it smells moldy so that we couldn't wear the "clean"clothes. It was ok. The photos were nicer than the real facility. Pool was dirty and has cracked on some parts. Hard to walk up and down the hill but they have guess motor cars to drop off and pick up from the room. However, we waited quite long for them to pick us up when we checked out. Food was just ok. Not many options to choose. The view at the restaurant was amazing.

The property description on Expedia is a total lie, 4 min walk to beach is more like a hour plus, if you don't get killed on the very busy 4 lane highway with no sidewalk, also restaurant is across this highway, you better be in good shape to walk to your room, everywhere is on a very steep incline, no staff are the least bit helpful, rooms are very run down, construction all over he place, just avoid this place at all cost.

Really stunning property, a bit in the middle of nowhere. Service was absymal. Complaints were laughed at and some of the staff v rude, ie waking you up in.tge morning with loud talking and bangining when cleanimg rooms of those who hsve checked out. Complain and you just get told "ok, ok". Had to wait best part of an hour plus 4 calls to reception just for toilet roll!

Hotellet ligger ikke der hvor det er angivet på Hotels.com, men oppe på et bjerg. Man skal derfor forvente at skulle bruge penge på taxa hver gang man skal ind til byen eller på stranden. Ligger smukt på toppen af bakken . Men umuligt at komme nogle steder uden tuk tuk . Der skulle være shuttlebusser til stranden men det var sparet væk efter COVID-19 . Pool området er så forfaldent .Både det øverste men især det nederste , der er absolut ingen rengøring af området , det var fuldt af fugkeklatter på solsengene som iøvrigt var ved at skvatte sammen . Men dejlig udsigt i morgenmads restauranten og sødt personale .

Wow! Definitely returning back here in future! View’s overlooking are simply breathtaking and sunsets from infinity pool fantastic and the restaurant views looking to Karon beach at night are dazzling with buzzing lights etc

Personalen i receptionen var näst intill inkompetent, dessutom lättirriterade och fräste till många gäster. Rummet var bra, vi bodde i junior suit. Jaccusin på balkongen var underbar. Enda negativa var fransiga trasig handdukar och tråkig inredning för att vara en suit. Restaurangen var mycket bra, med bra mat, fin utsikt, bra service och humana priser. Hotellets MC uthyrningen var under all kritik, vad gäller tillgång och bokning. Återigen beroende på personal problem. Kommunikationen med hotellet före ankomst var mycket dålig. Mail svarade dem inte alls på, och via facebook långsam och med dåliga, otydliga svar. Dock fungerade bokning av transfer perfekt.

Pool området er så forfaldent .Både det øverste men især det nederste , der er absolut ingen rengøring af området , det var fuldt af fugkeklatter på solsengene som iøvrigt var ved at skvatte sammen . Men dejlig udsigt i morgenmads restauranten og sødt personale .

It has a view that is breathtaking, the resort as well is very beautiful. The reception staff is very polite, but apart of this they need to change a lot of things to be the best. The cleanliness of the room and the pool is very poor, maybe is better to hire more people cause there was only one housekeeper going up and down through all the resort. The breakfast service as well needs to be changed, no European choices at all. Most of the things were noodles and in a morning we also found bolognese pasta that was there. If maybe they focus more on those things can succeed.

It was ok. The photos were nicer than the real facility. Pool was dirty and has cracked on some parts. Hard to walk up and down the hill but they have guess motor cars to drop off and pick up from the room. However, we waited quite long for them to pick us up when we checked out. Food was just ok. Not many options to choose. The view at the restaurant was amazing.

I’d give it 3.5 star so keep your expectations in tact. The gym; forget about it … it’s garbage! Breakfast is ok but too busy. The restaurant has a beautiful view though. The one bedrooms are on the other side of the highway but they have transportation non-stop.

Wow! Definitely returning back here in future! View’s overlooking are simply breathtaking and sunsets from infinity pool fantastic and the restaurant views looking to Karon beach at night are dazzling with buzzing lights etc

I didn’t think you could go wrong with accommodation in Thailand, but I was so wrong what a horrible place to stay and management was horrible to deal with, my concerns went through one ear and out through the other and they talked down to me, which is not on. The rooms are nothing like what they advertised, there is a bad sewerage smell coming out of the bathroom that stinks out the hole room, not to mention that it’s a construction site with power tool nosies all around, the worst part is my 3 year old daughter found a razor blade in our room and was walking around with it, which just freaked me out, management never remove the razor blade from our room once I showed them the photo and complain, they offered me another room which I went to have a look at it stunk like sewerage as well. The place is definitely not kid friendly being up on the hill to make it hard for the children to get around. We also opted for the breakfast how depressing!!! everything was cold bread was 3days old, hard as a rock. I was meant to stay 8 nights I couldn’t checkout out fast enough, I don’t even think we lasted 12 hours. My best advice is to keep away from secret cliff resort you will feel unwelcome if you have any issues they are deceitful, refusing to respond to any emails from me and the company that I booked with regarding a refund which they haven’t done and will not do

The location in Expedia is WRONG! It is 45 minutes walk to the beach (down a busy highway with no sidewalk) not 4 minutes away like the Expedia website claims. I called Expedia and they said it is "correct" even though it shows the wrong location in the map and lists that it is close to dining options which it is not. Other than the location being 45 minutes away from the promised location... It was a terrible experience. The beds are uncomfortable, the breakfast was stale with flies, the lunch and dinner are expensive and underwhelming, there is only one shuttle to the beach per day one way... So we ended up spending over $200 in taxies and food. The clothes washing services are 3x more expensive than in town and then it smells moldy so that we couldn't wear the "clean"clothes. (The washed bath and beach towels also smell moldy every day as well). If the resort felt like a 2 star resort... There was no counter space in the bathroom and they wouldn't bring us extra toilet paper until we completely ran out. The AC smells bad and takes a very long time to get going to be cold. Really needs renovation. The location is on a cliff... So walking is not an option... If you are unlucky enough to be across the street as we were... You have to call the front desk to send you a shuttle even just for breakfast which was horrible. I asked for my money back on day 1 and was denied because they say it's the right location even though they admitted that it shows up wrong on the web.

The Hotel was beautiful, views stunning, staff very accommodating! The only issue is its not in walking distance to either Karon or Patong. This is only a minor, we hired a scooter. The property description on Expedia is a total lie, 4 min walk to beach is more like a hour plus, if you don't get killed on the very busy 4 lane highway with no sidewalk, also restaurant is across this highway, you better be in good shape to walk to your room, everywhere is on a very steep incline, no staff are the least bit helpful, rooms are very run down, construction all over he place, just avoid this place at all cost.
