Beautiful remote serene location! Property has much to explore from a firepit near a lovely creek to a short hike up to a scenic ridge to a Nature Chapel where we searched for birds. The cabin was cozy and quaintly rustic with charming country decor. The porches were set up for relaxing and winding down from a fast-paced world. The hot tub was ready and waiting for us. We loved every bit of our stay and created wonderful 40th anniversary memories.

Our stay at this cabin was very pleasant. The layout was very cozy and clean throughout. Hot tub on deck above the creek provided plenty of good times to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Had some issues with VRBO app, but was able to work through it with the owner who was easy to communicate with. If you want to getaway, this cabin is for you.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here while recently visiting friends in the area. It was a nice way to spend a couple of days. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had what we needed, and the porch and hot tub were wonderful for relaxing. We didn't get to enjoy the firepit next to the creek but we could just hear the sound through the open window at night. Guess we'll have to go back for another visit. ;)

This was the perfect cabin for a quiet getaway. The creek added such a great atmosphere. We enjoyed our morning coffee down by the fire pit. Sleeping with the windows open listening to the creek and the rain was a highlight. The hot tub was great! One of the things we really liked was the ease of getting to the cabin and still feeling secluded. Would absolutely recommend and hope to return someday.

This is our second year in a row staying at Bear Creek Cabins, in the Creekside Cabin, and we are just as thrilled with it as we were last year. It's a spacious cabin for two of us, with a loft bed, full kitchen, living area, bathroom, and hot tub on the porch. The hot tub is our favorite part and 100% why we book this place! It's such a cozy and remote cabin to get away together. We'll definitely be booking next year!

Loved the location, the deck, and the fire pit! The cabin was beautiful and the bed was super comfy. Perfect for our little getaway. If I had to choose something negative it would be that the hot tub was very dirty and there were some big cobwebs in the living room by the top windows. Didn’t stop us from having a wonderful stay.

This was my 5th summer in a row at this fabulous mountain retreat. I love this cabin for its location at the top of the mountain, surrounded by lush woods with the constant musical waters of the creek that runs down below. The cool, crisp mornings are spent with a cup of hot tea, rocking on the chairs on the huge deck. The hot tub is a great escape and has a fantastic view of the forest and creek. The cabin is clean and has everything you need, including WiFi, Alexa music, a fireplace with wood bundles available, washer and dryer, and a big king sized bed up in the loft. Hiking trails surround the cabin and there’s a landing down by the creek with Adirondack chairs and fire pit. The owner Craig is always quick to reply to any questions I might have. It’s a short drive from the quaint town of Hot Springs. I always stay for the long weekend of July 4th. I can’t wait to come back next year.

Trip started out interesting when mt going to Gatlinburg was closed, hence 4.5 hour detour around mt. Then winter got us on the cabin driveway requiring us to go into winter action mode. Came to find snow. Loved it. Fireplace, wine and good food. Saw gaggle of Turkeys and deer out kitchen window. Could not ask for better adventure.

We were sad to leave... what a perfect spot for a getaway for two sisters who just needed a break from the world and men! The little creek was absolute perfection. We hot tubbed and puzzled like the best of them. We will be back!!!

1. We took a pillow by mistake! Let us know what we need to do to rectify that. We apologize! 2. It was our 10 year anniversary and my wife and i had the most amazing time reconnecting and spending 1 on 1 time with each other disconnected from the world. The cabin was warm and clean. We couldnt have asked for a better vacation. Thank you ♡

The property and location were a 10/10. It is in an idyllic and calming setting. The only thing that wasn’t perfect about the property is the bed was very uncomfortable and seemed past its prime. We had to use the rollaway bed and pullout couch because the bed hurt our backs. That’s an easy change. The place is very comfortable and was a great, romantic anniversary get away.

The cabin was very nice & well furnished! Had everything you would need. A few things- I wish the listing had been more transparent there was absolutely NO INTERNET in or partially on the way to the cabin. If we had not had GPS in our vehicle, we wudve been totally lost because our phones did not work to pull up directions. Also, I wish there had been more window coverings on the downstairs windows because you can see straight into the cabin from the driveway and in the bedroom. Too much light came in in the morning in your face. Even though its an secluded area, it still needs window coverings. Other than that, everything was great! Check in easy, directions were clear etc.

This place is an absolute hidden gem. I loved everything about it. It’s a beautiful cabin. Has tremendous charm and boasts a rustic feel coupled with modern conveniences. Sitting on the porch at night in a rainstorm was magical, and enjoying the stream and woods were delightful. I will absolutely rent this place again!

Hiking trails surround the cabin and there’s a landing down by the creek with Adirondack chairs and fire pit. The owner Craig is always quick to reply to any questions I might have. It’s a short drive from the quaint town of Hot Springs. I always stay for the long weekend of July 4th. I can’t wait to come back next year.
This was my 5th summer in a row at this fabulous mountain retreat. I love this cabin for its location at the top of the mountain, surrounded by lush woods with the constant musical waters of the creek that runs down below. The cool, crisp mornings are spent with a cup of hot tea, rocking on the chairs on the huge deck. The hot tub is a great escape and has a fantastic view of the forest and creek. The cabin is clean and has everything you need, including WiFi, Alexa music, a fireplace with wood bundles available, washer and dryer, and a big king sized bed up in the loft. Beautiful remote serene location! Property has much to explore from a firepit near a lovely creek to a short hike up to a scenic ridge to a Nature Chapel where we searched for birds. The cabin was cozy and quaintly rustic with charming country decor. The porches were set up for relaxing and winding down from a fast-paced world. The hot tub was ready and waiting for us. We loved every bit of our stay and created wonderful 40th anniversary memories.

The property and location were a 10/10. It is in an idyllic and calming setting. The only thing that wasn’t perfect about the property is the bed was very uncomfortable and seemed past its prime. We had to use the rollaway bed and pullout couch because the bed hurt our backs. That’s an easy change. The place is very comfortable and was a great, romantic anniversary get away.

This was the perfect cabin for a quiet getaway. The creek added such a great atmosphere. We enjoyed our morning coffee down by the fire pit. Sleeping with the windows open listening to the creek and the rain was a highlight. The hot tub was great! One of the things we really liked was the ease of getting to the cabin and still feeling secluded. Would absolutely recommend and hope to return someday.

Beautiful cabin & location. Very quiet & private. Be familiar with driving on extreme twisty roads. Hauling Our motorcycle trailer was a bit stressful but only in & out once during the week was doable.

Trip started out interesting when mt going to Gatlinburg was closed, hence 4.5 hour detour around mt. Then winter got us on the cabin driveway requiring us to go into winter action mode. Came to find snow. Loved it. Fireplace, wine and good food. Saw gaggle of Turkeys and deer out kitchen window. Could not ask for better adventure.

This place is an absolute hidden gem. I loved everything about it. It’s a beautiful cabin. Has tremendous charm and boasts a rustic feel coupled with modern conveniences. Sitting on the porch at night in a rainstorm was magical, and enjoying the stream and woods were delightful. I will absolutely rent this place again!

This place was a little piece of heaven in the woods. Very private and quiet we had a wonderful stay. We appreciated the suggestions for things to do and we took a nice hike to Max patch.

This cabin was fantastic! Quiet and peaceful. Just what my husband and I needed. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings while listening to the creek babble down below. The coolest thing was seeing a turkey cross the downed tree over the creek. She then went up the hill past the deck up on top. Would recommend to anyone to stay and enjoy.

We had a very nice time. It rained most of the time we were there, but the covered porch was very comfortable to hang out on regardless. Very cool cabin, but while not gross or disgusting in any way, it could use some additional clean up/dusting/cobwebs since there is a cleaning charge added to the stay. Things are a bit overgrown with a little fight through some brush required to get up onto the back deck. Pet peeve would be the mandatory property damage protection policy at the last minute when booking out of nowhere. Overall a very nice trip, Mostly quiet locations, although we could definitely hear motorcycles and trucks on the highway from inside the cabin if that is a concern. The creek is a nice feature, and the hot tub was a nice option since we stayed during a rainy time and the hot tub was perfect during the rain storms. Might not be a good fit if you will get uptight about a little road noise, cobwebs, or some worn out items, but if you are laid back enough to deal with it, it was a great time.
