Stay anywhere else mold.issues and many issues with equipment and room. All staff besides cleaning services are extremely rude. Front desk doesnt care when notified of issues

Not many great options for hotels in BC. Got the largest room available I could find and it was at this hotel. Power outages for multiple hours a couple times during my stay (while I was on the 9th floor). Had to ask numerous time for staff to provide housekeeping which never came throughout my entire 4 day stay. Overall a very mediocre experience and I already had low expectations. Check in was slightly difficult as no one spoke English despite having “Welcome” spelled in 5 languages on their sign.
