The staff were very nice and welcoming, the breakfast option was unique and delisous, absolutely worth the price! The location is ideal with it being in the centre of the town and the bed was incredibly comfy. The bathroom was a little dissapointing. It was in poor condition - The bath was patched up and would leak water from the corners - the jets were filthy and all covered in muck, which threw more out when switched on - and the drainage system wasn't flowing well and spilled over on the floor. Strangely, the bedside table draws don't have a handle so opening them was an interesting task. I was amused by the I'm practicality of it.

The hotel was not what I would expect from a boutique hotel. Our room was in need of a deep cleaning. I asked several times to have the room vacuumed but it never was. There were numerous stains on the carpet. Towels were not replaced at all during our three night stay. There was no one in the lobby numerous times during our stay. The toilet constantly dripped which was disruptive during the night. The included breakfast was not on the premises and there was an up charge for tea instead of coffee. Parking in front was nice. Location also convenient.
