Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location. **Reservation was made via Expedia, however when we needed to cancel one of the nights (before the cancellation time) we were going to be charged double the price for the two rooms. Prior to arriving we attempted to contact the location however was not able to get any help with the change aside from the increased price. Once we arrived at the location, again, no help provided and no concern for our challenge. ** The designated smoking section is right at the hotel entrance. Unfortunately that means we had to walk through the nasty smoke to get inside. Then once we got into the foyer, there was so much air freshener going (perhaps to hide the smoke smell from outside) it was difficult to breathe. ** The frigerator shelf was missing so we were not able to put necessary items in the frig. We were offered the option of putting things in a frig by the main desk however not very conveinient at all. We were told that it would be fixed the next day, however they ended up not having a spare shelf. Interesting that this wasn't fixed when it was looked at while cleaning the room from the previous person. Positive - Towels were provided when we needed extras. Location was convienent

Hot tubs were both closed and no estimated time on when they would be repaired, one of the two has been down for months. Rooms are starting to show ware but the property is clean.

Check-in went well. Staff was friendly. Room could use some major updates. I am not sure how old the property is but there is definitely wear and tear. Dings in most of the doors. Out bathroom door didn't close properly. Lots of stains on the carpet. Water damage on the ceiling above the shower. The property could use some renovations for sure. Pool was ok but too cold. The hot tubs were not working when we stayed. The kids pool area was also not working and the slide was damaged and definitely needs to be renovated. Overall not a property we will be returning to unfortunately. It was ok because it was a bed for the night but still disappointing.
