Great staff. Rooms above us very noisy. No elevator but there was only 2 floors. Good breakfast but breakfast room small. No pool. Easy walk to Panera and Target if you wanted to go.

Sadly there's no elevator and that's difficult for people with health issues and older folks.. Our bedding was not clean, the vents in room was very dirty 😔

If you have trouble navigating stairs, this is NOT the place for you. NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY! NO Elevator . . . ONLY STAIRS! Our first room had a toilet that was over flowing. They changed our room. In the second room, I had to have the desk person come up and fix the TV 3 times. It kept losing the signal. It was clean and nice but I would not stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There was no pool. I didn’t need one but someone in our party would have liked one. Breakfast was good but not a ton of seating. We had a first floor room and the noise from the upstairs unit was very noisy. Over very nice though.

No elevator if you’re on a higher floor which I found really weird. But for us, no biggie. We had a one night stay and wanted to be just outside of Nashville. Great breakfast, safe, clean.

This hotel was newly renovated and everything was clean. The rooms are good sized and comfortably fits 4 adults and one child. Hot breakfast is available with lots of options. My only problem was there were no elevators. It is more or less 15 steps to the second floor. It is not bad if you have no mobility problems. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Not as it would seem or appear via the pictures available. The worst letdown was the “gym.” Which was a separate building from where I was staying and it did not “open” until 7am. I need to do my workouts in the morning because I’m in the construction field and my morning start very early so not being able to access a workout facility until 7 AM is ridiculous. Not to mention it’s basically a small size hotel room that was converted to a “gym.” Also, can’t get breakfast till 6am seemed odd

The rooms were noisy and had an odor. The front lobby was especially stinky with significant perfume smell to try to mask it. Seems like it was a smoking hotel before but not anymore..? Not great. The breakfast was also really rough. Wouldn't recommend.

Bed comfortable, pillows nice, water pressure and temp were great. The room has buildup of dirt/dust/mildew, appears that it doesn’t receive thorough vacuuming, dusting, mopping, wiping on a constant basis. Killed a tiny roach on the bathroom wall. Batteries in AC Remote were dead. Front desk staff displayed no initiative/support/urgency/friendly engagement at any time.

We had an unsatisfactory stay at this Best Western. When we checked in the floor was very dirty (the soles of our feet turned black from the dirt!). We asked to have it cleaned the next day but it was still dirty after the cleaning. The next day we didn't received room service despite requesting it, and when we asked for clean towels and the bins emptying around 5pm the gentleman on reception (Vishal) was very rude and unhelpful. After emptying the bins and changing the towels ourselves and returning them to reception, he decided he didn't want them in reception and threw them at me, then chased me across the car park trying to give them back to me. He only stopped when I suggested filming his actions... I was told I could complain to the manager the next morning but the manager was nowhere to be seen. I did speak to the lady on reception in the morning and asked the manager to get in touch but we never heard from anyone during the next 2 days of our stay. The room itself would have been fine if it was cleaned and there was plenty of parking, but there's not really much to recommend this hotel in our experience. There's also no elevator so bear this in mind if you struggle to carry luggage etc. up stairs to the second floor.

We really enjoyed the layout of our suite and the nice fireplace in the living area. However we saw two roaches during our 6 night stay and the shower only had a door that covered half the shower space causing the bathroom to flood with water with every shower. We left a night early and would not stay again, however staff was very welcoming and the continental breakfast was good.

Do not stay here. Upon arrival, I checked into my room. The first thing I do is check the bedding. When the comforter was pulled back, the bedding included dried up food (possibly bugs), hair, and stains throughout the bedding. The room did include 2 beds, so I checked the other in hopes that I could crash for one night in a clean bed. The other bed, same issues. Overall the room was not that clean, but the bed is the most important and was not acceptable. I approached the hotel manager, who came into the room and acknowledged my findings and blamed the cleaning service who was not available. There were no other rooms available at the property and the manager's remedy was to hand me a sheet and blanket, directing me to put the sheet over the dirty bedding and deal with it. This was totally unacceptable and I promptly left the property. I contacted Hotels.com immediately to advise of the situation. The hotel is now refusing my refund. Do not stay here, unless you're ok with sleeping on food, bugs, hair, and who knows what type of stains on the bedding. Disgusting unacceptable service and now I will have to dispute this charge with my CC.

It was mostly clean and quiet. However, the wifi didn’t work, and when I talked to the staff about it, they didn’t even attempt to fix it. Also I had to go ask for linens for the pull out bed, then was told they didn’t have any more pillows available at the hotel.

Room was nice but a couple of quirks.. the shower is one of those that doesn't have a door on one side because it's fancy. But it just ends up getting water all over the floor no matter how careful you are. The AC was nice once it started up but when we first walked in it was set to 80. Lastly the walls are pretty thin. We had a neighbor blasting music till 1am which was tough with our two kids.

We arrived for a short stay, just to sleep and get back on the road. We arrived around 10pm and the air conditioning had been turned off resulting in an 88 degree room. I called the front desk to ask if they had a room that was cooler and he told me he would call back in 15 min. He did not call back. The unit eventually cooled down but it was very uncomfortable for a few hours. The hallway also smelled strongly of weed, quit unpleasant.

I loved that there were several small buildings with a number of rooms in each. It felt more "homey" than a standard hotel room. The room was amazingly large with a living room and kitchenette and then a separate bedroom. It also had a full breakfast. I would stay here again!

I was not fond of the bathroom..no bathtub and only half a shower door which meant water goes everywhere and the water took forever to get hot. Having a sink outside the bathroom wasn’t the greatest either, no real hot water from a tricking tap

The room felt neglected; cracked flooring, the shower leaked water out onto the floor, the body wash supplied was empty (got a new bottle at front desk), the kitchenette comes with no utensils or dishes, hot water barely lasts long enough for one person to shower. Was otherwise clean and tidy

The stay was good. The front desk was awesome. However the bathroom was not functional. It only had a show, and that is fine but the door that opens was on the side of the shower head. So you either didnt turn the water on before you get in (and who does NOT do this.) Or you waled under the water. The towel rack was too far from the sower and there were no shelves to put your shower needs. They did have shampoo and body was but who uses the hotel product these days. So it was just not functional. It was clean. But not functional.

Remote controls did not work for the televisions. Night clerk assumed I wanted a free room and said I could check out of the hotel. Kitchen, bathroom not cleaned well for the room. Just wanted to watch the Super Bowl from the bedroom.

The lady at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and had a bubbly personality. The room was clean and breakfast was hot. I recommend going and if I ever go back to Nashville, I'm booking this place again

We had an unsatisfactory stay at this Best Western. When we checked in the floor was very dirty (the soles of our feet turned black from the dirt!). We asked to have it cleaned the next day but it was still dirty after the cleaning. The next day we didn't received room service despite requesting it, and when we asked for clean towels and the bins emptying around 5pm the gentleman on reception (Vishal) was very rude and unhelpful. After emptying the bins and changing the towels ourselves and returning them to reception, he decided he didn't want them in reception and threw them at me, then chased me across the car park trying to give them back to me. He only stopped when I suggested filming his actions... I was told I could complain to the manager the next morning but the manager was nowhere to be seen. I did speak to the lady on reception in the morning and asked the manager to get in touch but we never heard from anyone during the next 2 days of our stay. The room itself would have been fine if it was cleaned and there was plenty of parking, but there's not really much to recommend this hotel in our experience. There's also no elevator so bear this in mind if you struggle to carry luggage etc. up stairs to the second floor.

This is the cutest Best Western I’ve ever stayed at! Instead of one giant building with multiple floors, it’s split into a few 2 story buildings and it’s nestled right next to a mountain. Plus a Target and strip mall are a 4 minute walk away. So cute!

The hotel disappointing overall. 1. The Galway’s & room had very strong smelling air fresheners that gave us headaches and it was overly strong. 2. The tvs never worked over a 3 night stay. We were out of our room most of the time but two tvs had zero channels. 3. No extra toiletries, no extra bedding for the sofa bed u til we asked and then they didn’t give us a mattress cover. The sofa bed was worse than a hospital house bed. Super hard. Really bad. 4. The mini fridge didn’t keep our drinks cold. 5. The breakfast food was so so. But our first morning the kids poured milk for cereal and the milk was completely CURDLED AMD ROTTEN!!!! So gross. After that we didn’t really look forward to breakfast. 6. Honestly would not recommend.

Walking into the Best Western gave me the old Vegas hotel vibe. Everything feels a bit cramped and dated. The TV remote was sticky, the bed pillows lumpy and that dark highly patterned carpet always leaves the impression that it comes pre-stained from the factory. On a positive note, the room was large, the bathroom was modern and clean and the staff was friendly. If it hadn't been so easy to listen to the neighboring room's music or hearing late arrivals through the thin doors, I would have given it a higher rating.
