Amazing hotel with amazing views. Staff was wonderful and helpful. We rented a car and parked right in front of the hotel. Pool, spa and restaurant were great. Every room has a view of the caldera and a little patio/balcony. Would return.

What can we say about our stay at the Santorini Princess? ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! The views were amazing, the food was great, and the customer service was A . Naya and the rest of the staff were top notch. This property has one of the only heated pools in Santorini, which was a huge bonus. The hotel also offered a car service all over the island, which was super convenient. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and have already recommended it to friends.

Wonderful hotel with gorgeous views: the room was beautiful, the staff was extremely helpful in booking a car and having it delivered to the hotel and picked up at the ferry, they made our stay comfortable in every possible way. The breakfast buffet was extensive and everything was delicious. We had a wonderful massage and sauna at the spa, I can’t say enough good good things about this hotel, we will definitely be coming back!

We've had a very enjoyable 5-day stay at the Santorini Princess. Everyone we met was very welcoming and helpful. There were little gifts left in our room every day which was a nice touch. All rooms have sea view. We had rented a car for the duration of our stay. Parking was no problem with sufficient parking space available in front of the hotel. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Santorini.

The staff is incredible and goes above and beyond to make your stay and experience in Santorini the best. The location is close to tourist locations but not in them. Which I liked - quiet and not overcrowded like most other areas. The views from the hotel are stunning and picturesque. The hotel arranged transportation for a fee, which was very convenient and fairly priced. The hotel first put us in a room that was not as expected - loft bed with a severely slanted ceiling- it was an awful room but they quickly put us in another room after we told them we were very disappointed. The restaurant and service is excellent. The pool area is small with not enough loungers for guests. No staff on-site of pool for drinks and food - you have to try to flag someone down while they pass the area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Five star reviews all around. The staff, the property, the pool, the food and of course the best view ever. All rooms have a great view of the Caldera as well as the dining room. Loved that the dining room was a total glass particulars that could open or close as needed. Best of both worlds got any type of weather. Very relaxing atmosphere and we could not have enjoyed our 9 days here any more.

Pontos Positivos: - Excelente Quarto, com uma vista incrível para o por-do-sol; - Excelente Café da Manha no Restaurante; - Cordialidade dos Funcionários da Recepção. Pontos Negativos: - Deixaram de arrumar o quarto durante um dia por falta de funcionários (o que é inadmissível para um hotel 5 estrelas ); - Preparam um café matinal no quarto no dia da nossa saída bem abaixo do prometido e esperado de um hotel deste nível; - Falta de Simpatia e de Compreensão do Gerente Geral quando solicitado o feedback durante o registro de saída. Resumindo, um hotel que não entrega o que promete. Existem melhores oportunidades de custo/beneficio na mesma região.

From the moment I arrived (8 AM!), Romina, the reception manager did her best to make me feel welcome. While I was not able to get an early check-in, and understandably so, she made sure that I got properly fueled with the hotel's amazing breakfast spread comprised of local Greek favorites and all the typically American breakfast staples, all with an extremely attentive wait staff. The onsite restaurant equally impressed me. Swordfish for dinner and the Maitre d'Hotel dessert recommendation paired with the local vin santo made it a truly delightful dining experience. And the housekeeping staff kept my chambre fresh and super comfortable everyday. The views! You must stay here for the luxurious experience that seems to to exceed the cost. (Hilton Platinum and AMEX Fine Resort Hotel enthusiast)

Great place. Excellent service. The ladies at the reception are always there to help and provide very good activities to do whilst visiting this magnificent island. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant has solid food and has gorgeous views of the Caldera. The pool area is clean and pristine. The spa services are very relaxing and curated to what you need. Overall, I would definitely suggest this hotel whilst in Santorini.

I like the fact that the resort was located approximately in the middle of Santorini. It was easy for Transportation to go where we wanted to go to dinner to go yachting or to go shopping. The staff at the reception were so helpful and helping us plan all of our excursions. The restaurant went above and beyond any special request. Our rooms were always clean and tidy.

Overall great experience. Rooms were very clean. The staff and services: very professionally and beyond expectations. Restaurant (breakfast & dinner) with a view on Aegean sea was very fantastic. We had a wonderful stay! and we definitively be back !

We stayed for 7 nights in the honeymoon suite with the hot tub on the balcony. The view was perfect. The staff were all so nice and always trying to help. If I never go back to Santorini, I'll be staying there.

We had the best stay here for my husband’s birthday. The staff were very knowledgeable and couldn’t help enough, they were all so lovely. The hotel is in a perfect location being away from all the hustle and bustle but it is still a quick drive to Fira and Oia. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was absolutely beautiful, the views were amazing with a nice sized balcony with table and sun beds. We hired a car and drove around the island but the hotel offers transfers at a reasonable price. There’s a spa in the hotel with lots of treatments available which we used on our last day, lovely end to the perfect break. Thank you again!

The hotel first put us in a room that was not as expected - loft bed with a severely slanted ceiling- it was an awful room but they quickly put us in another room after we told them we were very disappointed. The restaurant and service is excellent. The pool area is small with not enough loungers for guests. No staff on-site of pool for drinks and food - you have to try to flag someone down while they pass the area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

We would return here in a heartbeat. What made it very special was the staff’s service especially the front desk/ check in staff and the dramatic, scenic views of the caldera. When we arrived by taxi, two of the check-in women were waiting to welcome us to the property! How special is that! They were always going the extra distance to anticipate our needs. The breakfast area was beautiful to dine in and buffet was always lovely. We had dinner one night and it was all a very good experience. Our room had a wonderful patio from which we saw the most spectacular views of sunset over the caldera! My small caveats are i) that our room was a bit small with a small bathroom so not really luxurious ii) you need a car to be able to go to the town and to get around. We rented a car for one or two days and took taxis the rest of the time. We loved our Santorini stay at the Princess mainly because of the excellent service especially from front desk ladies whose names, I am bummed to say, I have forgotten.

Five star reviews all around. The staff, the property, the pool, the food and of course the best view ever. All rooms have a great view of the Caldera as well as the dining room. Loved that the dining room was a total glass particulars that could open or close as needed. Best of both worlds got any type of weather. Very relaxing atmosphere and we could not have enjoyed our 9 days here any more.

Everything was great overall and the accommodations were really nice. Would just recommend they get better drivers for transportation. The couples massage was great, and the rooms were very nice. Really no complaints aside from the drivers and transportation vehicles.

Really personalized attention from the staff from the check in through the check-out... the management team was also very engaged with the guests. Very nice, clean rooms, and the reception team was extremely effective at getting reservations at great restaurants, activities, etc.

A truly exceptional experience from start to finish. Spent 5 nights enjoying the hotel's top-tier amenities. The view from the room was breathtaking. The spa experience was excellent. Ground transportation was available whenever we wanted to visit somewhere else on the island, and pickups were easily coordinated via WhatsApp. Loved hiking to Fira and Oia following the path outside the front door. The food was excellent. I only have good things to say about the staff, the grounds and the overall experience. Truly a stay I will remember forever.

We stayed here as part of our round the world honeymoon and from a service standpoint this was the most disappointing. On arrival we were early but rather than setting the expectations straight that a room was not going to be available the staff suggested we go for a walk up the hill which took 45 mins, hearing the 45 mins we assumed that a room will be available around that timeframe and given the weather was hot we said we will wait in the lounge instead. Hours past, others received their rooms but we were still stuck in this so called lounge which essentially is a luggage room with some sofas on it. When Naya came in and tried to say "now you have the whole lounge to yourself" after the last family checked in their rooms, I asked exactly when the room is available, she goes around in circles saying they are trying their best etc etc, but still no firm timing until I asked her why they talked about a short walk for 45 min, she said "well contractually we don\'t need to give you a room until 3pm"... From there, everything went south. She sold us an overpriced tour (three options, she goes straight for the most expensive one, when we asked about the cheaper one she said it\'s not available), when she saw I\'m not impressed the moment I walk out of the office door she starts whispering and laughing at me. The villa is nothing special and for what we paid it was certainly not worth it. Don\'t recommend.

Our experience at Santorini Princess was an 11/10. Beginning with the beauty of this property and can’t say enough about the entire staff. Wonderful welcoming & farewell by all the Reception Staff. Even the General Manager was present as well as interacting with us to assure we were having a wonderful stay. The staff in their restaurant was beyond comparison to any 5 Star Hotel. Ms Friday was especially attentive even bringing breakfast to me one day when I was busily working & attempting to reschedule a cancelled ferry to Sifnos due to weather. Reception staff made sure they secured another hotel for the extra evening since the hotel was fully booked & we were “stranded” in Santorini - even inviting us back for breakfast the next morning before we left for Sifnos. I highly recommend the Santorini Princess Highly & well trained staff and seemed hand-picked to genuinely anticipate each guest’s needs, desires or wants and always assuring each guest feels like they are in their own home with a full time group of genuinely caring individuals I can’t wait to return to the Santorini Princess ❤️❤️❤️

We loved this hotel. We have been here for 4 nights / 5 days. Leaving tomorrow. The staff is 10 star. Everyone here is just amazing. From the reception area, to the dining to the cleaning staff. The drivers are even amazing they have here. I will be telling all my friends coming to Greece about this place.

Property is centrally located with Amazing views. Easy to hike/walk or motor to different places. The staff was amazing I cannot recommend the Princess Santorini highly enough. Should I have the opportunity to be in Santorini again I would stay here.

This hotel was situated in the most breath taking place-right on the caldera where beautiful sunsets were seen nightly. The staff was exceptionally helpful and very pleasant. The restaurant offered a nice selection of local dishes and the service was excellent. There's wonderful walking paths available without too much stress. The staff went above and beyond to recommend tours and arranged one for us. The room was lovely as well with a comfortable bed.

The perfect location for a premium hotel. The hotel is close to Thira but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The pool is large relative to others on Santorini. Staff was very attentive. The pics say the rest. We will be coming back.

The Santorini Princess is so wonderful we had to come back again! The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay incredible. The property is in the perfect location for a relaxing stay with close access to Oia and a beautiful view of sunset. The restaurant and breakfast is delicious too!

I like the fact that the resort was located approximately in the middle of Santorini. It was easy for Transportation to go where we wanted to go to dinner to go yachting or to go shopping. The staff at the reception were so helpful and helping us plan all of our excursions. The restaurant went above and beyond any special request. Our rooms were always clean and tidy.

We thought the location of the hotel was good. It was quiet and peaceful, just what we needed for our last night in Santorini. The reception staff was attentive and helpful and the view from the restaurant was lovely. We had an early flight out, the breakfast they prepared for us in the morning was a bit disappointing. We recommend not leaving early because their buffet breakfast begins at 08:00. We thought the spa needed a bit more work, as the spa had no air conditioning and we felt very warm during our massages. The food at the restaurant was slightly overpriced, we recommend couples go to other restaurants in the area.

Lovely stay at Santorini Princess and Spa hotel. They acknowledged our anniversary with candles and balloons. The nice touch for all guests was the champagne and piece of cake upon arrival. The pool is great and views from the pool spectacular of the sunset! The breakfast delicious and plentiful. I had a facial and Eva was lovely and amazing.

Wonderful hotel with gorgeous views: the room was beautiful, the staff was extremely helpful in booking a car and having it delivered to the hotel and picked up at the ferry, they made our stay comfortable in every possible way. Absolutely lovely stay at the Santorini Princess! The pool and grounds are beautiful, the view is amazing and the rooms are so spacious and clean and just really nice. The restaurant serves an unbelievable breakfast buffet and the dinner we had at the hotel was top notch. The sunset view is also hard to beat! Best of all is the staff who were so pleasant and helpful. If we come back to Santorini, we will stay here again for sure!

From check-in, dinner RSVP, booking excursions, we were met with a smile. The place was ideal for picturesque sunset views. We had the opportunity to dine in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and the food was exceptional. The staff at the restaurant were all wonderful, but Mihkiah was especially nice and always helpful. If you get the chance, please book a spa treatment — it will leave you longing for more. I would definitely recommend this hotel, 10 out of 10.

Excelente hotel con muy buena ubicación, si quieres disfrutar de la espectacular vista que tiene hacia caldera. Con un excelente restaurante. El personal, cálido, atento, cercano, transmitiendo en todo momento esa hospitalidad griega que te hace sentir que te reciben con alegría en su casa

Before our stay at the Santorini Princess Spa Hotel we read a lot of recommendations of how great the hotel and especially the service at the reception was – and after having experienced it – all the recommendations are 100% correct. The hotel was fantastic. We have a perfect sea view from our room and with the most amazing sunset. The food was great and too a very fair price, but the most remarkable experience was the service from all the people at the hotel. If we had the smallest problem or wish, which could make our stay more pleasant they solved it within minutes. So a big THANKS to the Santorini Princess Spa Hotel for a very special and great vacation.

What a hotel! What a location! Amazing hospitality with personal proactively trying to make our stay as good and as comfortable as possible. SO friendly and welcoming! I know it sounds too good to be true, and it sounds like as if I was paid to write this, but I wasn’t. Not even close. Mediterranean breakfast with all the good stuff, amazing view, great swimming pool and a spoiling room. There are many nice and good hotels in Santorini and elsewhere. Among all the hotels I’ve been to, this is really among the very best, if not the best. And the human factor is the main, but not the only reason. I’m coming back here, sooner or later.
