Love the room layout, pool table in lobby, great walkable location by airport. Nono, front desk, was so caring, at check in and check out. Bartender was very personable as well. Shuttle drivers very nice.

This hotel was easy to get to, a number of shops and restaurants were right across the street which was amazing. I was a little surprised having to pay for parking, $12 per day since the location two doors down had not charged us. Also, I had an ADA room so my daughter and I could have connecting rooms. The shower in the ADA was great and the products were nice too but when I opened the curtain there was water all over the floor into the other room, fortunately tiled. Also the air conditioner was extremely loud and it was hard to sleep.

This is the best hotel to stay in when you’re going in and out of the Portland airport. The only thing I don’t like is that they charge you for parking even when you’re a guest. It feels like they are nickel and dimming me as a guest. It isn’t New York afterall!! other than that, it’s my go to the airport.

Hotel is clean and modern. Excellent lounge area and bar, super comfy and cozy makes you feel right at home. Area is super convenient next to airport and shopping this hotel is one of my fav for a quick one night trip.

Aside from my phone, not connecting to the television set so I could listen to music via Bluetooth. Everything was great. No complaints. I Drive an electric vehicle and that’s one of the reasons I chose this place. Their charger was in operable, but there are several right across the street. For those of us that drive electric cars this is not uncommon and again, also one of the reasons I chose this place, knowing that if the charger was broken, I had options I could walk from nearby.

There were several issues encountered during our one night stay. The heater in our room was very loud, and cycled almost continously to maintain 68 degrees. The drain in the bathroom sink was fully plugged. The room layout almost works. No microwave, there was a very small fridge on the floor under bathroom sink area. Floor to ceiling frosted glass shower window, and bathroom lighting illuminates sleeping area when on. Mostly clean, not too bad overall, some older (bugs in them) spiderwebs on ceiling/wall corners. Room condition overall not bad, not great. With that said, the biggest issue by far was having room service enter our room 2 times while I was sleeping all before 9am, with checkout at noon. To be clear there was not, a do no do not disturb sign on the door either time. I admit this was a mistake on our part.However, we've never encountered this issue before, and we were only there overnight and had not checked out yet, and this was all before 9am. One time is a mistake. Two times indicates a communication issue at the very least.

Just got here and it’s a nice location with good service and facilities but our room is a little old and dingy. Shower curtain moldy, tile and grout old. Not the worst ever, just could be better.

The bathroom shower was not cleaned well. There was a large clump of hair sticking to the shower wall. Also an employee barged into my room while I was in there. He knocked and immediately entered before I could answer. I usually like staying at a lofts. This was pretty disappointing.

The fan in our room was so loud that every time it kicked on, it woke us up. There was a half drank bottle of water left in our room from either housekeeping or previous guests. Water didn’t come out of every hole on shower head, so the water pressure was very low. Took forever to get shampoo and conditioner out of our hair. Breakfast and bottled/canned drinks were ridiculously marked up. Our $10 breakfast voucher didn’t even get us food and a drink. It was either or.

It was a fine hotel, nothing spectacular. The door opens right into your bathroom area with very limited privacy. There was no fan or solid door separating the bathroom from the room. While clean, with comfy beds, the room was dingy. There was a stain on the headboard, and the walls needed a good washing. There was a cute, but cold pool. A nice seating area outside.

The room was very clean but not well equipped. Very few outlets anywhere in the room, I had to move the microwave to plug in the coffee maker. No separate light for the room the toilet was in so in order to turn on the light it light up the entire room disturbing the other sleepers. No real door either to separate the toilet/shower from the sink area & main room. But it was clean and the beds were comfortable. It served its purpose for a quick night after a late flight in.

Strange menu at the bar, but what I had was fine. The fitness center was clean and updated. The television in my room didn't work (or at least no buttons on the remote worked except for the power button, sometimes) but I wasn't staying long enough to bother with it much. I'd stay here again if I needed to be close to the airport.

The hotel tried to cancel my reservation and move me to another hotel. I was very unhappy because I specifically chose the Aloft next to a destination I needed to be able to walk to. They did let me keep the reservation but only when I refused to move. I was very displeased, even though the representative was only doing her job.

Stayed for just one night prior to flying out the following morning. It was just a few minutes from the airport to we picked it for convenience. It was nice having Cascade Station right there to shop and have dinner.

I stay at this hotel frequently and have always had a great experience here. Clean, quiet, and relatively safe. I will say, there are some sketch people around, and I have noticed some sketch cars parking in the parking area, but I havent had an issue with car break ins or anything like that, but it is an issue in the area, so use yiur big city know how and leave nothing in your car. There is some airport noise, as Alaska seems to have changed their flight path to be directly over the hotel, but nothing ear plugs cannot help. Staff is always great and it is very modern. Parking is $9 per day and they do have park and fly packages. Overall, highly recommend.

Nice stay. Overall clean room, great ambience in the lobby. Food was mediocre and the kitchen was closed for the complimentary breakfast so we needed to then purchase the limited supply of snacks/pastries that were available. Would stay again if needed to be close to the airport but that was the only real benefit.

Strange menu at the bar, but what I had was fine. The fitness center was clean and updated. The television in my room didn't work (or at least no buttons on the remote worked except for the power button, sometimes) but I wasn't staying long enough to bother with it much. I'd stay here again if I needed to be close to the airport.

We stopped in for a little staycation and was greeted with the friendliest customer service agent. After checking in, me and my boyfriend hit up the bar for a bite to eat and a few drinks. The service there again was outstanding. We will defiantly be back for another visit. Thank you Aloft!

It was clean and if you aren’t going to be there for too long you won’t notice how old it looks. The bathroom looks severely outdated. It gives old motel vibes. But it did what needed to be done. They had a good breakfast and had prompt transportation service

Very quick check in, no orientation of the hotel tho (pool hours, amenities, if breakfast is available, etc) Great room, clean, nice products from Dry Bar, nice surprise of the bar and games in the lobby. Would stay here again.

Reserved two king bed rooms —paid up front / non-refundable reservations before getting to the property. At check-in we are told they have given our rooms to other travelers and the only rooms they can give us are handicap double queen rooms next to the elevators — literally the worst rooms. No concessions or refunds.

Really enjoyed this convenient airport location! We loved the tall ceilings throughout, including the rooms. Nice room design, lovely bathroom, comfy bed. The outdoor patio was quite lovely in the early evening and the food we ordered from the bar was pleasantly surprising! A bit limited but decent options and a nice bar. So happy our dog stayed free!! Seemed like ample parking as well. Very friendly staff and grateful for the shuttle to the airport in the early morning. Looking guard to staying here again.

I prepaid for2 rooms on hotels.com. I was then billed for 1 room directly through the hotel. Despite 2 phone calls promising to refund the overcharge, I have not been credited for the overcharge. The person who checked me in acted disinterested in the entire transaction. The tap-to-pay on the credit card terminal was non-functional so I was unable to use Apple Pay for the credit hold for incidentals. On the plus side, the room was quiet.

we usually stay at the hyatt which is right next door, the hyatt is a lot more dated and has less sound proofing (esp heaving anything and everything in the halls). The check in was quick, the airport shuttle was quick and easy and we would return again without issue.
