A very warm welcome and perfect 4 night stay. We didn't use the leisure facilities, but had 2 very nice meals in the restaurant. There is also a car charger outside reception, which was easy to arrange with reception. We just had a studio, but it was very well equipped with a full kitchen with full oven and even a dishwasher. I have no hesitation in recommending and know we will return one day.

Lovely accommodation. Everything you could ever need and very clean throughout. All staff very informative, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely swimming pool, steam room, sauna and hot tub, which were all free to use. Games room had a pool table and other activities. There was a full size snooker table in another room too. The Amber Restaurant and Bar next door served good food and the staff were great. Cromer was a nice 15 minute walk from the hotel via the Cliff top walk (not for anyone with mobility issues). We would definitely come again for a relaxing break.

Lovely apartments in a peaceful location, short walk to the beach. Pool and gym and changing rooms were in good condition and helpful staff, we didn't try the games room this time as the weather was too good to spend much time inside! We had our first evening meal in the restaurant, it was relaxed and the food wasn't fancy but it was really good quality and perfectly cooked, we felt it represented really good value for money. The restaurant service was also excellent. I knocked off a star for the accommodation as there was damage (or poor repair) on the bathtub surface around the taps which made it look rather tired and the veneer was peeling off the edge of the coffee table. The gym was well equipped for such a small space and the air conditioning was lovely, but there didn't seem to be any way to play music, so it was either TV or silence (I couldn't seem to find any music channels or radio on the TV), and they could do with some appropriate gym matting in front of the dumbbell rack/under the bench.

Was a lovely place. The indoor pool was great for our grand daughter whos 9. She loved it. Nice rooms and beds. Lovely staff and food in amber restaurant was great. Good location. About 20 minutes walk into cromer . Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a good stay, very clean and nice apartments, good reception and nice pool spa areas as well as an excellent bar and restaurant. Well situated near the lighthouse for a robust walk down to the sea and town etc. we found it perfect, but lots of steps and steep slopes so Not great for people with limited mobility. The studio had a couple of modern electric wall heaters but they struggled to get up to a decent temp even though outside temp was around 11 deg . First evening was cool to stay the least - we turned to max and eventually they caught up, but seemed to be on all the time to keep a decent level.. we are not heat addicts by any means so were surprised by this. The pool changing rooms are clean and the facilities good .. we were disappointed to find the jacuzzi out of order with no apparent urgency or plan to repair, after some communications we got a message later in the day to say fixed and indeed a second session everything was perfect. The restaurant was great as was the entertainment that evening.

Stayed for two nights and a great location for exploring the area. The accommodation was fabulous, very spacious and well equipped. I didn’t use the pool but you do need your own towels for the pool: or pay £2 a time. The gym is ok for an occasional workout

Room was spacious and modern. Very comfortable. Only issue was not as clean as we expected though. Sheets had stain on them and plates/cutlery not fully clean. Staff excellent. Easy check out.

A wonderful place to stay. Apartment was equipped with everything you could need. Leisure facilities are excellent, location is perfect. Lovely walk along the clifftop into town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be the cleanliness of the shower....shower head dirty and limescale on the base of the door. Also when the windows were pulled open the top was covered in dirt and cobwebs. Overall a great place to stay and we will be back next year.

A great place to stay to explore Cromer and the surrounding area. The studio was well designed and extremely well maintained. Incredibly clean and really well equipped. Superb communications, both face to face and via the message service. Would not hesitate to come again.

Had a fab stay at Cromer Country Club and will definitely return. The villa was very clean and comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. The pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were a great facility that we did use and enjoyed. The restaurant and bar were also great and highly recommended with fab food. Overall a fantastic place to stay!

Great location and very quiet. Room was spotless, very modern and equipped with all facilities you need. The pull out sofa bed was massive and very comfortable. The only issues for me were: the shower wasn’t very powerful and one morning there was work including hammering and drilling being carried out next door on one of the days. This started early morning and continued until we left at 11am the same day. Other than those issues it’s a lovely place to stay.

This is about our fourth visit to the Country Club. It's in a great location, on the edge of Cromer. The site is very quiet and the villas are generous in size and well-equipped. The only thing that let it down this stay was that the villa hadn't been vacuumed. The staff are brilliant, very welcoming and helpful. We have already booked to return!

Good location, accommodation ok but tired, particularly bath-room, kitchen was a bonus but a coffee machine would have been nice and I find is quite common. Top of wardrobes were filthy (don’t ask me how I found that out 😮) but the 10am check-out, particularly on a Sunday was unnecessary and inconvenient and took the shine off our stay a little.

Booked for new year and stayed in room 70A. Great place, lovely staff and excellent location. Room would benefit from an upgrade, namely the kitchen and bathroom shower door but other than that it was excellent! Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Overall the resorts was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient and the restaurant food was excellent and good value. The apartment had nearly everything you could want. 2 issues. Firstly the sofa was a sofa bed and very uncomfortable. Secondly the TV only had the 4 terrestrial channels. The DVD player worked but there were no DVDs. Overall we had a great 3 night stay but those issues were significant

This is our fourth stay here and as usual it was a very efficient check in, by friendly staff. The villa was lovely and in great condition. Spacious bedrooms and very comfortable accomdation. We will be back!

Reception staff were very nice, polite and helpful. Always greeted you with a smile and very willing to help. The chalet itself was clean, spacious and stocked with utensils. The site is hilly so be ready for some exercise. Getting into Cromer town on foot or by car was easy. I never tried the dining facility on site, so cannot comment. overall a pleasant stay and would be happy to stay again.

Welcome and all staff interactions, lovely! Accommodation was great.. spacious and had all you needed… Pool lovely. Not super fancy… as the title might suggest. Never used the restaurant.. Amazing pathway to he beach (297 steps) and so worth it.. gorgeous sunset. Negative- apartments aren’t soundproof.. really glad we were upstairs… Would recommend…

Decent little holiday park, right on the edge of town so a long walk, but convenient for the area. The apartments were a decent size, nice to have a table and sofa that you don't get in a hotel. A little tired, and no air con which is a negative in this summer. No sea view despite being practically on the edge of the cliff, trees in the way. There was parking, but not always near the apartment, plus they were doing some work so on the last night we struggled to get in to a tiny space. Comms by text was a bit OTT, far too many messages. We were only staying two nights so didn't use any of the facilities so can't comment on them. Cromer is as lovely place, but places to stay are in short supply, so this is a decent option.

We were only staying two nights so didn't use any of the facilities so can't comment on them. Cromer is as lovely place, but places to stay are in short supply, so this is a decent option.

Really enjoyable stay, accommodation and grounds well kept. Staff very helpful in reception. Bar area was clean and tidy and food was good. Unfortunately the installation between prooperty was poor so we could hear the footsteps from upstairs every time they koved about which nade sleeping hard however we would come back again.

First visit to cromer and was not disappointed! The Country Club is a perfect spot. Great communication after booking, easy check in, friendly staff. We had a 2 bedroom two-storey unit, it was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Well presented, spotless, cosy, full facilities - dishwasher, washing machine, comfy beds and nice bedding, an all round pleasant stay and we will be returning. We didn’t use the pool facilities but it looked lovely.

We had an amazing stay at Cromer Country Club from start to finish. We had the most friendliest of welcomed by all the staff in reception. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Our accommodation was a spacious one bedroom apartment and couldn’t be faulted. I didn’t want to go home!!

Reception staff were very nice, polite and helpful. Always greeted you with a smile and very willing to help. The chalet itself was clean, spacious and stocked with utensils. The site is hilly so be ready for some exercise. Getting into Cromer town on foot or by car was easy. I never tried the dining facility on site, so cannot comment. overall a pleasant stay and would be happy to stay again.

Outstanding experience at the Cromer Country Club. Booked the same day we were due to check in on a bit of a whim, not sure what to expect. We arrived and were immediately reassured on the drive up to reception as it looked so clean and well kept. On reception, Sarah helped us with every aspect of our stay and was so warm and friendly. We really felt at home and well looked after by her, she really went above and beyond to reassure us. We have nothing to fault and left feeling so relaxed. Our apartment had everything we could have needed and more and the 2 mins walk to the pool and restaurant was great! Very homely feel. Definitely on my list places to return.

Our stay did not get off to the best of starts. The receptionist was not happy that we had booked via Expedia and demanded guest information in a very angry manner. This did not make us feel welcome! We had a one-bedroom chalet which was very warm and cosy. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was lovely. The site itself is right next to the sea, although beach access is down a very long staircase. Due to its position on the clifftop, the site is very hilly and uneven with lots of steps. Parking near the accommodation, even for unloading luggage was impossible. The car park itself was very crowded. Evening meal, cod and chips, in Amber the onsite restaurant was very mediocre. We did not use the pool or any other leisure facilities, so cannot comment. I would not stay here again as it is just so unfriendly. The staff definitely need some training in customer relations!

Great place that is made even better by great, attentive and caring staff. Had a small issue (not the hotel’s fault) and management & staff bent over backwards to help out. Special mention to Hannah - thanks for everything. We live in a world where most people’s concept of service is ‘it was cheap and it turned up quickly’. This management team know the REAL meaning of customer service and it is very much appreciated.

Brilliant location, just near the coastal path. Only a short stroll into Cromer town centre. Decent size indoor swimming. Very clean and comfortable, with everything needed to cater and dine in. The two bedroomed apartment has outdoor space with table and chairs. Very suitable for a family of six.

We were walking on the Coast Path two days and this was great, convenient, very nice room with a sea view and allowed us to do breakfast easily. Comfortable room with all we needed. Definitely come again, did not use the pool but it looked great. Found a nice bench along the path to watch the sunset.

Lovely chalets with everything you need. TV had built in Chromecast which was a bonus. The walk into Cromer is around 20-25 minutes which was fine for us. If you are planning to use Taxis please remember to book well ahead because although very cheap, they are a little scarce at night. Cromer is lovely, I would recommend a visit.

This is a lovely resort just outside the centre of Cromer walkable but down hill one obviously uphill returning about 0.9 mile but taxis available if required. The Pool and on-site Restaurant were great.

What a relaxing stay. The country club is run so efficiently. The pool facilities are great and we had a delicious meal at Amber, great service, good meal choice, chef was particularly innovative on the pudding fronts. We’ll be back!

A very warm welcome and perfect 4 night stay. We didn't use the leisure facilities, but had 2 very nice meals in the restaurant. There is also a car charger outside reception, which was easy to arrange with reception. We just had a studio, but it was very well equipped with a full kitchen with full oven and even a dishwasher. I have no hesitation in recommending and know we will return one day.

A nice apartment, well kitted out kitchen with an excellent range of cooking equipment. Spacious lounge with comfortable armchairs a good table for 4, an excellent king size bed all with good views of the large wall mounted TV. The bathroom was also spacious. We ate in the restaurant as we couldn't find a restaurant open or able to take us early afternoon Sunday. The CCC restaurant was excellent and the food was great, but the food portions were huge so we strongly recommend going for the smaller Sunday portions, cheaper but also vast! The food had as stated a real home cooked flavour to it. Genuinely well worth visiting and relatively cheap.

We needed a few days away and Cromer is always worth a visit. Very impressed with Cromer Country Club. Well planned accommodation, everything clean and well maintained. Helpful staff. Restaurant served " home cooked" food with generous serving. We will be back.

Ideal accommodation for the 2 of us, just wanting somewhere clean, tidy and modern to use as a base for exploring the area. Resort restaurant was excellent, plenty of food options, the staff were very attentive and friendly.

The most uncomfortable bed, which made for an uncomfortable 3 night stay - when highlighted after 1st night, with possible solutions no help was forthcoming - upon checking out was told nobody else complains and they are hypnos beds so I must be the only person! Swimming pool has restrictions on times which I can’t recall seeing before, TV signal was disrupted throughout our stay again not ideal!

Check-in was perfunctory and lacking in warmth. My husband and I were also very disappointed to be told that the pool and spa closed at 7pm. After a long drive, we arrived at 6:45pm intending to relax in the spa before retiring. We understand that the spa was open until 8pm (on the pool board, it did say it closed at 8pm). 7pm is early for a spa to close and it doesn't open for an early morning swim either; we felt cheated. The hotel is on a cliff, so has lots of steps, which we had overlooked. At late notice a room without steps was kindly made available. The ensuite studio room was pleasant, comfortable and well equipped but sounds from the surrounding rooms could be heard. The room and equipment were mostly clean. A wooden spoon and PVC apron would be good additions. Ideally, we would prefer an 11am checkout, as 10am is a bit of a rush, especially with self-catering. Visually the spa lacked lustre but it was true to the photographs; a few plants would improve the general ambience and relaxation. The pool and jacuzzi were good, the sauna was rather small and steam room wasn't really steamy. The pool, sauna and steam room were clean but the poolside was a little dirty with leaves and debris in the seating area. We didn't use the restaurant, gym or games room but the communal herb pots and beach toys were a lovely touch. We enjoyed a few chives. Overall, if the price was right, I would be happy to return with the family, this time knowing the country clubs shortfalls.
