The check in lady was very nice and extremely polite. The room was very clean, except for old carpet which always SEEMS dirty, no matter how clean the rest of the room is. The mattresses were both in need of replacement. They each had a big dip on one side. The pillows were nice. There are not nearly enough places to plug things in and most of the outlets are inconvenient. The USB outlet on the lamp next to the bed didn't work, which meant I could not charge my phone next to the bed. I had to pull out the nightstand and unplug the clock radio to plug in my CPAP machine. The TV remote would turn on the TV and change the volume but it would not change the channel, access the guide, or On Demand. Breakfast was average but there were no caffeine free tea options and the only fresh fruit was apples that did not look very fresh. The egg and cheese omelettes were tasty, though. We were travelling for medical appointments and asked for a one hour later check out, which was refused before I even got the words out of my mouth.

The property is aged, it smells old and musty carpets should have been replaced years ago drapes look like the are from the days you could smoke. Abundance of cameras breakfast was gross can’t put it any other way. First time I want down there was 1 little cold omelette and 4 cold shriveled sausage links. Second time not much better as everything was about like warm. Timer on waffle maker is about a minute off so it was undercooked and gluey. Syrup was not good very cheap brand. Front desk check in was weird and could not answer any PIPA information about what they were collecting my information for and how it would be stored and for how long. Staff was there doing there job not much effort put into customer service. Bathroom had pubic hair in the shower mild on top of the tiles as it is not caulked in the shower. At least this was a work trip and not on my dime but I would not stay again and would not recommend

Sehr freundliches Personal, große Zimmer mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten, großes Bad, genügend Parkplätze, Frühstück standard wie erwartet, es wurde immer aufgefüllt, "richtiges" Geschirr, guter Ausgangspunkt für Insel-Ausflüge

I was shocked by the amount of hair found in my ‘clean’ sheets. In addition the smell of the shower curtain was so gross, Walking into the bathroom made me feel ill. At first I thought it was urine I was smelling but then decided it was the shower curtain. There was a massive stain in the middle of the carpet on the bedroom floor. I made a point of keeping shoes on and walking around it. I stayed here once before not long ago but I will not stay here again. Throughly grossed out. I would not recommend.
