Muy bien ubicado, la atencion.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast and I appreciated the sitting area in the room.

We have stayed here numerous times over the last few years. This trip the desk person tried to help us but had not been trained. The manager was sitting across from the desk on his phone and had to be asked to help several times. We wanted to be out early and breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30. We arrived shortly after 6:30 and there was no food. We got coffee and I asked how soon food would be available. The desk person said it would be 5 or 10 minutes.She said “The breakfast person doesn’t like to get up early.” About 10 minutes later another couple can down and asked about breakfast. The desk person told them that it would be 10 or 15 minutes because the breakfast person had not arrived yet. I was obviously unhappy because the desk person had lied to me. We started to grab what we could because we had to leave. Suddenly, eggs were put out and a few minutes later sausage was put out followed by waffles. None of the food was really warm so a couple of the people with us did not eat. Very disappointed in the hotel after so many good stays in the past. I’m not sure if we will stay here again in the future even though we come to the area regularly.
