Property stated it had a pool and there was no pool on site. The floor in the lobby had multiple tears, the floor in the gym was terrible. The lobby had a weird smell. The person working the front desk was extremely rude and stated they charged handicapped people more.

Arrived later than expected. The night desk acted as if we disturbed him. It was HOT in the lobby and in the room as well. Took about 2 hours to get comfortably cool. Bathtub had some stuff in it. Toilet paper was not replaced. Old milk in the fridge. Curtains would not properly close without clipping them(parking lot lights were shining in). Morning crew was somewhat nicer. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, muffins, boiled eggs and cereal. Breakfast area looked like a tornado blew through. No one knew where the ice machine was.

We have stayed in several Comfort Inn & Suites in the past but this one is by far the best. Everything was perfect during our entire stay and we couldn't be happier. The staff were outgoing, friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and spotless and the beds were pillow top comfortable. We really hated to leave. This is our new place to stay whenever we visit family in Montgomery. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with how the owner was dishonest about correcting issues that occurred on the night we checked in. There was molded food in the microwave and bugs crawling all around the windows and curtain. I definitely would not recommend this hotel because of the owner and housekeeping.

I would call this the Uncomfort Inn. The bed was hard as a rock. I literally lifted the sheet to see if we were sleeping on boards. The pillows were throw pillow size and had absolutely no support. Whatever they cleaned the room with irritated my throat really bad. I would never stay here again. I’ve usually had great success staying at Comfort Inns but not this time.

Not a bad place to stay. Clean rooms and friendly employees. Breakfast not that great, and there were people on each side of us that were noisy until 1 or 2 in the morning on a Saturday night.

Hotel and staff were great, breakfast was superb, but location was too close to highway and the noise from the road woke us more than once. Also, the location made it hard to get in and out—had to u-turn constantly.

First off if your gonna work with the public learn how to speak to the person thats making you a paycheck and giving you the opportunity to provide for your family. Don't get upset with me Stacey because i poi t out the flaws in the establishment you work at. Embrace it and move on. You say your suppose to bang on my door at 11 or minutes after. (Lie) There's a telephone why not call, oh i forgot you couldn't because the phone didn't work. And you ask why i didn't say anything to the person on duty why my door was hard to lock, and i spoke to the attendant on duty and said there were no other clean rooms available. And I've stayed at this establishment numerous of times, But this is the last time. (THANKS STACEY). Get a baby sitter and don't bring you child to work, one of the things you learn in corporate or running a businees or even doing what your doing working. I spoke first so management gonna want to discredit me but 1 dollar leads to another dollar being lost!

Hotel and staff were great, breakfast was superb, but location was too close to highway and the noise from the road woke us more than once. Also, the location made it hard to get in and out—had to u-turn constantly.

Located right off the highway which is easy on easy off. The staff was very nice. I requested a top room floor when i made my reservation and when checking in it was ready. Breakfast bar with good choices. Room was nice and big. Cleaning staff was friendly, when i checked out she called me her friend. No complaints.

Arrived later than expected. The night desk acted as if we disturbed him. It was HOT in the lobby and in the room as well. Took about 2 hours to get comfortably cool. Bathtub had some stuff in it. Toilet paper was not replaced. Old milk in the fridge. Curtains would not properly close without clipping them(parking lot lights were shining in). Morning crew was somewhat nicer. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, muffins, boiled eggs and cereal. Breakfast area looked like a tornado blew through. No one knew where the ice machine was.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was hot and delicious. The hotel was also close to the highway, so getting there didn’t add any extra time to our trip.

Room was spacious and clean. Very quiet inside and out of the hotel. Staff was very professional and polite. Also the hotel had a great free breakfast for hotel guests.

The stay was good but when we first got in it, it had a funny smell. The Wi-Fi was not good at all but other than that it was good. The kids loved the breakfast so overall it was a good stay

I enjoyed My stay at comfort Inn. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff was courteous and welcoming. The breakfast was hot and delicious. I will stay here again. Let me not forget affordable! Thank you.

Not a terrible stay, but I would be cautious when booking. The property is in need of some TLC, and cleanliness could definitely be improved. Our room wasn't awful, but the bathroom floors were noticeably slimy, making it seem like only a quick surface cleaning had been done without much attention to detail. Our biggest disappointment was the staff. The manager was not particularly friendly and came across as someone who really dislikes his job. The bright spot during our stay was a sweet woman who appeared to be in training when we checked in. She was the only employee who seemed genuinely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the older gentleman working the night shift was equally unhelpful. After returning late from a game, we couldn't find a parking spot and our room key wasn't working. Instead of offering assistance, he stood at the door and watched us struggle to get inside. When we mentioned that the only available parking was in a premium member spot because the lot was full, he sarcastically replied that they were "fully booked" and walked away. The hotel itself has potential, but the lack of customer service and attention to detail significantly impacted our experience. The employees are doing this property a disservice.
