Overall, the stay was very good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent as well. The only things that this location may want to do is deep clean and reassemble/balance the bed frames. More specifically, the items that need cleaning in the room I was in (319): the 2 coffee stains on the carpet, the bathroom door and wall near the desk need wiping, the bathroom sink needs unclogging, the bed frame is not secured to the headboard (you can see scratch marks on the headboard), and the bed frame cover at the bottom is hanging to the floor.

The staff, especially Jarrita, were so helpful and hospitable. She was able to assign the room location I was seeking and checked in on me a couple of times. I also think she was working several shifts, so give her a raise :) My room was very quiet and I was able to get work done and rest well without disturbance. The only reason I gave four stars is that the rooms could use a renovation, new carpet, upgraded bedding, drapes, etc. Everything was fairly worn and would love to see improvements - you've got great staff, would be great to bring the rooms up to par. The location was perfect for my work visit, easy off the interstate and adjacent to alot of food and shopping options. Overall a good stay!
