The amenities were great. Two pools..water views...band everynite. Not too noisy We had a pool side room, room was well equipped with microwave and refrigerator Had glass cups and glasses, the mattress was a lil too firm for me..so we moved to a king suite the next night ...staff was exceptional!

1parking per room makes it not worth our family to stay again. AC in 103 does not work well. Warm all through the night. Love the doc mates and the bait shop. They keep a very clean and pleasant stay

The hotel room was fine for what i needed. I had hoped to be able to fish off the whole dock but only had access to a small portion near the shore. It does not look like the dock in the pictures. The hotel next door let you go out much further.

Property is on the water and marina. We were on the second floor overlooking the pool. The hotel itself was quiet and security was good. The room was VERY clean! Pleasant service. Pool was very clean. Location is close to everything. Be aware there is bar/restaurant right next door and music is loud in the evening. It was difficult to get to sleep with how loud the music was. The small beach area is located on an inlet waterway. Not really for going for a swim but is good for sitting in the sun or children to play in the sand. Watching boats and yachts was nice. I would stay here again.

I expected great things from this place, but discovered it's run down. I was initially in a suite but the tv didn't work so the front desk person kindly tried to resolve the issue, including giving me a spacious room with tv. The hot tub doesn't work. The pool is barely heated. The curtains do not close all the way. But there are people who love this spot and will stay for a month or two during the winter. The water is right behind the hotel and there is lots to do in the area. The front desk worker went above and beyond to assist me

The location was perfect for us our room was a ground floor room just steps away from the pool. There is a boardwalk at the rear of the hotel ideal for fishing with a bait shop on the dock there is also a small beach

I loved this place because it was right on the water with fishing docks for only guests. The room was a king bed and a living room separate with a kitchen. We ate at the restaurant next door which was great. There was a tiki bar there as well. The grounds were really nice and there’s a bit shop on property. We had a blast.

Our stay was amazing. We had a waterview suite and the view did not disappoint! It is, by no means, a luxury resort. It was clean and the bed was comfy.

Convenient to restaurants. Desk agent was very friendly and accommodating. Had to ask the house keeper to wash the floor because it was very slick and actually felt oily. Coffee and creamers were not replaced after our 1st night.

Stayed in the inlet room. The AC does not keep the room cool enough. This is the second time we’ve rented this room in a year hoping it would be different. The TV in the living room area didn’t work properly. The TV in the bedroom the remote barely worked. We only stay here because of the location. It’s a shame I feel this place can be so much better.

The room is nice and spacious. Small kitchen, living and bedroom. The living room gets hot due to no a/c. Only a/c is a small unit in the bedroom. The bathroom is cute but very small, no counter space. Luckily it does have a full size dresser with a mirror.

We LOVED our stay at dockside. We stayed in room 417 and the king bedroom was separate from the living space. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great ( which is a must for us!). It is walking distance to many restaraunts and bars. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved the view from the room. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant next door was convenient and had great food and music. Rooms could use some updating. Sliding glass door was very hard to open and close. AC was not very cold. Left a hanger on the door for maid service and came back to the hanger being on the inside of the door knob but room was still dirty. No bathrooms to use at the pool. I asked the security guard if there were bathrooms but he said no and didn't speak barely any English. It looked like you needed a code. Loved the location but not so much the property.

Our room view of the inlet - intracoastal waterway beautiful. These units are more expensive but so superior to the pool views where you sit on the walkway with others walking by without privacy. Hotel location superior, hotel old with upgrades. On the Edge restaurant free standing overlooking the water is open air and excellent.

Overall, it was OK. It's an older property, but the location is great and the building is in fairly good shape. The rooms were large; decor was dated, but it was clean. The most frustrating part was being met with blank stares from the desk clerk at check-in and when we asked for a couple of towels. Definitely didn't feel like our business was appreciated.

Stay was great! During my check in i asked if a first floor room was available, i was told no. But people who checked in after asked the same question and their rooms were switched. Frustrating to say the least, but we still enjoyed staying here. Security guard at night is also a little intense….

Great location for offshore fishing and a very helpful staff. There's no parking available for a second car. Because there's not a vent in the bathroom, the humidity build-up in the room was noticeable--in particular the wooden table feeling wet.

Property is on the water and marina. We were on the second floor overlooking the pool. The hotel itself was quiet and security was good. The room was VERY clean! Pleasant service. Pool was very clean. Location is close to everything. Be aware there is bar/restaurant right next door and music is loud in the evening. It was difficult to get to sleep with how loud the music was. The small beach area is located on an inlet waterway. Not really for going for a swim but is good for sitting in the sun or children to play in the sand. Watching boats and yachts was nice. I would stay here again.

Our room view of the inlet - intracoastal waterway beautiful. These units are more expensive but so superior to the pool views where you sit on the walkway with others walking by without privacy. Hotel location superior, hotel old with upgrades. On the Edge restaurant free standing overlooking the water is open air and excellent.

Our room was quite spacious with a very comfortable king bed, a gorgeous view St Lucie Inlet, and kitchenette. The bathroom, though a bit dated, was clean, well lit, and had plenty of hot water. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, but be aware that there is only a microwave for cooking. The hotel is in easy walking distance to several restaurants and a food market. We dined at “On the Edge Bar and Grill” which is conveniently located next door. The food was good, but service was slow. The only issue with the room is that there were very few electrical outlets for charging our devices. it would be helpful to have bedside lamps with charging ports in them, or perhaps a charging station somewhere close to the bed. In lieu of this, make sure you bring your own power strip to plug in by the TV. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit here again!

It’s an older but nice hotel on the water. It’s a nice relaxing hotel with a great restaurant/bar next store. We live in the next city over but like to come to this hotel to unwind have some food and drinks and walk back to the hotel.

We LOVED our stay at dockside. We stayed in room 417 and the king bedroom was separate from the living space. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great ( which is a must for us!). It is walking distance to many restaraunts and bars. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved the view from the room. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant next door was convenient and had great food and music. Rooms could use some updating. Sliding glass door was very hard to open and close. AC was not very cold. Left a hanger on the door for maid service and came back to the hanger being on the inside of the door knob but room was still dirty. No bathrooms to use at the pool. I asked the security guard if there were bathrooms but he said no and didn't speak barely any English. It looked like you needed a code. Loved the location but not so much the property.

I loved this place because it was right on the water with fishing docks for only guests. The room was a king bed and a living room separate with a kitchen. We ate at the restaurant next door which was great. There was a tiki bar there as well. The grounds were really nice and there’s a bit shop on property. We had a blast.

We were worried the first night of our stay about the noise coming from a group having a "family reunion" accompanied by heavy drinking and the band playing about 400 feet away at a waterfront bar. But everything quieted down by 10.30. Same for the following night.

Stayed in the inlet room. The AC does not keep the room cool enough. This is the second time we’ve rented this room in a year hoping it would be different. The TV in the living room area didn’t work properly. The TV in the bedroom the remote barely worked. We only stay here because of the location. It’s a shame I feel this place can be so much better.
