SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Covington

First room we were given the sheets were stained. The lady at the front desk said she’ll change the rooms but we had to come down and get the key because she was busy. Got down there and she was just stood there with no one. Second room was clean but my husband woke up late to use the bathroom and the thing was locked with no way to get in. Called down to the desk no one answered. My husband walks down there only to find the attendant asleep. He wakes up and says this happens sometimes he will give us a new room. My husband accepts but lets him know we have our stuff locked in the bathroom. He said the engineer gets there at 9am he will let them know to gather our stuff and bring to new room. The next day comes and no one can locate our stuff which included two electric toothbrush, deodorant toothpaste and clothes. We go out and buy toothbrush and stuff leave for our appointment. Come back and still nothing. The manager walks my husband to the old room and surprise, there is a couple in there she knows absolutely nothing about. Finally 30 minutes later she brings the toothbrushes tied in a trash bag smelling like air freshener. Looks like she searched the trash and then brought those to us? Why would we even use it again. Completely mismanaged with zero communication between staff members and senior management their was disrespectful if they thought to bring us a hygienic product to use from the trash.

The hotel was very well maintained. Check in was smooth. Room was nice and clean.

This was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in…..quiet too. Those are the two most important things about a room to me……

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The best hotel stay ever! Staff is great! It’s so clean! Love love love!
