Room was large with comfortable seating for relaxing, beds were good and everything was clean. Our 1st room did not have lights that worked so had to move to another room. Public areas need some new carpet, etc, but were clean. Pool area was good, but water temp. was very cold so didn't go into pool. Limited staff so not prompt service at times. Overall it was a good stay.

The only issue I had was you needed to be let into the pool and fitness area with a special key. They also did not have towels supplied at the pool even though it said do not use room towels.

Basic place to stop and spend the night. A couple of food fast food places close by and gas stations in case you need anything. Hotel has seen better days but it was safe and clean enough. My nephew enjoyed the pool & waterside

Parking was great and plenty. Bathroom had dirty walls and missing plug ins. Holes and tears in window screens as well as soiled chair. The Tv remote was sticky and barely working. Mattress was ok but very soft. Luckily only stayed for one night. May not return to this location.

We showed up only to find out our special request for a crib was denied cause they didnt have one. They could have read the notes on file but waited till we showed up at 9pm after 6 hrs of driving. We had to set up our 1 year old on the floor. The carpets were disgusting through the whole hotel, and there was black hair all over the bathroom floor. Might I add the old socks in the room. The bed covers were not washed and smelled like mens deodorant. There was a bright light shining in our window from outside all night and our window coverings could not block it. There was old tape where someone tried previously. But didnt work. We were up at 2:30am because no one could sleep with the light. We left the hotel at 4:30am cause there was no point laying in bed with my back hurting and our baby adjusting to night shift. Staff blamed expedia, bullcrap. Take some ownership of your mistakes. They also said we had this problem previously. Well quit being so cheap and buy some cribs. Cancelling our return booking and never returning to this brand of hotels.

Was a good hotel a bit dated but ok . The room wasn't cleaned well and not cleaned at all on our 3rd day , i had to ask them to clean it , usually this is normal to clean the rooms . Pool was small but it was good , jacuzzi was good .

We got a poolside room which we thought would be great for access through a sliding glass door. While this would be good, it also had its downsides. The pool is open until 10pm and can get a little bit noisy from the kids in the pool. So going to bed earlier is a bit challenging. Also the room that we were in had a older ac unit that was very loud. Another note is that the lights in the pool area are not turned off for quite some time after the pool is closed and the light comes through to the room around the black out blinds. We wouldnt accept the poolside room next time if we had a choice.

Room was very basic; no closet, a TV that didn't work, a very noisy in room heating unit, inadequate blankets. Yes the room and bathroom was clean and tidy. As an overnight 'pit stop' it's OK, but for stays longer than that - try a different motel

Sink was broken. Literally smashed with a big chunk out of it. Plug for the fridge was torn out of the wall and literally a fire hazard. Air conditioning rattled so bad I had to turn it off. I knew right away when I walked into the property that when I heard a low battery smoke detector beeping in the lobby that I was in trouble.

Front desk clerk would not acknowledge me for several minutes, then took a phone reservation while another customer just wanted a new key card. I asked twice for a second key card and both never activated. The pool closes at 9am and opens at 10am, we never got to use it, ridiculous hours.

easy to get to off the highway. No place to hang clothes in my room. Excellent front desk staff. I had mixed dates on my reservation and the staff were able to get me a room after a long drive in.

This is a horrible place to stay…never again! We arrived at 2:30pm, no one at the desk and a huge line up. People rang the bell and phoned, no one came to the desk or answered the phone. Paperwork got done but they wouldn’t give you keys until precisely 3pm so everyone waits in the lobby until then! She was extremely rude! She said there were no clean rooms but magically at 3pm they’re all clean? No ice bucket in the room, went to ice machine and no bags in the box…asked front desk, the answer was “ I’ll get some when I have a minute” and let us know…after waiting 30 minutes we go back to ask and was told they are in the box beside the ice machine. The bathroom is very moldy around the jetted tub and the jets are filthy! The fan in the bathroom comes on with the light and sounds like a freight train, no option of leaving that off. The light on one side of the bed can’t be plugged in and the other side the on off switch is broken. We travel all over and have stayed at many places, we will never stay here again, so NOT worth the money.

Nice hotel, clean & friendly staff. When checking in, the staff advised me that they did not know I was bringing a dog, even though I made it clear on the reservation that was made roughly 90 days in advance. I appreciate that they still accommodated us, and didn’t turn us away, as we had been driving for 7 hours and were ready to unwind. There was confusion about 2 rooms being booked, I only booked 1 room, and again this misunderstanding was dealt with. Conveniently located next to Tim Hortons, which was nice, easy to get to for breakfast.

We showed up about 12 hours early ( due to winter travel conditions)and tried to do an early check-in and we didn't mind paying for an extra day ,but staff was unwilling to check us in early and tried to redo our entire booking for $20 more per night ( told us that's how their system worked and it couldn't be changed). We ended up having to rent the room at the increased rate in the morning and then had to check out in the afternoon and then check back in the same day for our booking which seemed ridiculous. Very rude staff on check in and using the hotel facilities. Unhelpful and very unsympathetic to winter traveling conditions. It is truly a shame because it is a very nice hotel.

We ended up having to rent the room at the increased rate in the morning and then had to check out in the afternoon and then check back in the same day for our booking which seemed ridiculous. Very rude staff on check in and using the hotel facilities. Unhelpful and very unsympathetic to winter traveling conditions. It is truly a shame because it is a very nice hotel.

Small table in room with chairs to play cards. Very spacious, loved the setup with 2 queens. Asked for a bar fridge and they delivered on 10 minutes a brand new full size fridge. Very responsive. Excellent service.

We were told "you can eat outside hotel, in Tim Hortons". Like we did not know it. They said that the info about breakfast is "old". How come a professional hotel can have a misleading information about something so essential?

I always choose this hotel because of the helpful and consistent staff. Great customer service and they always go above and beyond to accommodate me and my elderly and physically disabled mom by giving us a room the same room everytime that is closest to the exit and easy access in and out. I was very pleased to see the recent upgrades in the hotel from new bed linens, and new soap products and holder in the shower, to the amazing coffee machine and coffee bar in the lobby! The coffee was so good and such a pleasant way to start the day. The pool and hot tub is a big plus , specially after a long travel , or to relax before bed! I recommend this hotel, and I’ll keep coming back!

From the time of entry into the hallways there was a smell of old, dusty, carpets. The swimming pool area looks dingy and low maintenance (if any) I was not comfortable having my kids swim in that water. One resident I spoke with said that her kid had a rash and was crying because the chlorine in the pool water was too strong and they opted not to use the pool again for the rest of their stay. The hallways were dimly lit and was smelly. The room opens to a bathroom sink on the one side and toilet and bathtub on the other. It is not an ideal set up for hygiene purposes. The beddings were surprisingly comfortable and surprisingly clean to sleep on otherwise, it would have beeb a deal breaker. But the carpet was dusty in the corners and around furniture and bed. Bring slippers! Lighting was this awful white lights that barely light up the room. At one point, the toilet was clogged and we asked for maintenance service but the front desk staff said the cleaners dont plunge toilets and told us she will give us a Plunger and we can unclog the toilet ourselves. Disgusting! I will not be booking to stay here again. Not recommended if you like clean comforts.

Super pleasant staff at check in as well as the following morning. We stayed a year ago, and the property continues to make improvements. Lobby hot drink station was a hit with the kids, hot chocolate won them over! Room was spacious and clean. Gym area is surprisingly good, pool and waterslide are a touch on the cooler side but still got excellent use!!
