Parc Corniche Condominium Suites

The kitchen was fully equipped. The room was full of roaches. They came out at night. We had to sleep with the lights on. Staff was notified at front desk but brushed it off.

Old but fresh and clean. Parking ok. No problems.

We stayed sunday to saturday. Monday we got a note saying that the pool was going to be closed tuesday-thursday and reopening friday afternoon. The pool did not reopen until saturday at checkout. Cable chanels in living room, but one bedroom had only news and sports chanels and the other tv didnt even work. The whole frame of the living room couch bed was bent, and it had to be rigged with cushions so we didnt have to sleep upside down. Then most of thursday there was a "water outage" without warning. The refrigerator leaked inside. Staff was friendly though. Kitchen was convenient. Price was also convenient since we are a large family. The suite did have 2 bathrooms, which was also a plus.

Beautiful and spacious well kept condo. Good location on international drive. On grounds there is a Restaurant… gym.. small store.. grounds immaculate. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Good parking. Lovely nicely kept spacious kitchen. Nice staff

I have stayed at this property many times before because of its location. The rooms are always clean, check in process easy, and I've never had a problem with parking. It is an older property and I always pay attention to the photos to assure an updated room. My daughter however, booked another unit and had an original room which was distressed from wear and tear!!!
