Property is in a perfect location to walking distance to Icon Park. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The shower water was not hot and the water pressure was terrible. The room smelled of bleach which was ok but loud. The door handle almost fell off and the door was jammed so hard to open. Stayed one night and it was great for location but I would not stay longer. The elevator is not working so be mindful.

The only have a room for me on the 4th floor but ended on the 3rd floor. I was not supposed to move around much. The elevator was broken I was told by the receptionist. Besides my age I just had surgery during the day.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It’s perfect for families — lots of space, welcoming staff, and amenities that kept everyone happy, including our teens. The location was a huge plus: close to nightlife, great restaurants, and tons of sights to explore. It made getting around and enjoying the city super easy. The only downside was that the elevator was out of service during our stay, which meant lugging suitcases up and down stairs — not ideal, especially with kids. Hopefully that gets fixed soon, because otherwise, this place is a gem. Would definitely recommend for families and anyone looking to be in the heart of the action!

Our room was cozy and clean. Breakfast was complete and also delicious. The entire personal is friendly and nice. My kids enjoyed the pool and the mini golf. We had a great time in the hotel.

Hotel is close to all the shops you can walk around... didn't like that the hotel elevator was not working when we arrived and we were on the 4th floor. But great and economical option of a hotel

This is a very nice hotel for the price. However, their elevators didn’t work and my room was on the 3rd floor. Also, while the room was lovely, the shower curtains are set too high. As a result, there is no way from stopping the water in the shower from making a mess on the bathroom floor. This could be a real slip hazard. A Wyndham hotel should not allow this to happen. I am sure the hotel knows the shower curtains are placed too high. It’s an easy fix and it’s a shame. No one has handled it. However, besides no elevators and wet floor floors next to the shower, our room was lovely. Everything was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Also, they have an outstanding breakfast in the morning!

Only thing that was not working was the elevators, so we had to walk up and down the stairs (stayed on the 4th floor). Other than that, the hotel is very good all around.

Property was pretty well kept. Housekeeping made the bed and changed the towels daily. The room was clean, and beds were comfortable. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was decent. I couldn't have found i nicer priced hotel near the convention center.

Breakfast was ok, had everything you need, rooms were clean and basic. Service was great and friendly. The only negative i would say was the resort fee of $19/night which wasn't communicated, as i believed when booking that all fees were included. Otherwise nice stay.

First night was welcomed by a room full of insects flying around, including roaches, all types of mosquitoes and ladybugs. Since we checked in very late there was nothing left to do but, sleep with the lights on and hope no one gets sick from swallowing a critter. Could have been because we were on the first floor corner unit. Room was very damp with humidity and the bathroom

The room was not clean, the carpet was notably dirty. Breakfast is poor. Building conditions shows lack of maintain. They couldn’t give me the room I had paid for, initially they pretended to give me a worse room without paying the difference.

It was an extremely dirty hotel. I cannot explain how uncomfortable we were in the room. Everywhere was full of hair, short dark hair. We cleaned for quite a while and still felt disgusted. The room smell was musty. I cannot belive this hotel is rated 4.2. Very disappointed...The only good thing about this hotel was its location.

Pretty nice room, though the room with the couch had no AC unit, so once we closed the door to the bedroom, it became a bit of a sweat box. I appreciated the breakfast, the drink vouchers, and the general Oriental aesthetics.

Rooms are super clean. Had to flat out abuse door handle because it jams when you swipe key. Wouldve been perfect stay, except, you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on on street and club next door. So, unless you're a heavy sleeper or take something to sleep, dont stay here. Otherwise, very nice hotel near everything.

It was ok. Bed was fairly comfortable. I work in pest control, so my first thing I do is check for bugs before getting comfortable and touching anything, the beds were pest free and clean. Shower curtain was set up too high and water poured out underneath and got allnover the floor. The water pressure wasnt great. Breakfast was not great. Eggs had the consistency of jello and breakfast meats appeared to be boiled not cooked. Potatoes were chewy. Coffee was horrible. I would suggest drinking tea instead. I dont think the price was great either. Not worth the amount of money they are asking for the rooms. Felt like a clean motel 6.

Pros: Great location with nearby attraction and shops. Cons: Unit facing the street is noisy. Sinking mattress and old toilet bowl with slow flush should be replaced. Repeat the breakfast menu every day with a limited selection.

The worst part was the beds, the hostess said that the beds were switched out two years ago, but it felt like sleeping on rocks, during the day there was some unsavory people outside in the parking lot.

I was given a room (#412) which I had issues getting in. But later found out after 3 tries, a family (4+ to includes kids) was already occupied. I apologize to the mom and went back to the front desk. Then I was given a room #120 which again I had problem getting in. After numerous back and forth to the front desk, it finally works. Front desk needs to verify if a room is empty before issuing the room. This is not acceptable service. I felt so bad waking up the family.

The front desk and housekeeping staff was very friendly overall, though the night auditor lacked a bit in customer service. This was my second stay at the property, and unfortunately, it wasn’t as pleasant as the first. Room was clean, staff was friendly. No gluten free bread at breakfast, 2nd day no Keurig coffee in room, no key drop at reception, had to 20 min to check out there was only 1 person at reception. This made me miss the last bus to the trade show. Had to take Uber.

The hotel service was terrible. Checked me into a room that was occupied, then checked me into a room I hadn't booked, then keys didn't work, then they changed all the locks, construction going all day, no hot water, disposable plates and cutlery at breakfast. The place ruined my visit. How can they renovate a hotel whilst guests are there. Simply disgraceful and greedy.

Room spacious, very comfortable bed, breakfast had good selection and great staff. Special callout to Ivania who dealt with our room issue on first night, she was sympathetic and acted very professionally and changed our room, thankyou for making our stay more comfortable, we'll be back

HIDDEN FEE! When booking with Expedia there is an additional fee that you must pay at check in. It’s no where listed on Expedia or when you book through here. All you have to do is call Expedia and complain and they will talk to the hotel and only then the hotel will refund you. Besides that everything else was good.

Good hotel with a fantastic location. Walking distance to ICON Park and trolley pickup located close to the hotel. No access to streaming service though I asked ahead of time but there is cable in the rooms. It was nice to have that since we were traveling as a family and didn't want to be out late. The breakfast was something different each morning and enjoyable. Staff is very friendly. Hibachi is located next door if you're into that. Would stay again!

For the price it was not bad. The breakfast that is included is very basic, same menu for all 6 days I was there, which was scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with cheese, two types of sausages pork or turkey, slice bread, muffins, two types of cereal. I only took advantage of the breakfast once. They are going through some upgrades currently so I’m not sure if the rooms will be changing. The rooms are not bad, the floors always seems to be sticky not sure if that’s due to the humidity the toilet and tub had dark stains. The room isn’t sound proofed, you can hear everything outside from someone talking to rolling luggages. It is also next to a “club” so it was very noisy during the night. It is located around many restaurants so it was very convenient to get food.

Staff were very helpful and I had a problem with it fixed it very quickly. It was nothing serious but they fixed it very quickly and would stay there again and would encourage someone else to stay there. Oh yeah, their meal the breakfast that is I thought it was very good

The rooms are clean and well kept. We had a coffee pot, fridge and microwave. The gym was well equipped. The breakfast buffet in the morning was good and fresh. I have no complaints. I should stay here again.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was in poor condition, dirty, with ants all over the bathtub and overall not well maintained. On the positive side, the staff was excellent and very professional. They did their best to help, and together with Expedia, they worked with me to issue a refund since I had to switch hotels. I really appreciated their efforts. However, I also discovered they were charging an extra $45 per night, which was never stated in the policy. On top of that, breakfast was a letdown, the waffles were hard and frozen, and the scrambled eggs were watery. While there are things to do in the area, the overall condition of the hotel and the unexpected charges made this stay very disappointing.
