Best family vacation we've ever been on, thanks to Marriott Cypress Harbour Villas. You seriously do not even need to leave the resort. So much to do, just bring some groceries to cook in the kitchen or grill outside. Activities in every area, and even a fun little boat ride that my kids LOVED. We will be back, and family already asking me when the next visit will be!! Staff super helpful, security at gate and safe lit up parkijg lots and lots of paths to walk at night. 10 stars!!!

100/10 stay! the entire place was super clean and staff very friendly. all of the amenities are great for children! the boat ride is super fun and i love that it was free so we could ride as many times as we wanted. the sauna at the secondary pool is amazing. everything about this resort is just great and for sure would love to stay again for a longer time! i feel like 2 nights wasn’t enough to fully enjoy everything on top of outside activities. just so many fun things at this place i could stay for weeks!

Kids of all age will love how much is offered here- table tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and is much more. Pools, gym. As a parent I found the rooms very spacious, perfect 2 bedrooms with 3 tvs! Kitchenette and washing machine and dryer. Really convenient. Count 12 Minutes to most parks and restaurants and shopping close by. Need a car. Oh! And we had an EV- which the hotel had free charging spots. Very appreciated.

We stayed here for a trip to the parks with our kids. The property had great amenities for everyone. Nice gym and spa, kids club activities, outdoor activities for all, and good food options and market. After a long day in the parks we all enjoyed the pools the property offered. Friendly staff and very convenient location to all attractions.

Great rooms and pool area. Pool area was quickly overcrowded. Very quiet rooms. Very close to other balconys i.e. not that private. Very friendly staff. Cleaning was very insufficient, carpets were very dirty and clearly not vacummed since previous guests. Cleaning during visit was also very light and basically only resuppliance of amentities.

The villas were spacious and very comfortable. The property was quiet and very clean. There was plenty of activities to do on the property when you needed to take a break from the parks. The weight room had a Smith Machine, muscle specific weight machines, dumbbells, treadmills, and two Peloton bikes.

We stayed in 7401. The room smelled moldy and musty so we got some carpet fresh and threw it down. The shower in the main bathroom was not clean. Long hairs all in it. My hair is in locs and my husband is bald. The hot tub was dirty and the mirror around it had fingerprints on it. Thank goodness we bring our own cleaning supplies. Towards the end, the shower leaked into the living room and cause the carpet to be soaked. The carpet leading to second bedroom was soaked also. A roach, crawled from underneath the sink in the second bathroom and that was it for me. One of the days we went to the pool, as soon as we were about to get in, security or someone had to remove POOP out of it. One of the ladies acted like that was a normal thing to happen in the pool. Don’t know if it was a child or an adult, but that was disgusting! Pissed me my husband off and we grabbed our things and left and went to another pool. Needless to say the staff were awesome. I have stayed here many times over 20 years - its a wonderful property in a great location. However I am concerned that there is a lot of construction happening next door and the suite on this last visit did seem like it needed updating. I love the hot tubs in the suite but it did have a tide mark - they are very difficult to clean properly.

Super clean and peaceful place. Pool at the clubhouse was wonderful. Cleaning service came by the room every two days which was exactly what we needed. I requested additional towels and blankets, which came promptly.

This is a hotel/timeshare property. It is in a very good state and well maintained. We had an apartment with two bedrooms. We ended up having dinner from take away from nearby restaurants (within 10 minute drive). After busy days at the parks and shopping it was very comfortable to relax with our two teenagers in the apartment. Kitchen was well equipped.

We stayed here for a business conference. They only had the 2br available which was more than we needed but with the price and amenities it seemed worth it. We went to the bar for drinks and food. A shuttle (golf cart) picked us up, wait time was short and im the type of person who gets annoyed easily. Food was pretty good which suprised me. The room was huge! Felt like a house! Full kitchen, LR, two beds /1 baths. Screened in porch was perfect! Sad it was just a quick work trip. Id definitely love to bring the family back and explore more.

This was a great property to stay at. Was very close to attractions & Orange County Convention Center. The resort was easy to get to and the check-in was very efficient. Our rooms were clean and the housekeeping came every other day to do a light cleaning and replenish room items. Overall it was a great place. Only negative was that the bed we had in big bedroom was super lumpy and uncomfortable. It felt like the mattress had been there for 50 years. But everyone else in our group had a good nights rest. We were in building 74 and even though on the map it is on the outer edge it really was close walking to pools and other buildings. Would definitely recommend staying there to friends and family.

Loved this property. An oasis in the middle of all the hectic theme parks. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Helpful to have laundry right in the room.

The property is really beautiful & very clean. The food at the little restaurant good. My only complaint is that our condo was dated & the location was not the best. The guest bedroom window was right beside the elevator so it woke us up every time someone stood outside. I would have rated 4.5 but to be fair, the resort deserves a 5 other than what I just mentioned.

At check in my card was run twice. The following morning I awoke to a text from management asking for a new payment method. I checked my bank roster and saw the full charge on my card. I took a screen shot and sent it in. I then talked to management via phone. She told me my card was declined and I needed to call my bank. I told her again nope the whole transaction went thru and I sent you proof she still insisted I call my bank. I did. They said yes your good the charge credited. It’s the hotel. The woman asked us about going to a sister property for a tour on check out date. We told her we have four teenagers it would be an inconvenience. She told us they had activities and we would receive a night of our stay comped just for going. We went were there 2 hours, no night comp. No activities for teenagers only a 200 visa gift card. Not a great experience!

This is the second time i stay at this hotel. First time was two years ago and i gave them 5 stars at that time because i simply love this place and everything was perfect. Thus, my kids insisted to come again to this resort. But in this stay i gave them three stars because of attitude and moral of the people working on the front desk. In my reservation, I clearly mentioned to avoid putting me in the first floor. However, they put me in the first floor and refused to give any other apartment and they claimed that they are full. So i took the first apartment and on the second day my wife saw a garden snake in front of my apartment. It was scary and she asked me to leave, so i went to the front desk and told them about the snake and i want to check out and to refund my money. But they decided to change my apartment at this time and because i love this place i did three extensions to my booking. After 13 nights and during checkout, i kindly asked them to let me stay in my apartment until 11:00 am. However they refused my request and the persons of the front desk especially the lady was rude and her language was not professional!! They only allowed me to stay until 10:30am as maximum. They claimed that they are fully booked, but when i searched hotel.com i found that there are five apartments are available to booking !!!

Shelby at the front desk was a delight. Pleasant, helpful and friendly. She had it all. Its a very nice quiet property with many things to do if you wish. Safe and comfortable area. Kitchen was well stocked, but did find a bug in a cabinet. Only complaint was on day of check out, housekeeping knocked on the door 3 times within 10 seconds. At (:30 am I opened the door and she asked when you leaving, checkout is 10 am. I told her I was well aware of what time check out was and shut the door. We left within 10 minutes. I just felt that was rude. It put a bit of a damper on an otherwise fantastic stay.

Really nice property. Short distance to convention center, parks and great shopping areas. I mostly did Uber to convention center. Think it is better to have a car here as not great for walking to dining or shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartments are clean, renovated and comfortable. Location is close to Sea World and Disney and there a lot of shopping opportunities close by.

Great place to stay and near to all the theme parks etc. Rooms nice with loads of space for families. The mini market could have been better stocked but there were loads of supermarkets with ten minutes drive so it wasn’t an issue. Would recommend

The property is HUGE. This can be both a good and bad thing. We were placed in the LAST building possible. This was the furthest from all the pools, all activities, etc. We had to call for a shuttle every time we wanted to leave the room to take an Uber as we had multiple rides cancelled on us despite the front desk saying Ubers would pick us up directly in front of our building. This ended up costing us extra $ due to the rides being cancelled. Our view was also a pile of dirt.... as we were the very last building and near all the construction. If you have a rental car probably not a huge deal, but for us inconvenient. The property is nice and quiet, comes with all amenities you would need to stay for the week with laundry / kitchen etc. All the staff we met were also pleasant.

The stay at this resort is always pleasant. This is our third stay this year and The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The resort has plenty of activities to do so you don’t have to spend everyday at theme parks and it’s located close to everything.

The property was fantastic. It is very nice and the kids loved the pool area and Lake House. The only thing we didn't care for was the construction around the outside of the property. It wasn't loud just in some areas the view is of construction off the property. I would go to this resort again!!

Hotel lobby is very nice. Our 2 bedroom suite is comfortable and clean, but we prefer a 2 queen/double beds in the 2nd bedroom. We had the Christmas meal for dinner but it was just so-so (ran out of mashed potatoes). Otherwise, it was a nice experience.

We absolutely LOVED this property. We could spread out with the living room, 2 bedrooms and balcony. The food was EXCELLENT, service was good and fast, prices were very reasonable. The activities at the resort were fun and had something for all ages. 10/10 will go back!

We had a wonderful experience at Marriott's Cypress Harbour Villas! The villas were absolutely huge and fully stocked with everything we needed — it truly felt like a home away from home. Our boys had the best time just hanging out in the villa, which gave us plenty of space to relax as a family. The property is beautifully maintained, and the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. It’s very family-oriented, with activities happening throughout the day to keep everyone entertained — a great bonus for kids and parents alike. There’s only 1 restaurant on the property but the food was good! We loved the mahi tacos and funnel cake fries. You're just minutes away from tons of great restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely return!

We stayed here for a trip to the parks with our kids. The property had great amenities for everyone. Nice gym and spa, kids club activities, outdoor activities for all, and good food options and market. After a long day in the parks we all enjoyed the pools the property offered. The property is really beautiful & very clean. The food at the little restaurant good. My only complaint is that our condo was dated & the location was not the best. The guest bedroom window was right beside the elevator so it woke us up every time someone stood outside. I would have rated 4.5 but to be fair, the resort deserves a 5 other than what I just mentioned.

The two room sweet was perfect for our party if 7. It was spacious, beautiful and well appointed (full kitchen, washer and dryer, gorgeous spa tub). Every single person on the staff was wonderful. We picked up food at The Pavillion Bar and Grill on site and it was very good. Would highly recommend!

we have stayed here a number of times and always rated it highly. Shame this time that we had really noisy neighbours, not shouting etc but running around above us until the early hours. We did ask to move but was advised this wasn't possible. Check in chap was very helpful in saying if it happened again the security would come, however I don't think having active kids it would seem up till 2 am is an security issue its just we like to go to bed at 11/12 ish. Other than that we enjoyed the stay. Powe cut on last night so no WIFI I guess outside the hotels control.
