Great location within 10-15 minutes from Disney parks, 5 mins from Aldi, Publix and behind the Vineland outlet. Check in was easy and front desk was courteous. We had an apartment in building A which was very close to the pool. The pool is great for relaxing and for kids, very large and lots to do. Towels were readily available. DJ on Friday night was good fun and played great music. The apartment itself was clean and had some unexpected bonuses like detergents and soaps. We had a three bedroom suite that was perfect for a big group. It is not new and some items such as the dishwasher could use some updating. We found door knobs to be loose. There was nothing that impacted our stay. It was great value overall and we would recommend it to friends and family.

Overall a great value for a family suite with space and amenities. It was outdated yet clean and beds were fine. They do not have abc network so had to buy a fire stick to watch a game. The property grounds were well maintained as well as the pool and the bar and restaurant had a good selection!

I always enjoy this property. I have visited off and on for many years. The things I like are many. I would like to see more supervision over the pool area. My time at the pool with my kids and grandkids wasn’t the best. The environment becomes less than family friendly. Pool rules are not enforced at all. I hope to see improvements on my next stay. Thank you!

Took my family to Floridays for the first time. The staff was excellent. Answered all my questions and very kind. The poolside bar staff were very polite and nice and the drinks and food were the best we had after staying at many resorts in Orlando. Pool was great, nice temperature for cooling off but could have been cleaned more often. All and all we had a very good time. We would return in the future.

The stay was very good as usual. Nice blend of familys to interact with. Hot tub in main pool area had no bubbles first part of stay but, was rectified. The "A" building we stayed in is showing its age and should be on a list to be upgraded. It would be nice to have a few more cooking pots pans to utilize especially for familys. Recumbent bike in fitness room had something wrong with it. Other than those few things which did not which were overcome, our stay was what we expected and will return as the staff is exceptional.

Great large pool area, and decent second pool. Food is okay, but very convenient on resort. Theme park transport was an hour late on scheduled pickup, and return service was the fullest bus I have been on maybe ever. Overall condition of property and provided service match inexpensive price point.

THIS PLACE IS SPACIOUS. THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE. THE MAINTENANCE GUYS ARE VERY HELPFUL. The price and space is great, but the carpets were dirty, the floors slippery and the room smelled a little funky. The fan didn’t work well since it made a lot of noise, and hotel neighbors were very noisy at 3 am. The view was pretty, they have a lake. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is great, I think it is just old.

The check in was great. The personal were excellent. Due to my status we were supposed to receive a bottle of wine and an upgraded room (if available). The hotel was packed, so we understood not getting the upgraded room but the person who checked us in said they were sending the wine up to the room…that never happened. When I questioned the front desk on again (different person) they said it wasn’t part of our booking package even though another employee said it was. The unit was large and on the surface very nice. However, we noticed the floor of the unit was filthy, specifically the carpet. We didn’t notice until we were barefoot after coming back from the pool. I told the front desk on exit and it seemed tas if hey could care less. The pools are nice but no policing the people holding chair with towels, all day. The umbrellas are short for the size of the main pool and the second pool has 1 permanent structure that can cover 3-4 chairs. Zero umbrellas there. This place has everything you’d want in a stay with family but it’s still lacking.

We checked out within minutes of checking in…the room was damaged, filthy, and stunk of smoke and mold. We originally booked this trip in August 2024 - our stay was for May 2025. When we first made our reservations we read through so many amazing reviews. I also looked the resort up on social media and saw many more amazing reviews and comments. Upon check in and finding the horrific conditions of the room, we looked up more recent reviews. All of them confirmed exactly what we were seeing. We took a total of 39 photos of broken light fixtures, blinds, burn marks on chairs, stains on the bedding, layers of dust, hair, and filth to ensure that we were not charged for any of these existing damages. I will say, upon our immediate check out, the staff was very professional and gave us a full refund.

The room size was comfortable but filthy. The cabinets grease and dusty. The carpets were so dirty that if u step on it without shoes your feet/sock would be black. This room was listed as full kitchenette but we found ONLY a small pot. No knife or cutting board. Communication w the room services was through leaving messages. They didn’t provide clean towels as needed it, we had to be chasing them.

It was a mediocre resort. This was our first visit to Floridays Resort. My family and I usually stay at the Sheraton Vistanas, but decided on this place bc we were only staying 2 nights after our cruise. The only thing that really bothered us was that there was mold on the fans in the bathroom vents. We tried turning them on and found out they didn’t work.

The room was a great size. It was a bit musty smelling. Toilet made running noise. I found it strange that for a 5 night stay our room never was cleaned and we had to ask for fresh towels.

The floors, counters, chairs, coffee tables were dirty. Not sure the last time the base boards were cleaned. The tub barely drained, and water constantly dripped, some towels had crumbs on them still. They forgot to start the dishwasher from the last people who used the room so it was beeping constantly until we started it. The ceiling fan in one room wouldn’t shut off so I couldn’t use the light as it was only on high. maintenance started super early in the morning. If they cleaned this unit, they did a very fast clean and not a good one as it was gross. I would not stay here again.

The property was clean, concierge was very courteous and efficient. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. Check in only took maybe 2 minutes and we were on our way. The location was very quiet and convenient to the attraction that we were visiting the next day. Our girls enjoyed the pool onsite. I booked these accommodations specifically because it offered 2 bedrooms so that the children could share a bedroom and the adults could have their own. The downside of our particular room was that our jacuzzi tub did not work, the dishwasher did not work, the master room door did not close fully, the master bath door did not close fully, and the kids bedroom door lock was busted. I believe that they are still doing some room repairs.

I was scheduled to stay here for 6 nights. We left after one night. My daughter and I were placed in the furthest building in the darkest part of the property. It was filthy, elevator, grounds, trash. I got into the room which was dated but clean. We were on the second floor. I noticed that the patio door did not lock. I called the front desk and asked if there was another room available or something that could be place behind the door because it didn't lock. I was told that someone would come up to fix it. They never showed up. Eventually I disassembled the broom and place it behind the door in order to relax enough to sleep. We checked out the next morning.

Honestly this visit was just ok, when normally is amazing. The main pool was great, drinks great, atmosphere great! Our room not so much. We’ve never had an issue but we’ve also never stayed at the back of the hotel building F(funny but yea build F) the elevator dirty, the hall way to our room dirty. Our room smelled old. The balcony dirty, the whole condo is outdated?? The washer/dryer were ancient and loud. The master suite-the king bed was cardboard(not really but that’s what it felt like) the toilet wouldn’t flush (unless you hold it down the entire time everything is going down) the bathroom door did not close!? And the huge tub which I normally love there, the plug came right off as I tried to take a bath. It just wasn’t worth the money I spent for the 2 days we were there.
Honestly this visit was just ok, when normally is amazing. The main pool was great, drinks great, atmosphere great! Our room not so much. We’ve never had an issue but we’ve also never stayed at the back of the hotel building F(funny but yea build F) the elevator dirty, the hall way to our room dirty. Our room smelled old. The balcony dirty, the whole condo is outdated?? The washer/dryer were ancient and loud. The hotel is a bit dated, and street noise from cars can be heard clearly from the rooms. However, the stay was overall good. The rooms were spacious, the property felt safe, and the main pool was a hit with the kids. With some updates and better soundproofing, it could be an even better experience.

Overall a great value for a family suite with space and amenities. It was outdated yet clean and beds were fine. They do not have abc network so had to buy a fire stick to watch a game. The property grounds were well maintained as well as the pool and the bar and restaurant had a good selection!

I thought the location was good. Guest relations was nice and helpful when our key cards didnt work on day 2. The pools and hot tubs were nice. The property had a nice resort feel. We enjoyed the little cafe and the mac n cheese bites were 10/10. We noticed the hot water getting slim on day 2 but with Disney being the priorty we didn't report. We checked out on day 3 with cold showers and a non working washer. We had several men outside of unit working on the hot water heater quickly after we reported the issues early am, but never received an update and ended up checking out at 10:30 am. For the price we paid, I am sunsure if I would return, but everyone’s experience will be different and this may have been just a seldom incidence.

Our stay statted out poorly when we checked in, headed to the farthest building (f), went all the way to the top floor with all of our luggage and quickly realized we were given keys to someone else's room, when we walked in on them. We went back to the check-in counter and were offered a 30$ meal credit for our trouble. With safety a priority, I would have expected better. Cleaning of any kind (beds, towels etc) was only offered on the 4th day of our 8 day stay. We rarely had access to pool towels so we had to use our room towels. They were often out of those also or we waited 5 hours for more. Despite having a 2 bedroom unit, we could not run 2 water sources at once. There wiuld either be bo hot water, no cold water or no pressure. The master shower also had tiny bugs in it. Engineers were sent to fix our jacuzzi (wouldnt plug), dishwasher and ice machine but they still never worked. We requested a pot and bowls but the kitchen was still very sparce. Impossible to cook a meal for our group of 5. We had 4 place settings and 1 pot, a baking sheet and 2 casserole dishes. No frying pans and not enough place settings for 5 ppl let alone for a couple of meals per day without handwashing them. There were burn marks on counter tops, filthy bedroom carpets, uncomfortable beds, no duvets. Terrible!

The check in was great. The personal were excellent. Due to my status we were supposed to receive a bottle of wine and an upgraded room (if available). The hotel was packed, so we understood not getting the upgraded room but the person who checked us in said they were sending the wine up to the room…that never happened. When I questioned the front desk on again (different person) they said it wasn’t part of our booking package even though another employee said it was. The unit was large and on the surface very nice. However, we noticed the floor of the unit was filthy, specifically the carpet. We didn’t notice until we were barefoot after coming back from the pool. I told the front desk on exit and it seemed tas if hey could care less. The pools are nice but no policing the people holding chair with towels, all day. The umbrellas are short for the size of the main pool and the second pool has 1 permanent structure that can cover 3-4 chairs. Zero umbrellas there. This place has everything you’d want in a stay with family but it’s still lacking.

I had a few issues during my stay which I was ignored by front staff then emailed customer service twice and never got a response from them either. Don’t trust the beautiful pictures you see online, the room I had was so old with gross damaged light fixtures, leaking sink, dirty floor, and much more. Its not worth the rate they charge. And they wont respond to any communication, definitely surprised by this.

There was a large dog barking all night in the apartment above us. We called the manager and he just hemmed and hawed and really didn’t tell us what they would do. The dog never stopped so we called about a half hour later and they never answered their phone. We called twice to the main desk and no answer. The next morning when we checked out, we asked to speak to the manager waited forever. He never came out and addressed our issue. I tried calling the hotel number twice. I was told to please hold and no one ever came to the phone after two tries. I would not recommend this if you’re looking for customer service.

Great location within 10-15 minutes from Disney parks, 5 mins from Aldi, Publix and behind the Vineland outlet. Check in was easy and front desk was courteous. We had an apartment in building A which was very close to the pool. The pool is great for relaxing and for kids, very large and lots to do. Towels were readily available. DJ on Friday night was good fun and played great music. The apartment itself was clean and had some unexpected bonuses like detergents and soaps. We had a three bedroom suite that was perfect for a big group. It is not new and some items such as the dishwasher could use some updating. We found door knobs to be loose. There was nothing that impacted our stay. It was great value overall and we would recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed in this hotel for three days, we are all very satisfied, the room was large and spacious, I love the full size kitchen .and the hotel was clean and quiet. We all get a good night's sleep. The hotel is surrounded by outlet malls and supermarkets . Universal Studios, Disney and the airport are all within a 20-minute drive. It's very convenient. We will definitely choose this hotel again in our next vacation. Another important point is that the staff is very professional and enthusiastic. Thank you for Mr. Jahovanni Professional service.

This was a great place to stay for our Disney trip. Less expensive and more spacious than a Disney hotel. Also, free parking!! We didn't use any amenities so I can't review those, and I didn't feel like the customer service was the best. But I will definitely stay here again for future Orlando trips! It's definitely a great alternative to overpriced, one room theme park hotels.

Excellent location for Discovery Cove, Sea World, and Acquatica. It is still close to Disney and Universal as well. It’s very close to shopping options. It seemed like less traffic than other areas. Lots of space in the room.

The hotel was fine but definitely not as nice as we were anticipating. The pool “restaurant” isn’t really a restaurant at all it’s a window you order from. We really wanted to just be able to sit down and order food from a server. The room was spacious but dated and smelled pretty musty. Overall we would not stay here again and would not recommend it,

The lobby is beautiful and front desk was friendly and helpful, but once you entered the room I t was very outdated. The apartment smelled old and so was the furniture. Kitchen had barely anything.The amenities were okay. Pool was nice. The restaurant also acts as a pool bar and room service with a very limited menu consisted of fast food. I will not come back.

Took my family to Floridays for the first time. The staff was excellent. Answered all my questions and very kind. The poolside bar staff were very polite and nice and the drinks and food were the best we had after staying at many resorts in Orlando. Pool was great, nice temperature for cooling off but could have been cleaned more often. All and all we had a very good time. We would return in the future.

Great large pool area, and decent second pool. Food is okay, but very convenient on resort. Theme park transport was an hour late on scheduled pickup, and return service was the fullest bus I have been on maybe ever. Overall condition of property and provided service match inexpensive price point.

Was a family overnight with four adults and a child. Staff was wonderful. When we had issues with our room it was resolved in a timely manner, effective communication. The room is perfect for our needs and comfortable. The cafe for breakfast was not my favorite, the food tasted microwaved and was not worth it, but the staff was wonderful. Great location to the attractions nearby. Would definitely stay again

Went to ORL for the weekend and decided to spend the it at the resort to enjoy the pool, which we very much did (2 pools in fact). Went to ORL for the weekend for our daughter’s 10 birthday, SeaWorld on the Monday but decided to spend the weekend at the resort to enjoy the pool, which we very much did (2 pools in fact). Upon checking in our room smelled terrible like old shrimp and we could not figure out why! After an hour we finally went to throw something away (garbage is under sink out of view) we opened the cabinet and found that the garbage had never been taken out from the prior guests which is where the horrible smell came from. Called the front desk to tell them and they said “oh no” said they’d send someone. An hour later no one came so we finally had to take it out ourself but then we had no garbage bags for our own stay the whole weekend. Also the bath tub was full of black hairs that looks like it hadn’t been cleaned prior to our check in either. Long black hairs all over the sides of the tub. This was our second stay here but after this one we will never return

We really enjoyed our stay at Floridays Resort Orlando. My husband & I had a red-eye flight & wanted to check into our hotel early. The staff was very understanding & accommodated our request. That was very helpful & appreciated. The hotel was very clean & had some fun amenities to enjoy. Our room was like a mini apartment with two rooms, two bathrooms (one with jacuzzi tub), kitchenette, small dining/living room, washer & dryer, and a balcony that overlooked the pond & 2nd pool area. It was very quiet & very clean. The tub/shower combo in the first bathroom had a constant leak. We notified the front desk & they sent out maintenance to work on it right away; however, they were unable to fix the leak. That was not a big deal as everything still worked. I just felt bad it was wasting water. The hotel provided two pool areas. We didn't use the 2nd pool area, so we don't know how that was, but the main pool was warm & had a fun splash pad area, as well as a hot jacuzzi. There was also a poolside bar/restaurant/gift shop. The hotel was just nice all around & the staff was friendly. While we were walking around the hotel grounds, one of the maintenance workers offered us a ride in his golf cart as the grounds are quite big. We didn't take the ride because we were only walking a short distance, but we thought that was very nice of him to offer. We loved how close the hotel was to the Theme Parks such as Sea World & Aquatica. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay at Floridays Resort Orlando. My husband & I had a red-eye flight & wanted to check into our hotel early. The staff was very understanding & accommodated our request. That was very helpful & appreciated. The hotel was very clean & had some fun amenities to enjoy. Our room was like a mini apartment with two rooms, two bathrooms (one with jacuzzi tub), kitchenette, small dining/living room, washer & dryer, and a balcony that overlooked the pond & 2nd pool area. It was very quiet & very clean. The tub/shower combo in the first bathroom had a constant leak. We notified the front desk & they sent out maintenance to work on it right away; however, they were unable to fix the leak. That was not a big deal as everything still worked. I just felt bad it was wasting water. The hotel provided two pool areas.
