I paid for my stay in full to stay at this hotel. Crystal at the front desk handed me a paper stating I owed an additional fee for an amount of 75.61. To clarify this was not a deposit. She stated “that is what is in her computer” she was not willing to doubt check or anything. I tried to show her my Expedia receipt that stated I paid in full. A representative from Expedia attempted to call the hotel to clarify the situation, the hotel didn’t answer the representative. Crystal was extremely unhelpful and condescending, stating “I don’t believe anything a third party said.” Extremely embarrassing in front of a full lobby of people waiting to check in. The entire situation was humiliating. I strongly recommend a different hotel. The last thing you want is to arrive at your destination and be told you owe unexpected additional charges.

Not one time to the staff speak to us it was a very uncomfortable situation! We first pulled up we didn't see any sign saying that it was reserved parking but evidently it was for people who were staying in the penthouse The lady came outside and informed us We had to move and I said we'll just checking in and she says it's for penthouse only turns around and walks off! The only one that was friendly was the people that was cleaning and the one guy that worked third shift! And I'll be quite honest with you I feel that it was due to the color of my husband's skin properties beautiful room was beautiful! But the staff that actually works made us very uncomfortable not hello how you doing You walked down to the lobby they don't look at you and I've been in customer service off my life and never would have treated a customer the way that we were treated!

Room was nice ocean front. They are under construction and updating rooms so noise is present during the day.

Great stay for a solo traveler. Room was comfortable & great kitchen. Staff was friendly & helpful & very accommodating. I would stay again & loved the location for being within walking distance to restaurants.
