Great facilities clean and quiet

Good location, in walking distance to Rundel , public transportation

Super average and dated hotel and nothing close to its price. We were charged 50 dollars for breakfast which was served at a cafe and was much cheaper to be purchased there. All in all, nothing good to say

A catalogue of poor service No one at reception for 15 mins at check in We understood from Hotels.com site that breakfast was included - it wasnt! Misleading advertising. A lot of dogs in the hotel - carpets grubby. We found out via Hotels.com website we were entitled to a bottle of wine - it wasnt offered - we had to ask. The wine was awful. On day 2 we requested room service, it didnt happen - same on day 3. My wife rang reception to report this, they didnt answer so she had to go down to speak with them. The manager came and offered us a fresh bottle of (better) wine as compensation which we accepted as it was our final evening. All in all a very poor experience & we feel we should have been offered financial compensation - we paid for services we never got!!

Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt, ist aber schnell und direkt vom und zum Flughafen zu erreichen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind allerdings nicht fußläufig gelegen. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und die Formalitäten waren schnell erledigt. Unser Zimmer lag zu einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für das Frühstück gab es einen Gutschein für ein nahegelegenes Café mit einer sehr guten Auswahl. Für uns war das Hotel die richtige Entscheidung.
