I made the reservation later than I usually do. I expected some issues but there were absolutely no issues. The hot tub, pool, and room were excellent and the check out went very smooth.

Stayed one night for a bit of a local "Braincation" to forget about cancer treatments and everything else life wants to throw our way this year... Staff was great! Hotel was clean and smelled good. Room was nice, modern, and comfortable. The TV was surprisingly large for a hotel room! Hot tub and pool area were clean. Hot tub was very hot and the jets were strong! One of the best getaways we have ever had!!!❤️

Overall experience was good--hotel was clean and in good repair, staff was helpful and courteous. Be aware that there is no elevator to the second floor. Staff offered to help carry bags but instead switched us to first level rooms as one guest was 80 and a bit challenged by the stairs. Breakfast area was roomy and pleasant with plenty of selections and constantly replenished. Pool area was nice but possibly unmonitored (unsupervised children and food/drink; also accessible without a room key). We stayed 2 nights and found it to be convenient and reasonably priced given that it was graduation weekend.

Would have booked a much cheaper hotel. It seemed as though they were cleaning up from a flood of some sort - the hot tub was not working, the entire lobby and dining area was unbelievably humid. A fire alarm went off at 3 am and no one said a word - it simply kept beeping until finally it quit. Asked for a receipt at the front desk when leaving and was told that we booked through Expedia so they would be the ones sending me a receipt. Motel 6 would be an upgrade!

The room is in good condition, the staff are always available, and the pool is fantastic. The breakfast sucks, and the noise the hot tub makes is so loud that when the room next door turned theirs on, at 5am, I was scared awake and unable to fall back asleep until 6:30am

Person named Mark who checked me in acted like he didn't like me. Told me I didn't have a reservation, then when I showed my confirmation he gave me attitude. Breakfast was very nice. North end entry door to the hotel did not have a functional lock-anyone could walk in. I have stayed here before and probably will again. My wife liked the pool and hot tub.

We had an excellent stay. All aspects of the hotel experience were great! We used the pool and jacuzzi, ate breakfast and the kids played table games in the room. Thanks so much!!! Just note that there is no elevator for the 2nd floor, in case a guest would need it, the first floor would be better.

I wasnt to sure what to expect with just doing an internet search, but i was completely surprised with everything about this stay. The front desk attendant mark was very welcoming and friendly. The cleaniness was amazing, with being a housekeeper myself i tend to have higher expectations, but i was completely satisfied with it!!! I will definitely be back to stay at this facility again

The room was dirty. Definitely wasn’t vacuumed. There were webs and bugs on the mirrors around the jacuzzi. Told front desk and they offered another room next to that room. At this point neither of us felt comfortable to even stay. We accepted our only option and moved. Unfortunately this room was only slightly cleaner and we found little red bugs on the bedding so we left. We were denied a refund as well.

We stayed here for a concert in Madison, it was about a 25 min drive to camp Randall stadium. There’s a Walmart and some food options near by which is convenient. There’s also a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The pool and room hot tubs were a nice amenity. I did clean the hot tub in the room before using it, it looked like it wasn’t very well cleaned before…also noticed some of the towels had some stains on them. We were able to get fresh clean towels. Besides that, the room was clean and comfortable, and spacious. there is free parking. Checking in and out were very quick and easy and they even let us check in early free of cost. Great and affordable if you’re just stay a night or two.

Every staff person we encountered was so pleasant!!! Great staff! Our room was not overly clean. There was some debris on the floor in the bathroom upon our arrival. There was a slight odor in the room, as well. That being said, it was quiet, the heating system was relatively quiet and we got a good night's sleep.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet. The breakfast was good and the eating area spacious. You have to go down a back street and enter the parking area from the rear to access the property. Nothing owners can change, just seems to be the result of road reconstruction.

I have never in my life been treated so rudely by the front desk person. So rude in fact that I decided to NOT stay at this property. I even requested the managers name and she would not give it to me as she feared getting fired because of her terribly nasty rude attitude. I asked for a refund and was told it would have to come from, Expedia. I will NEVER book another stay with Expedia!

The breakfast was fresh and very good and the service was great, the coffee pot was empty and I let them know and the gal stopped what she was doing and got more coffee out right away! The staff over all was so friendly, Gloria( front desk) was amazing- Thank you, if were ever back your way will stay h ere again

Housekeeping enters room while away when didn't request. There is sticker on door they are by request only. Brought to front desk attention and housekeeping overheard and started getting sassy about it. Did not appreciate employees in room without permission and we were not there.

Our room was clean, no smell. Bathroom was very clean. The staff was very lfriendly. The man at the front desk switched our room to the first floor since I temporarily am using a cane which I very much appreciated. The continental breakfast was hot, a nice variety and fresh fruit.

Not much to look at on the outside but super clean and quiet rooms. Nice Mexican restaurant next door as well. I’d definitely stay at this pace again.

It’s just not an elegant or newer property. And you don’t enter from the main road; You drive into a neighborhood and you enter from the rear. So no curb appeal and it takes a while to figure out how to get into the place. Rumm, and common areas are very basic. But a weeknight not on a football weekend is only $80 a night and I haven’t played that little for a motel room in decades. So if you just need a place to lay your head, It’s a decent value.

Friendly service, property was well kept and room was immaculate. We appreciated that the front desk was staffed 24/7. We were close to the Opera House and in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway for our return home. The complimentary breakfast offered hot and cold selections and was well stocked with fresh fruit and beverages.

We stayed here for a concert in Madison, it was about a 25 min drive to camp Randall stadium. There’s a Walmart and some food options near by which is convenient. There’s also a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The pool and room hot tubs were a nice amenity. I did clean the hot tub in the room before using it, it looked like it wasn’t very well cleaned before…also noticed some of the towels had some stains on them. We were able to get fresh clean towels. Besides that, the room was clean and comfortable, and spacious. there is free parking. Checking in and out were very quick and easy and they even let us check in early free of cost. Great and affordable if you’re just stay a night or two.

Overall experience was good--hotel was clean and in good repair, staff was helpful and courteous. Be aware that there is no elevator to the second floor. Staff offered to help carry bags but instead switched us to first level rooms as one guest was 80 and a bit challenged by the stairs. Breakfast area was roomy and pleasant with plenty of selections and constantly replenished. Pool area was nice but possibly unmonitored (unsupervised children and food/drink; also accessible without a room key). We stayed 2 nights and found it to be convenient and reasonably priced given that it was graduation weekend.

The breakfast was fresh and very good and the service was great, the coffee pot was empty and I let them know and the gal stopped what she was doing and got more coffee out right away! The staff over all was so friendly, Gloria( front desk) was amazing- Thank you, if were ever back your way will stay h ere again

The room is in good condition, the staff are always available, and the pool is fantastic. The breakfast sucks, and the noise the hot tub makes is so loud that when the room next door turned theirs on, at 5am, I was scared awake and unable to fall back asleep until 6:30am

Room was paid for in advance to expedia but the hotel charged my debit card $100 which reduced the balance and left me with no money for other travel expenses. Then hotel management says they have to wait for payment from expedia before they refund and that's a 5-7 day wait. Won't stay there again. The free breakfast was the worst ever as well, but had no money left on my card to eat elsewhere.

Very disappointed, the hot tub was out of order and the pool was so cloudy you wouldn’t have wanted to use it.

Not terrible for what it is, but the beds are truly unpleasant. At least mine was. Hard as a rock but with pillows so soft you need 4 to support your head. My back is very unhappy with me. The room was clean, if shabby. Rust and build on fixtures, cobwebs in corners, etc. The minifridge (on the highest setting) did not keep anything cold or frozen and all the food we brought for a necessary stay (emergency maintenance at home) spoiled overnight. Requested a linen change one day early and the front desk was accommodating, but the housekeeper was rather rude about it. The pool are was nice, but very inconsistently so. The first day, the hot tub was too cool but the jets were good. Second day, tub was hotter and jets were weaker. Third and final night it was the hottest, and the jets didn't work at all. The pool itself was also on the warm side, cloudy and could be bigger. Only having two tables for a room so large feels a bit odd as well. The only hot option for breakfast available during the week was a make-your-own waffle station. Bacon was available on Saturday. Otherwise, it's cereal, yogurt, toast and maybe a banana. Overall it was not a bad stay, but not somewhere I would personally stay again.

The lock did not work on the door. We had to bar it another way. You need to get it fixed. Would have preferred a breakfast earlier. We had to leave at 6;00 A.M.
