It had a luxurious vibe and it was a superb spot to get around town. Access to the good gym, spa, sauna and steam room was a real bonus! The food on offer was easily adapted for my GF requirements.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! We had a few minor kinks with our room, but the staff’s response was so quick snd so kind I was shocked. The hotel itself is beautiful, with restaurants aplenty in it courtyard and plenty of underground parking! We would stay again— but maybe not in the same room😁

Westport plaza is an amazing "little" resort in the heart of Westport. Here you get great accommodations, an excellent restaurant (complimentary breakfast is outstanding), a good pub (w/Irish music), a spa with a full line of services, and workout and pool facility that is top notch. Withing 5-10 minutes walking to all other Westport shops, restaurants, and pubs. Staff is friendly and completely service oriented. There is a car park here. Price is right here . . if you planning to come to Westport, this is the spot.

Couldn’t lock the window of our suit the shower tap was extremely difficult to turn on and off I had three attempts to open my door each time having to go to the desk to receive a new door card eventually the gentleman on the desk had to open my door with a screw driver !!

I could not fault anything in the Westport Plaza. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely stay here again

Beautiful property! Wish we were there longer to enjoy the surrounding area! Staff was great. We were able to check in early as we arrived in the area earlier than expected. I forgot some clothing and they were very helpful and able to ship it to me in the USA. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Ireland!

This was our first time in Westport and was part of a roadtrip through Ireland. Westport was by far our favorite. The hotel had convenient FREE parking on site, rooms had all the amenities you needed and was in walking distance to the main shopping areas. Staff was extremely welcoming and the breakfast that was included with our stay was amazing.

Excellent property walking distance of the town centre. Amenities very good and one of the best double rooms we have stayed in. Spacious room with lots of seating. Access to the roof garden. Modern bathroom and shower. Service in Coveys bar and at breakfast was first class., really fast service, well cooked mini fry at breakfast and a lot of choice.

A very nice stay, the only down side was we booked dinner for 7:30 and waited 40 minutes for our starter. We asked the waiter was there a problem after noticing customers who arrived after us being served. The manager apologized and didn't charge us for our bottle of wine, but it did spoil our dining experience. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Great location to the downtown area of Westport and near the bus stop. Rooms were very well appointed and clean. Loved the options for breakfast and dinner at Coveys was very tasty. Staff was great.

Our stay was really enjoyable much to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We ate in the the Coveys restaurant and couldn’t fault it.

Nicely appointed hotel. Adequate fitness center. Nice pool and hot tub/steam room/sauna. Breakfast buffet limited. Irish breakfast just ok. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Excellent front desk staff.

This is such a nice place to stay, the rooms are a great size, bathrooms are large as well. Loved getting to soak in the jacuzzi tub. Food was great my husband had a lot of amazing dishes, I unfortunately got sick the day before so food was iffy for me for the time we stayed however the staff and kitchen were very accommodating. Hotel is beautiful we really enjoyed it and will definitely be returning.

We only stayed one night as we were travelling elsewhere the next day.However the hotel was beautiful.helpful staff and nice food.

We arrived on Tuesday this week and checked out today at Noon. The arrival was first class. Staff were friendly and attentive. The room 540 was excellent being in a quieter area on the second floor with a courtyard view. Room amenities were excellent. The restaurant was very good with great staff attention to detail. The only fault I had was that my fillet steak was well done when I asked for medium. The staff were very apologetic. The bottle of red wine was served and not what was ordered. Again not the waitress fault. We drank it anyway. There was no deduction from the bill for either mistake. The siting of the hotel was very central to the town with parking on site. There was a spa and leisure club which we did not use as my wife had a cold. Well done. We will return.
