Tv did not work but was replaced promptly then AC unit fan stoped blowing had to move to anothe room. New roon did not allow me to view my motorcycle frpm my roon which was an important request i made when selecting my room. Also selected hotel for the pool and was tolld the pool was closed. But no reason given. The reopend the pool late in the evening after many complaints

We loved the pool with rock waterfall but wish there was also a hot tub option. The air conditioners had visible black mold and the rooms were a little musty but overall it was a good price and a convenient location so I would stay again.

This was a good place to stop before our cruise. The pool and location were great but the rooms were old and not updated at all. The floors were filthy. I had to wear my socks all the time or my feet were black on the bottom.

The property its self isn’t bad and is welcoming. The room is dirty, the refrigerator is dirty, the floors literally turn your feet black walking on them barefoot. I used a half pack of baby wipes to clean it myself and cleaned my kids feet each time they got in the beds. The first time my son flushed the toilet it clogged. Front desk sent maintenance who did show up promptly so I guess there is a plus. Outside my room are carts of dirty laundry, and desks of some sort piled up and clutter in the hallway where vending machines are. Looks creepy to even walk down alone.

First room they had for us wasn't cleaned at all. Beds were still unmade. Second was a filthy room. So bad they guy had to come and clean it while we were there. Toilet had to be fixed and TV was a pain. Only stayed because we would have lost our money. Will never stay at any quality inn ever again.

This place is a dump. Dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. The night clerk gave us rags and cleaning products and we had to clean the dirt ourselves. There was no manager on duty at the time, so in the morning I complained to the manager and asked for some type of pricing concession. She told me her boss would call me. That was over a month ago and I never received a call. Pathetic

The mirror was not clean, or the bathroom floor. The curtains had mildew on them, and there was a strong musty odor. The shower head fell off so we couldn’t take showers. The online photos were misleading-the room was very outdated. We are expecting a discount for the poor accommodations

the room spelt like mildew and the floor was disgusting, the sink didn’t drain and the hair dryer was unplugged and when i plugged it back in sparks flew everywhere. there was a power outage for several hours. the room smelt terrible the whole time i was there and everything had dust or dirt on it.

Larger than average bathtub (with working stopper), larger than average mini fridge and nice armoire. Pool was nice but we didn’t get there soon enough to use it (closes at 8pm). Nice beds. Decent breakfast (waffles, bagels, cereal). Nice front desk worker. No issues. Convenient distance to Kennedy Space Center and cruise ports.

My guest and I were given the key to someone else's room when we arrived. We took our luggage up and walked in on a man in his bed. He was livid. Mad. Cursing and yelling when we walked in. He saw we were surprised. Had our luggage and that there had been a mistake at the front desk. I went back to the front desk and was given another room down the hall from this man and his wife/girlfriend. My daughter sat on the bed and started crying saying she did not feel safe. It was 9pm at night. We went back to the front desk to let them know we were checking out and wanted a refund because we felt unsafe. The front desk manager said he could not refund us money because we had gone through a third party. He was not helpful. Cold. I asked if he was feeling okay (I wondered if he was going through something with family, or had cognition problems). He said he was fine and thanked me for asking. At this point I asked for another managers email. I was given a card with wrong information and have yet to receive money back from corporate or the third party

I usually don't give negative reviews, but I stayed at this Quality for 2 nights interacted with the GM Pooja Patel 4 times during those days and felt so disrespected, I just had to post. The room itself was average, although the handle for the sink was sticky. The breakfast a bit under average but my dealing with the GM very disappointing. The first day I thought, she was just having a bad day, but the second day and 4th dealing, when checking out, she told the customer in front of me he was "Handsome" but when I checked out, not even a "how was your stay", only, "no you can't have a receipt, you booked through a third party, you must contact them". I only stayed both nights because our cruise was 2 days away. I WILL NOT be staying there again and am rethinking my future stays at any Quality Inn.

Hotel location is fantastic when you need to take a port canaveral cruise. Worth mentioning is the fantastic Check in process done by Harry who works at the front desk. In a calm and responsive manner he took time to place us at easy by making sure that the room he was offering is exactly or better than what we were expecting. He also did his best in suceeded to locate an important package which was sent in my name. Trully an amazing individual. Sooo helpfull and client oriented. You do not see that anymore.

I had to waitb10 minutes at thevfront desk checking in for someonevto help. I almost left and now I wish I had. After I was checked in my room smelled very musty. Thevwalls were wet like it had not been climate controlled. After getting the room settled I found that the TV did not work. After about 15 minutes the clerk came and tried to get it to work but could not. She then left and said she would bevright back. Instead 15 to 20 minutes later she called and asked if I wanted to move to another room. It was 10:30 pm at this timevso I said no thank you. The next morning I wentbto breakfast with my 2 kids and they had nothing but cerial for the so called free breakfast. They were out of the waffle mix so we couldn't even have those. When I went to checkout I had to wait 20 minutes until some one came to take the key. I ask for a receipt but she said the printerbwas broken. I have stayed in a great deal of different hotels, motels and Inns, but this dive was the worst ever. I apoligized to my family for being penny pinching, but even for $112.00 for tge night I have gotten far better. I would rather sleep in my car than stay here again. Hotels.com should check these places out before recommending them.

Room was good for a quick overnight stay before heading out on a cruise the next morning. Very basic room. Clean, but can definitely use some updating. Breakfast was very limited and squeezed into a tight space with everyone trying to get to food and being in each others ways. Overall decent for the price.

The hotel is older but comfortable. Bathtub had some stains on the outside but was clean. Front desk staff were very pleasant. Breakfast could have been a bit better ( not many choices).

It’s a typical quality inn. The staff were nice at check in, breakfast is the usual waffle, cereal, yogurt, toast type. Room was just as expected. Fair for the price.

I picked this hotel because it was close to the highway. That was the biggest perk outside of that breakfast was a two star. They kept trying to put stuff out one at a time and it kept seem like they didn’t have any food. At night you can hear he vehicles go by.

The location was perfect for what we are plans we're. The inside of the rooms was very clean and updated. The hotel needs designated smoking areas because people were smoking outside of the rooms and the smell came in our room through the AC unit. Breakfast was adequate.

The rooms stink like an old musty house! The first room I had smelled so bad I asked for a different room, they gave me a different room and I left my stuff in the car and went to my meetings when I returned my key wouldn’t work so I went to the front desk and my room had been given so someone else and I was given a third room that stunk. I got up in the night to use the restroom and my feet were black on the bottoms where the floors were nasty and not cleaned. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Check in was easy but, the front desk guy had his phone on speaker. I'm unsure if it was muted when he asked for my number. Upon going into the room we immediately checked it out make sure clean sheets, bathroom, no bugs of any kind. Beds didn't have any stains and no bugs. However the toilet/shower area was not what I expected. The handicap rail was not securely attached to the wall. It was very wiggly. There was a ring around the tub. Also mold all around the bathtub seal. Rust on the doorframe of the bathroom door. We stood on a towel during a shower because didn't want to make direct contact with the tub. Towel had a dirt mark and a clump of hair. The sink is way too low. It was the perfect height for my 6yr. Old. Imagine an adult standing at it brushing their teeth. People were around our door at 12am yelling diarrhea and hearing someone vomiting right outside. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. Air conditioner "worked" i wouldn't say it cooled the room just mainly the direct part of the room. I slept the night with no covers because it was warm with the AC set to 65 which was the lowest setting. The floors were DISGUSTING. My kids feet were BLACK. Those floors are NEVER mopped. I could tell when we stepped in. I had to wear socks the entire time. No way was I touching the floor barefoot. Only stayed for 1 night. I wouldn't had last more than that. I guess it's what I expected from a budget hotel. I won't be staying here again.
