Room 103 was the first room my friend and I was in for a four day stay. We were schooled about having a dog and could be charged much extra for the “smell” and the cost for them to clean the room. After two days we could not stand it anymore. The smell was so bad it was almost as if mold was under the wet carpets. The bedding was wet the towels were wet. The entire room was musty. Friday after much begging and having the employees come to the room to experience what we were smelling they agreed to move us. No elevator and we may have to go to the second floor. We waited and waited in the lobby while the staff attempted to find us a room, stating they were over booked and the system wouldn’t let him move us. But wait, magically when a couple walked in the front door to check in we were found a room. My guess is the staff didn’t want us to complain in front of the new customers This hotel should not be operating at all. It needs deep cleaned and fumigated. Breakfast was always late and cold. Just not what a person expects when good money is spent. SuzAnne Garcia

Definitely not the cleanest. Thank you to the front desk guy who carried my suitcase up the stairs as I had an injury and didn't realize there is no elevator.

Being told to park a mile away at 2am after a concert isn’t the most reassuring thing to hear. Also did find multiple stains on the blanket on my bed and the mattress was very firm. Overall a decent place to stay but the limited parking is incredibly unfair to guests and really needs to be addressed.

Room and property were okay overall. Room kind of smelled like stale cigarettes, but was clean overall. Bed was comfortable. We loved that the pool area was adults only after 10 pm. Gave us time to relax and unwind without having kids throwing pool tools and jumping in the pool constantly.

Only one ice machine for 2 floors and it didn't work. All we were told was man didn't fix. Asked if they could fill bin with bags of ice, told no. We came for the car show and all weekend it was almost 100 degrees. The rates were doubled for the weekend. Breakfast was slim at best, Juice machine didn't work, waffles and cereal only. Property was safe, we were able to keep our enclosed trailer parked in the lot without any worries.

The fridge smelled like something died in it. The room smelled old and was not overly clean. They didn't serve a hot breakfast because they were not very full. The man at the desk was very pleasant but I would not stay there again.

Our room had such an overpowering mold smell, it was almost unbearable. We had to open the windows but it still didn't help. The ceiling creaked loudly every time the people in the room above us took a step. The breakfast was almost inedible. My husband and I just had to laugh about how bad it was. We are not ones to complain or write a bad review, but this was terrible! We will not be back!

Absolutely disgusting!! There was dried vomit on the inside of the bathroom door, cobwebs through out the room, toilet was NEVER cleaned, hot tub didn’t work & the breakfast seemed like it was out from the day before. When I tried to communicate this to the staff, they just said there’s nothing they can do. I will NEVER stay there again. Drove 4 hrs for a reunion!

The hotel looked abandoned from outside. Two large dead trees, yard grass high (not mowed) and foot high weeds in landscaping. The front door was filthy. Assigned room on ground floor, walked in windows were open, air conditioning on high. It was freezing in room and hit with a stink. Masking odor. Assigned room on second floor, no elevator. Bed clean, tube clean below sink not clean and trash left from previous guests. Charged $498 for 2 nights is outrageous.

I was very disappointed. The room smelled bad - very musty. Opened windows, turned on the air, nothing gets rid of it. Guessing it’s been that way for a long time. Linens were clean. Bathroom worn and dated. Breakfast was dismal. Extremely limited. Egg dish was cut into 1” squares. Seriously. Definitely on my never again list.

The place was really run down and unkept. The room was so musty smelling and there was no water pressure for showers. In our room there were cobwebs in the corner as well.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we love it quite a bit. We get a room with a hot tub and it is perfect. Really great jacuzzi, and the coffee they offer for your inroom coffee Maker is very good. The king bed was incredibly comfortable. Really wonderful place to stay.

A mediocre stay. My room on the main floor was noisy mostly due to the wood frame construction which produced ALOT of foot traffic and creaking floor noise from the room above. The occupants above us at the time were very active late at night which was annoying, and without earplugs made it difficult to sleep. The drain in the showers was plugged, so water wouldn’t drain when showering. There was also no replenishment of towels to the room unless it was requested. Continental Breakfast was below mid. Rooms and facilities were clean and the staff were mostly friendly.

Our room was close to the pool, there was a bit of humidity with a sort of stuffy odor. Running the fan would help avoid that. Otherwise, the room was great!

Man at the desk was awtful and rude he should be fired. We got a 2 queen room to stay close to a bar for my daughters 22nd birthday so 3 people were actually staying and we had my other daughters and a couple friends just meet us at hotel to go out and we told the desk guy that and he was fine. I then went to ask for a third key in case we needed it one for me one for my husband and one for daughter, right when we asked he was yelling and super rude saying no more then 3 people in room and we said we know everyone is leaving we are just meeting up here and he just kept being rude and called cops ( I was rude back after he was very disrespectful but my husband was nice the whole time) my husband actually recorded the whole thing and showed the cops and the cops agreed with us and asked if we wanted to stay but I did not feel safe after that. I never write reviews but this was straight ridiculous on how we were treated if I did that at my job I would have been fired

Great, helpful staff. We lost our key at a concert and had no trouble getting a replacement at midnight. Loved the breakfast. But we couldnt get the water in the shower above lukewarm and some of the furnishings were a little shabby. But loved the layout of our king suite.

The stay was great, but they put up a lot of resistance to early checkin. I was looking to get into the room at 2pm and their normal checkin time is 3pm. When I arrived there was only one other car in their parking lot and that night the place was not busy. They could have just let me check in an hour early. Should not have been a difficult request. Everything else about the hotel was great!

The clerk at the desk went and turned the heat on in our room, so I believe the heat was turned all the way down and they only turn it on if someone has hooked the room. It was 10 degrees outside.

Stayed here and no one at front desk when trying to checkin and the employee talked to us from upstairs and yelled down to us. Came back later no one at desk again. No variety at breakfast and chairs are in need of replacement. No water pressure in bathrooms, mirror was broken. I typically stay at grandstay and this one is definitely lacking in many areas and need some TLC!

We usually stay downtown in Stillwater. But its usually very expensive. We decided to try this hotel and got a great rate for our room . The outside of the property could use some TLC. Fortunately it was decent inside, decent room and beds. We did use the pool and hot tub and the area was good. This is not a walkable property to downtown. It was a short drive. Its a basic property. If spending time in Stillwater for a special occasion I will stay downtown again. But for a quick trip where you don't want to drop a lot of money on the hotel this works.

We usually stay downtown in Stillwater. But its usually very expensive. We decided to try this hotel and got a great rate for our room . The outside of the property could use some TLC. Great value and location to tour the Stillwater area. Hotels downtown were too expensive! Nice to have breakfast included. One thing that surprised me was no elevator. With a new knee it was a bit difficult to navigate the stairs with my luggage. But, the front desk guy saw me struggling a bit and helped me halfway up which was truly appreciated!

Nice and well kept property. Room was just as expected. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A quick ride to downtown Stillwater for dining and shopping. Would stay here again.

I didnt have much in the way of expectations going in. However, i was pleasantly surprised with our weekend stay. The staff was friendly, the room was extremely clean and our jacuzzi was top notch. Even the refrigerator was a pretty substantial size given it being in a hotel. Proximity to everything Stillwater has to offer was absolutely perfect, especially when looking to retreat from the downtown area.

Upon check in we weren't told about any amenities or the location of anything anything in the building.....even where our room was or where to park. This property should offer a shuttle to and from downtown Stillwater, even on limited hours.

Our room had such an overpowering mold smell, it was almost unbearable. We had to open the windows but it still didn't help. The ceiling creaked loudly every time the people in the room above us took a step. The breakfast was almost inedible. My husband and I just had to laugh about how bad it was. We are not ones to complain or write a bad review, but this was terrible! We will not be back!

Only one ice machine for 2 floors and it didn't work. All we were told was man didn't fix. Asked if they could fill bin with bags of ice, told no. We came for the car show and all weekend it was almost 100 degrees. The rates were doubled for the weekend. Breakfast was slim at best, Juice machine didn't work, waffles and cereal only. Property was safe, we were able to keep our enclosed trailer parked in the lot without any worries.

Our room smelled like a wet dog. We left for our event, left the widows opened, sprayed Clorox cleaner in the air and put the cold fan on. When we returned 6 hours later there was no improvement. Air freshner was in the room which made no improvements and they must have noticed the smell as it was a new air freshener

First impression of the exterior was not good. The parking lot was in really bad shape. The lawn needed to be mowed and was overgrown with tall weeds. The lobby was very clean but that was the only good part. We brought our swimsuits but were told upon check-in that the hot tub was not functioning. The front handle on the door of our room was broken but we could still get in. It looked like the carpeting hadn’t been vacuumed and the windows were open (probably to hide the musty smell). One of the chairs was badly stained and the beds were too hard. My bed had a piece of metal sticking out that I kept hitting with my leg. The AC/heating unit was falling apart and one of the window frames was warping, not to mention filthy window glass. We had to go to the front desk to get an ice bucket and weren’t given a plastic lining. For $233 a night this room was WAY overpriced given the amount of work this property needs. We did not have the complimentary breakfast as they were only serving until 9 a.m. I would definitely not stay here again!

The room had a strong mold smell, the beds were very poorly made, the toilet was dirty, and the sink had a terrible leak. 2 out of the three staff was really good. Ran out of breakfast food by 8:00. The air conditioner made our room feel very humid, everything felt damp.
