El mejor staff que hemos visto nunca. Amables, ayudándonos con todo, cuidando de nuestro hijo y haciendo que la estancia fuera de 10. Hotel mega familiar y perfecto para viajar a esquiar con niños.

This is an Italian family ski resort hotel, don’t expect anything luxury. The one positive thing was that the have our dog a very nice welcome bag with treats, dog bowl, poop bags, and a bed. That was very much appreciated, but from there the experience went downhill. First of all, even if you’re a guest you have to pay 25€ for the spa and book a time (no more than 45 minutes allowed). Then the restaurant is basically a cafeteria and the food at the buffet doesn’t stay hot… the à la carte menu has nice presentation but poor quality food. And finally, the room did not come with any water to drink nor anything in the mini bar etc. Very very basic, however that is what you can expect for the price. Staff was either young and arrogant or old and tired… they were nice though but almost none of them speak English. Would not recommend unless you want a cheap family friendly ski resort.

Room : is groot schoon en goede kussen en matras. Zou wel handig om 2 glazen in de badkamer voor tanden poetsen te zetten Spa : 3 sauna’s en turkisch bad heel goed. Maar het is veel te klein. Er is geen relax Space. Veel kinderen en puber die komen alleen voor de bubbelbad en maken veel lawaai. Grote probleem het is constant compleet dus het is niet een spa van een 4sterren hotel Ristorante : een grote kantine zonder sfeer en lawaaierig. Personeel heel aardig. Het eten is echt niet lekker. Meestal koud of niet eens volledig gekookt . Zelf in de ochtend zijn de scramble egg’s koud en waterig. De kook mag geen omelette maken. Dus hier ook geen 4sterren waarde. Shuttle : perfect. Heel handig Réception : personnel spreekt heel slecht Engels Tv : geen buitenlandse kanalen en geen toegang tot Netflix of Amazon prime. Alleen italiaanse zenders. Niet acceptabel voor een 4sterren hotel tegenwoordig. Ga met de tijd !!
