Our 'go to' place when in the area. Nice friendly staff, rooms are spacious, clean & have comfortable beds. Microwave/fridge & coffe machine & hot water for shower. Air con/heating worked fine. Parking right outside & it's always been quiet. A lovely welcoming little town with it's friendly shops. Being at this time year the Christmas lights were great. Lots of places to visit locally. Would recommend.

Place was not as advertised, apparently it has just changed owners, no breakfast, rooms are very run down, about 2 outlets in the whole room, items broken. Person checking me in said he couldn't get help.

Not a bad little stay for the night, it's a little motel with all the basic necessities. Not sure why the lobby is closed 100% of the time and you have to interact through a side window, but whatever it is it is. We felt safe, the shower was nice, and the bed is very firm. As I mentioned, it's not a bad little motel for a night - but I would surely not want to spend several days there.

The 1st room had a faulty door lock. The next room was okay, but the shower had hair on the walls, and mold on the shower curtain. Obviously not cleaned very well. The beds were extra firm, like sleeping on a pool table, so we didn't get much sleep. No breakfast bar, and nothing near by for breakfast. Won't be coming back.

Stayed here last night in a king room. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC cooled really well. In the morning, the shower was nice and hot. There were plenty of towels for two and bars of soap and shampoo and conditioner. If you're staying in Warm Springs, I recommend this hotel for an affordable and nice place to stay! A+++

Cleanliness is not a top priority. The phone by the bed had not been cleaned in many months. It was filthy. The remote for the TV was covered in food grease that smelled of garlic. The mattress on both beds was terrible. The nightly rate is budget friendly and is a you get what you pay for hotel. The staff was the best part bar none.

When we first got there and as we went back to the car to get our stuff there was white stuff all over the handle of the door, I don't know if it was lotion or what. Then that evening when we went to take my shower there was about 4 inches of mold all across the bottom of the shower curtain. I did get a full refund for my stay.

It was a very satisfying stay. Staff are very friendly, clean and renovated room, serene environment, never felt insecurity. A perfect location in the heart of the great Nature.

The Inn is pretty nice. The rooms clearly have been recently renovated. Unfortunately, that is one of the issues. They took out what I presume was carpet and put in laminate. Nothing wrong with laminate, except that it doesn't deaden sound like carpet. If you have noisy neighbors, be prepared to call the front desk. You'll hear everything. The room was spotless and the staff was very nice.The little black cat meeting me at the door this morning and eating leftover bbq was a nice touch. If you like to doordash, there's nothing there, so be prepared for that. There are plenty of walkable options, but they're not going to bring it to you. The best thing on dash was subway, and the locals said it wasn't a good subway.

The property was a basic room with no amenities. It appears that there is a continental breakfast - the offering was coffee - the picture of the clean area with tables was non-existent - it appeared to be more of a cluttered storage area - there were resident cats and the litter smell at times was quite unpleasant. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, yet the building and furnishing were well worn - the place could use and upgrade. It was also quite a distance from dining and everything in the area closed very early. The front desk folks were friendly and welcoming!

For the price this property is pretty good. The bed is not temperpedic and is a little lumpy. But the checkin and checkout were good. Very nice people at the desk. No free breakfast and the room smelled a little musky. That’s to be expected with the older motels.

This lodging is very close to the little village of Warm Springs within walking distance to shops and places to eat. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The manager was quick to respond to our questions and was very friendly.

Our room was clean. Front desk was helpful. For the price we were satisfied. The availability of near by restaurants was disappointing. At 6:00pm on a weekday we did not find anything open to get dinner.

Our room was clean. Front desk was helpful. For the price we were satisfied. The availability of near by restaurants was disappointing. At 6:00pm on a weekday we did not find anything open to get dinner.

The property was a basic room with no amenities. It appears that there is a continental breakfast - the offering was coffee - the picture of the clean area with tables was non-existent - it appeared to be more of a cluttered storage area - there were resident cats and the litter smell at times was quite unpleasant. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, yet the building and furnishing were well worn - the place could use and upgrade. It was also quite a distance from dining and everything in the area closed very early. The front desk folks were friendly and welcoming!

Very clean room. Looks like it was recently renovated. Our room had coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Local restaurants were few and far between. You can walk easily to the shops and eateries.

The Front Desk staff was helpful and friendly. Didn’t realize until morning that there was no breakfast (as was included in the reservation) until morning when I found the lobby to be closed. Room was clean. Beds firm but comfortable.

The Inn is pretty nice. The rooms clearly have been recently renovated. Unfortunately, that is one of the issues. They took out what I presume was carpet and put in laminate. Nothing wrong with laminate, except that it doesn't deaden sound like carpet. If you have noisy neighbors, be prepared to call the front desk. You'll hear everything. The room was spotless and the staff was very nice.The little black cat meeting me at the door this morning and eating leftover bbq was a nice touch. If you like to doordash, there's nothing there, so be prepared for that. There are plenty of walkable options, but they're not going to bring it to you. The best thing on dash was subway, and the locals said it wasn't a good subway.

Place was not as advertised, apparently it has just changed owners, no breakfast, rooms are very run down, about 2 outlets in the whole room, items broken. Person checking me in said he couldn't get help.

Depending on who was at the front desk, you were welcomed with a smile. Woman who lives on site, excellent customer service. Clean, comfortable beds and pillows. No breakfast, although there is advertising online that they do. Some rooms/walls need repair but shower head was new and felt great. The room was exactly what I thought it would be. If you want an inexpensive motel with clean and comfortable beds within walking distance to a little town, this is perfect.

The staff was friendly, polite and professional. They were readily available to help and knowledgeable about the area. The room was mostly clean … there was some dirt on the handicapped bathing chair and on the bathroom floor. Beds were clean and the rest of the room too. Location is very good for walking around town.

I enjoyed my stay - the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Warm Springs was cute and we were very close. I wish I’d had time to explore.
