A estadia foi de 6 noites
Nous avons apprécié les piscines (et les douches juste à côté). Les séances d'aquagym nous ont bien plu. Grâce aux permanences quotidiennes d'Audrey et Mélanie nous avons fait une très belle excursion en jeep avec commentaires en français, départ et retour devant l'hôtel. Merci aussi aux personnes de la réception pour leur disponibilité et leurs conseils. La restauration est variée et la formule buffet évite l'attente et les queues (merci à Popi pour mon café au lait quotidien !) 2 suggestions : - mettre une horloge visible à partir des piscines - identifier les plats végétariens (on ne sait pas ce qu'il y a dans les friands, par exemple)

You are not going to be disappointed but not also surprised. The hotel have a nice location just next to the beach (but sunbed is 5 EUR) and is a 10 min walk from the bus stop that you can take to Heraklion and Hersonissos. The hotel have great pools and comfortable sunbeds and is in connection with the restaurant. Food is decent/okay but could improve a lot on the selection, mainly on the main courses. The young chef though has a heart of gold and was very pleased to serve us what he cooked. The bar was good with great all inclusive options with the greatest staff member Sakis. The lobby though was awful with no air condition and no lights. Also it is crawling with cats all around the hotel, even at the pools which is for some people really uncomfortable. Room was better than expected and there is a safe there to use for free which is always good. Overall it was a good hotel but not a 4 star hotel for me. Maybe 3,5 star hotel.

This was a great place to stay with great facilities, easy to access and opposite the beach. Staff were really friendly and helpful. A bit noisy from a nearby hotel complex with entertainments in the evening but did not spoil things. Our view to the beach was fabulous and the hotel staff levels were excellent and the cleaning team were really thorough.

Das all inklusive Paket ist ein bischen bischiss. Es ist zwar normal dass man nur einen Teil der getränke (vor allem alkoholische) im all inklusive drinnen hat aber die all inklusive gäste bekommen einen anderen Ouzo als die, die dafür zahlen. Das gleiche gilt für Softdrinks. All inklusive bekommen lokale nicht schmeckende Softdrinks. Die anderen bekommen markenkola.
