Nice 4 night stay at end of the season. Staff are super helpful and can’t do enough to help. Faculties are good, deluxe room was nicely finished and spacious. My only real observation is the pool areas particularly the roof area are looking tired- the wooden planks have a lot of loose boards and quite a few are damaged and could give splinters Hopefully this is planned for their closed period as definitely needs attention. Also need new cushions on all the pool seating as looking worn out and a bit dirty.

Really nice hotel, however it had only recently opened for the season so felt there was some teething problems, a few examples included, not being left any tea and coffee in our room, one day we were left no towels, we only had water in our room on one day (we stayed for 4). At check in all staff were lovely, but more information about the hotel would have been useful, we wasn’t aware of the hour that the children could use the spa until another guest told us. We did use the kids club, which the children loved (however the advertised themed activities weren’t taking place) we then made use of the adult only area on the roof, which was absolutely beautiful. We took this kids up here one night for a meal, again this was beautiful, the food was amazing and the kids ate every last bit. Pool area was nice, a bit more attention to detail could have just made it that bit better. Having said all this I would go back again 😊

The positives are that the property is in a good location, with plenty of free on street parking, and the breakfast is of decent quality. However, the overall experience is definitely below the 5 star standard. The air con in the room is poor. The lighting controls in the room are extremely confusing to operate. The air con in the fitness suite is so bad that working out is very uncomfortable. Service at breakfast is slow, taking nearly 30 minutes before our order was taken one morning. The condition of the public areas, including the pool area is poor - tiles and decking boards lifted, beds dirty and green froth floating in one of the pools. In our 5 days at the property, we didn’t see any aspect of the public spaces being cleaned. Overall, I would give the hotel 4 stars at best. A lot more attention to detail is required before it lives up to it’s 5 star rating.

Very nice hotel, super friendly staff, superbe breakfast with chia pudding and acai bowls and even cava, we had a stunning room spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The only downside that the bar was closed rather ealry.

The hotel is convenient located near bars and restaurants, an outstanding spa, with friendly staff and service throughout. The breakfast is amazing- lots of options both buffet and options from the chef. The rooftop is wonderful, shame it is adult only. The room was shared with 2 adults and 2 children. The bathroom area could have been more discreet. Though robes and slippers were provided which helped. Would stay here again.

Just got back from a lovely stay at Aguas de Ibiza very relaxing, we stayed in a deluxe room pool view I asked for a room on the 3rd floor as you get better views of the marina. There are two pools one at ground level which is well maintained with service staff always on hand. Also the rooftop pools which along with the bar and restaurant area is stunning again staff serve drinks to you. Only bad comment would be that the bathroom in the room could do with a revamp, we stayed here 9 years ago and the bathrooms are getting a little tired now. The spa area is superb with gym, and plenty of treatments available. All in all a fantastic hotel.

Lovely hotel and facilities. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to the marina and Santa Eulalia town. Breakfast was lovely but it did lack some dining options but that might have been as it was the end of the season: great choice of sunbeds and the rooftop area and pools were stunning

I was initially a bit concerned by other recent negative reviews however I couldn’t fault our stay. On check in we were greeted with a glass of cava and bags taken to our room. Room was lovely and had a great view of the pool. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bottled water provided. The rooftop pool was lovely and peaceful which we used for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and we appreciated there were a la carte options included. The staff on the front desk were pleasant and helpful. They provided recommendations and would order you a taxi as required. Overall we had a great stay and would return.

Like the spa and breakfast. Room cleaning is unfortunately disappointing. The bathroom floor in the room was still having a dried dirty footprint which is a bit disgusting.

Love the feng shui at this fabulous hotel. They have embraced an eco friendly environment and approach which I liked very much . Hospitality and cleanliness were second to none. 👍

Zimmer müffelt und trotz mehrfachen Beschwerden wurde es oberflächlich geputzt. Das Personal trifft wohl keine Schuld. Der Aircondition war und ist mit Schimmel befallen, das ist sehr ungesund! Für CHF 300 pro Nacht und einem 5 Sterne Hotel ist einfach mehr zu erwarten...

Pleased with hotel, comfortable rooms, cleaned daily. Good breakfast , pleasant outdoor seating. Service was efficient and friendly. Worth the money. Next to marina and nice walk into town. I would stay again.

Die Aussicht vom Rooftop - Pool aus ist wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch super. Die Lage und das Design der Anlage ist auf den ersten Blick sehr schön. Allerdings ist die Einrichtung mittlerweile ziemlich siffig und verbraucht. Zerrissene, komplett entfärbte und fleckige Liegenauflagen an den Pools, verfärbte und verdreckte Duschköpfe, aufgeplatze Glasscheibe in der Sauna und Ähnliches sind für ein 5 Sterne Hotel in der Preisklasse aus meiner Sicht inakzeptabel.

Sadly, my room had a funny, damp/musty smell. I couldn't get rid of it , and it meant that staying in the room was unpleasant. My bedding was dirty. It had lots of hairs and random things in it. Bits of dust, fluff, hairs and I saw two bugs which might very well explain why I have been bitten so much.

L’hôtel nécessite un gros rafraîchissement, le mobilier étant très vétuste et sale surtout les transat à la piscine qui sont vraiment degeulasses

Our room No 233 had faulty air conditioning control unit during our 7 night stay. Couldn’t set the temperature it was either on or off meaning very cold or very hot.Hotel engineers couldn’t fix it needed a part hotel was full no other rooms available. Hotel agreed via Expedia to refund one days stay compensation 423 euros. Hotel produce paperwork they signed I signed payment via credit card. Expedia contacted me this morning the hotel had reversed their decision and there would be no compensation. This after I had checked out and on way home. Not what you would expect 5 star hotel. Emails to prove this

Very nice hotel with stunning rooftop. Breakfast is excellent and staff very kind. Location is perfect, just in walking distance of the harbour of St Eulalia, with its of bars and restaurants. Rooms were quite outdated. But facilities, location and breakfast made it worth wile

Sehr viele Kinder, grausam renovierte Zimmer, arrogantes Personal ( teilweise ), ständiges warten auf den Lift, keine Privatsphäre auf der Toilette ( Glastüre ) Kaffee wird viel zu spät serviert bzw. man muss viel zu lange darauf warten. The positives are that the property is in a good location, with plenty of free on street parking, and the breakfast is of decent quality. However, the overall experience is definitely below the 5 star standard. The air con in the room is poor. The lighting controls in the room are extremely confusing to operate. The air con in the fitness suite is so bad that working out is very uncomfortable. Service at breakfast is slow, taking nearly 30 minutes before our order was taken one morning. The condition of the public areas, including the pool area is poor - tiles and decking boards lifted, beds dirty and green froth floating in one of the pools. In our 5 days at the property, we didn’t see any aspect of the public spaces being cleaned. Overall, I would give the hotel 4 stars at best. A lot more attention to detail is required before it lives up to it’s 5 star rating.

Lovely hotel although wifi didn’t work at all from Wednesday to Saturday and connection to TV apps never worked - reported many times. Not something you’d really expect at this price - five star hotel with 1 star wifi. Also had an issue with the room - on check in room had one bed and a small sofa so had to pay more to get double and a single which was exactly what our booking said?! With the upsell charge it’s really not worth it. May have been bad luck - hotel nice - excellent breakfast.

Just got back from a lovely stay at Aguas de Ibiza very relaxing, we stayed in a deluxe room pool view I asked for a room on the 3rd floor as you get better views of the marina. There are two pools one at ground level which is well maintained with service staff always on hand. Also the rooftop pools which along with the bar and restaurant area is stunning again staff serve drinks to you. Only bad comment would be that the bathroom in the room could do with a revamp, we stayed here 9 years ago and the bathrooms are getting a little tired now. The spa area is superb with gym, and plenty of treatments available. All in all a fantastic hotel.

We chose this hotel as we wanted to treat ourselves to a five star hotel for our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately our room was in very poor condition and overlooked a noisy construction site. The shower screen didn't meet the floor so flooded the bathroom when used, the shower seat (accessible room) was mouldy, the WiFi was poor and two of the fancy light/curtain switches were broken. We couldn't use our balcony due to the noise and the only seat in the room was a stool so we had to sit on the bed all the time when we were in there. The staff were kind and sympathetic. Although our request to move rooms was not met, they did go out of their way to offer extra cleaning of the bathroom, complimentary drinks and a refund for one night of our six night stay. The public areas of the hotel are very lovely - both pools were nice to sit by. However, we won't be returning as it is not good value for money or a five star experience.

We had an excelent stay after an unwanted incident (getting all our baggage stolen on the 1st day). The manager really went out of his way by offering us a free dinner and a room upgrade an all the staff was very helpful.

I was initially a bit concerned by other recent negative reviews however I couldn’t fault our stay. On check in we were greeted with a glass of cava and bags taken to our room. Room was lovely and had a great view of the pool. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bottled water provided. The rooftop pool was lovely and peaceful which we used for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and we appreciated there were a la carte options included. The staff on the front desk were pleasant and helpful. They provided recommendations and would order you a taxi as required. Overall we had a great stay and would return.

It’s not our first time staying at Aguas, it’s been quite a few times that we stayed there with family and friends. This time we were 2 families with 4 children from 6 to 14 y/o. It was our first disappointing stay in this 5 star hotel. Housekeeping was pushy, we had to ask several times just to get more than 2 towels, the rooms weren’t ready for the kids upon arrival, and we had to make the children beds ourselves. There was no drinkable water in the room. Room service was terrible, between the non delivery to the wrong door delivery waking us up at 7AM, it was just annoying. The hotel was fully booked and the staff was clearly overwhelmed.

Pleased with hotel, comfortable rooms, cleaned daily. Good breakfast , pleasant outdoor seating. Service was efficient and friendly. Worth the money. Next to marina and nice walk into town. I would stay again.

Lovely hotel and facilities. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to the marina and Santa Eulalia town. Breakfast was lovely but it did lack some dining options but that might have been as it was the end of the season: great choice of sunbeds and the rooftop area and pools were stunning

Lovely hotel, excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful.The adult roof bar with sun loungers is very chic. Only issue is the cost of drinks and meals are very expensive. Gin 16 euros, add the tonic for another 7 euros is just too expensive.

Lovely stay here for a long weekend with my daughter. Great rooms, lovely pool area, gorgeous breakfast and great amenities. We tried the roof top restaurant which was also lovely. I’d definitely return.

Really nice hotel, however it had only recently opened for the season so felt there was some teething problems, a few examples included, not being left any tea and coffee in our room, one day we were left no towels, we only had water in our room on one day (we stayed for 4). At check in all staff were lovely, but more information about the hotel would have been useful, we wasn’t aware of the hour that the children could use the spa until another guest told us. We did use the kids club, which the children loved (however the advertised themed activities weren’t taking place) we then made use of the adult only area on the roof, which was absolutely beautiful. We took this kids up here one night for a meal, again this was beautiful, the food was amazing and the kids ate every last bit. Pool area was nice, a bit more attention to detail could have just made it that bit better. Having said all this I would go back again 😊

The employees were super friendly and the food was OUTSTANDING. Especially in the Peruvian rooftop restaurant, as well as in the pool restaurant. The breakfast was amazing as well. The only thing that could be improved, is the room service. I’m not sure if it’s new management maybe or so, but they didn’t do a proper service.

The breakfast is amazing- lots of options both buffet and options from the chef. The rooftop is wonderful, shame it is adult only. The room was shared with 2 adults and 2 children. The bathroom area could have been more discreet. Though robes and slippers were provided which helped. Would stay here again.
The hotel is convenient located near bars and restaurants, an outstanding spa, with friendly staff and service throughout. This is a lovely hotel. It looks wonderful and has great outdoor space. The beds are numerous and the pools well maintained. The rooftop bars have wonderful views The rooms are spacious comfortable and clean. A bit pricey for drinks but that's to be expected There's just a strange vibe about the staff at breakfast. It's not a Welcoming environment and the staff aren't as helpful as they should be. But overall I had a really nice time here

Staff were really unhelpful on multiple occasions, not the service I would ever expect from a 5 star hotel. They ran an event in the roof top which drew in a lot of “swimwear want to be models” taking selfies and videos all over the rooftop. We move downstairs. Because of this event they didn’t have enough staff to man the bar downstairs, if we wanted a drink we were expected to wait for the slowest elevator to take you to the roof top to order a drink, wait ages and then take it back downstairs. No food service at all because of this event. Really really poor way to look after guests. The cleaners took my face cloth while cleaning, I’m sure accidentally but the hotel did nothing to compensate me or try to get it back. The safe didn’t work and when we finally got it open there were 2 passports in there from the previous occupants so they clearly arnt checking the rooms thoroughly in between guests. Load construction work opposite our room so couldn’t sit in the balcony. Tons of other places to stay over this, don’t be blind sided by 5 stars. Plenty of 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in in the same area which out perform this hotel 10 fold!!!! Won’t be back.

A nice hotel with lovely staff but not particularly efficient. The pool/‘beach’ area is scruffy and not well cared for. A really good stay overall but miles off a 5* hotel
