Was not a great motel experience. There was an extremely bright light immediately outside the window that had me waking up thinking it was morning, when it wasnt even 3am yet. Additionally, there were some "ladies" walking around, that myself and those travelling with me, identified as prostitutes. At approximately 3:30am on 02/17 an unknown woman was running back and forth on the top floor outside, yelling/singing incoherently waking myself and others up.

To save people the inconvenience of walking so much, if you need new towels, you are expected to turn in your dirty ones to the main office in order to get new ones.

A nice hotel in walking distance of all your favorite hometown attractions. Pet Friendly The overall stay and accomodations are four stars the initial view of my room is great but then the sheets were stained and the coffee maker had coffee but no condiments pack with the sugar n creamer.

No one is ever at the front desk, which in 61 years is a first. Secondly the listing, as well as information in the room, stated breakfast was included, yet there was nothing available. Water didn't drain from the tub shower until I was out of the shower so your standing in dirty water. Just gross.

Disgusting, we stayed here because it was the closest available from Florida, we were evacuating from hurricane Milton. Paid 320, they charged 20 x dog x night, (2 dogs) the smell was awful, the room was dirty, one bed looked like it was used and no sheets were changed, it had hairs and stains, we grabbed a towel to cover it, and the towel had long hairs and looked dirty, the bathroom was dirty as well, we checked in at midnight so we didn’t complain that night because we were tired. The next morning housekeeping was knocking the door at 8 am, we ask her for clean sheets and she asked for the dirty ones, and refused to give us the clean ones because my son was still sleeping there, so we ended sleeping on a dirty bed for 2 nights. Then the dogs found a dirty child underwear under the bed and they were trying to get something else from under the bed, I didn’t let them and I didn’t wanted to look because I was already disgusted, I went to buy cleaning supplies and cleaned everything, paper towels got black of dirt after cleaning, especially the desk and chair. Next time I’ll drive a little longer to find a better place.

I was evacuated from my home due to hurricane Milton. When I checked in I told front desk that I may leave earlier than my reservation. They said that was fine. When the mandatory evacuation was lifted I went to check out a day early. They would not let me without paying for all nights. Needless to say I was not happy with this. Any help I could get to get a night refund would be greatly appreciated.

The customer service here was horrible. They false advertise the check in time. When I reserved my room, I got a email with my itinerary that said check in 7 am. I get there at 11 and he says no that's wrong. I said well y'all emailed me this. I come back at 1 and checked in. The remote in this room look like a dog destroyed it. When you go up front to talk to receptionist you may have to wait forever even after hitting the bell. When I checked out, the receptionist had his feet on the counter and clipping his toenails. That's is disgusting. I will never come back here. Also the sheets and pillows were extremely dirty and they won't swap them for clean ones. I had to go to Walmart and buy a blanket and pillows with a sheet just to sleep on clean materials. This hotel was a waste of money.

Bedroom was fine staff were pleasnt to deal with but only had coffee no breakfast of any sort. This is why I listed it as average. too many motels either have no restraunt or no breakfast of any kind. having breakfast available puts that motel adove the crowd.

First the facility was undergoing renovation. No notice when placing the reservation? First room we got was in disrepair, was given another room which was better. AC unit noisy (loud)! Then the refrigerator started making noise, Just 2 small bars of soap (no shampoo). Left early the next morning.

Very basic room. There was an open vent that looked out into another area that I could not close. Worried someone could look in. Otherwise fine in a pinch. Seemed clean and bug free.
