Comfort Inn & Suites Bellevue - Omaha Offutt AFB

AC was an issue. Would run real cold, then shut off until uncomfortable, then repeat the cycle. Took almost all night for the fridge to cool. Pool did not seem chemically safe for use. Vending machines only on first floor... old, badly maintained and poor selections. Inadequate closet/drawer space. General disrepair. Breakfast was uninspiring. Overrated online. Not a good value.

They cleaned up after we were only there a day which was super nice of them

Our stay was good. Room was clean and smelled clean. The gal that was working the desk when we arrived was so nice and helpful. Telling us about places that were close by to have dinner. Overall I would rate at a 8-9.

It wasn’t very clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor.

The breakfast was fresh and they offered a good variety of breakfast options, ie muffins, waffles , eggs and sausage etc. also fresh fruit. The room clean and staff was very accommodating and friendly.
