I really enjoyed the fitness center. The size of the room. The friendliness and politeness of the staff. The cleanliness. The bed was nice, however too hard for me however, that is a personal choice not a reflection on the facility. Just a personal choice. It’s a good firm mattress. Sheets were clean and crisp. Would recommend and stay again.

This was our first time at a Candlewood Suites, and we were pleasantly surprised by it. The room was in excellent condition, modern and clean, and the little kitchen area with its electric 2-burner unit was great, letting us easily cook simple meals. The bed was very comfortable. We will be watching for Candlewoods in our future travels!

My husband is in a wheelchair and our handicap room was large and spacious. We were not expecting a full size fridge, dishwasher and cooktop but it was great. The roll in shower was big and comfortable. Our only minor complaint is that the bed was too tall for my husband to easily get in and out. But otherwise the bed was very comfortable.

Bed sheets in the room had not been changed, I almost tucked my kids into a bed with body fluid stains on the inner sheets. The front desk host took care of changing the sheets for us, but not something anyone should have to deal with in a hotel with a “clean room guarantee”.

Everything was great about the property except that the beds are extremely firm. If you don’t like a firm bed I would pass on this place. Didn’t get much sleep.. I’m a stomach sleeper and the mattress hurt my rib cage and face.

The suite was good. Roomy. The one thing that I didn't expect was the cost of having a pet. The Staff explained there was a cost for a pet but never told me how much. So I shocked when I got the bill. Oh and they bill you daily for the pet.

Room was actually okay, but laundry room and gym stunk. Had to bring usedtowelsyo front desk to verify count before getting clean towels. Absolutely no housekeeping service. No toiletries except hand soap. No breakfast available, except could buyitems from “pantry”. Some staff were more helpful than others but overall not friendly. Stayed 4 nights, but would've changed after first night if could have. Will not go back.

Kitchen was stocked with two pots and a pan. The dishes left by previous guests in the dishwasher were not cleaned. There was grease all over. My family and I needed to dishes right away so I had to clean all dishes before we could use it. The floor was not clean in the kitchen because when we walked in, there were crumbs all over the flooring in the kitchen. The lady at the check in counter was very nice. She gave us extra towels so my girls can use because they have long hair. She say she knows girls will use more towels so she gave us extra towels. Other than the kitchen issues the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We only needed the room for only one night as we are only passing through to get home. I didn’t need to make an issue for the uncleanliness of the kitchen. It’s annoying having to clean it before use but I always clean any kitchen equipments before use because throughout my experiences during travels that people are sloppy and a lot of them are lazy so they will not clean to my standards.

Kitchen was stocked with two pots and a pan. The dishes left by previous guests in the dishwasher were not cleaned. There was grease all over. My family and I needed to dishes right away so I had to clean all dishes before we could use it. The floor was not clean in the kitchen because when we walked in, there were crumbs all over the flooring in the kitchen. The lady at the check in counter was very nice. She gave us extra towels so my girls can use because they have long hair. She say she knows girls will use more towels so she gave us extra towels. Other than the kitchen issues the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We only needed the room for only one night as we are only passing through to get home. I didn’t need to make an issue for the uncleanliness of the kitchen.
