Rodeway Inn & Suites Brunswick near Hwy 1

The room was clean and quiet everything was great. My only complaint was the tv all the channels kept buffering fortunately the wifi was good so I watched tv on my phone.

Property is in a great location, very convenient, a lot of parking, great for a large group

Beds are super firm. Internet was okay, but not great. Shower and bathroom was clean but everything was on the smaller side, so a tight fit for those over 6ft.

The breakfast was decent. There were several options, fresh fruit, cold cereal, waffles, two kinds of bagels, english muffins, cream cheese, butter, jelly, peanut butter, milk, juice, coffee and tea. The breakfast area is small with only 3 tables, but it wasn't terrible. I recommend getting food and eating and not hanging around long so others have a chance. The room was large and clean. If you like firm mattresses these beds will be perfect. I'm not a fan and woke with a short lived sore back both mornings. My husband loved it :) there was plenty of light options, several outlets, a great desk, desk chair, comfortable living room style chair and even a dining table with 2 chairs, as well as a wooden tv. I liked the added touch of a double wide bureau and the fake flowers aside the tv. I also liked the fake tree in the corner. The kitchen area was great! Full stove and oven, wide sink, toaster, full fridge(with freezer), several cupboards and drawers. The only downfall in the kitchen is that there are no pots and pans, utensils etc except for a couple leftovers from previous guests. There is also a coffee maker. The bathroom is decent sized with sufficient space around the sink, a good sized shower(no tub) and shampoo and soap, but no conditioner. There is a small open closet area to hang clothes with several hangers. The porch is a nice touch with chairs and parking right in front of the door was great!

Rodeway was a good price and convenient location for a place with a full kitchen. The internet was not very strong (I had to submit an online presentation and ended up needing to hotspot my phone), but the other conditions were great! Lovely breakfast with fresh strawberries!

It's an older building. Doesn't have a pool. But a perfect place to use for a center, easy to go to local Maine areas. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and a stove.

I woke up with bites all over my legs.

I was only there to sleep but it was extremely cleaned.

Rented two rooms for my family. No hot water for showering in both rooms. Bathroom ceiling above shower rotted and stained from water damage. Found old French fries on floor in our room next to the beds. Would not recommend staying here unless you have zero other options.

The room was very clean. The whole place is just old and needs to be updated. It's kind of like staying in your grandmother's spare bedroom. For the price and convenience it was fine. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. We would stay there again.

It was filthy. the sheets were yellowed the walls were dirty the stove was filthy. Cops and ambulance firetrucks were there for hours.

Good price, but not so good accommodations. Owners were very nice and personable and most accommodating, but the room? Well….Toilet not secured to the floor. A strip light hanging on wall in place of the permanent one. Crack in tv screen. AC/Heating unit provided NO heat, but they did have separate baseboard heat, I rarely write reviews, and when reading them, I take them with a grain of salt. Definitely not the best motel room I ever stayed in, but probably one of, if not the worst.

The part of the property we stayed in was old. You could see daylight around the entire entrance door. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom. The toilet was not attached to the floor.The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast offerings were good. Early chevk out time at 10am.

For the price this is a solid hotel. Friendly staff. Hard bed and small room. It was very clean and ac worked great. Tv and the channels outdated.

Better than I expected! When I arrived, I felt disappointed because it looked more like a motel than an inn. After I checked in, I was pleased to find I had a very private entrance with its own covered porch facing the wooded backyard. Inside, I liked the roominess of my unit. It came with a well-utilized kitchenette space, approximately 8x8, complete with a tall fridge-freezer, a full sized oven with 4 cooktops, and an efficiency sink. The bedroom was large, and the bed was extremely comfy! Despite being situated between the road and railroad tracks, with my windows closed, it was remarkably quiet. By the end of my 2 night stay, it had grown on me. I would definitely stay here again.

We paid knowing there would be a kitchen. Upon arrival we learned that there were no pans, silverware, pot holder, dish towel, very limited supplies that would be available in any kitchen. Would not return or recommend.

We were there for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable, although carpeting is showing its age. The TV worked and I could even pull up the captions. The breakfast room was adequate and the waffle maker was a plus, in addition to bagels, english muffins, cereals, juice and coffee. Only one thing was surprising, and that was absence of daily room attention such as bed making, waste basket emptying, etc. Maybe I missed something in the hotel description, and daily maid service is not usually given at Rodeway Inns. Convenient location and reasonably priced.

Easy check in by Habiba. The room was perfect, clean, very comfortable bed, and met all of my needs. Breakfast was awesome and even included fresh strawberries. I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. We got done at our conference early and they made sure room got cleaned so we could check in early, even upgraded us. Will definitely stay there again.

The hosts were so kind and accomodating. I have stayed at many motels and this was one of the cleanest and least sketchy that I have stayed at.

Office staff was very friendly and bubbly. Cleaning staff swapped out towels and trash and asked if we wanted the room serviced. Overall condition of the property is showing its age in some spots. Fresh paint, clean linens and basic personal care items provided. Light breakfast daily and coffee or juice available all day. Close to Walmart which has anything needed. Large dorm fridge and new AC unit. The property is landscaped nicely and is very quiet for being so close to a well traveled road. Beds and pillows comfortable.

First night-one of my keycards wouldn’t work. Second night-other keycard wouldn’t work. I was locked out all night. No one in office after 11. I called-no answer. The next morning-she was amused. Gave me another keycard, didn’t work. She said the battery in door lock must be dead. I didnt get a refund or a credit. I slept in my truck but that didnt matter. I was appalled at this. The bed was also not a king. It was maybe a double with three small pillows to make it appear to be a king. The tv didn’t have an HDMI port so i was unable to connect my Roku. One of the lightbulbs was blown. Overall-very disappointed.

It was perfect for us. First floor, king bed, easy access to restaurants, shopping, sights and scenery. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are a bit tired, but a decent price and a convenient location compensate.

This is a great location for exploring the region coupled with friendly staff. Inexpensive for the area with everything you need for a great getaway. Nearby are so many choices for food and baked goods and lots of amazing hikes through the forests and along the waterways.

Cleanliness was excellent, certain items need attention, Rm Storm door latch, tub spout, had some concern with A/C but not a total loss. Also found the continental breakfast was totally adequate.
