To start when we showed up and the staff gave us our room we went to our room in the air conditioner did not work so we went back down and told her and she was right on top of it came up. Try to fix it cannot fix it so she sent us to a new room. That was excellent service very clean room big bed the breakfast not so good. It was all cold. Didn’t like it

The breakfast was ok the pool has too much chlorine. A bunch of dirty ignorant people there using the pool area. We had to leave the pool.

Door key not working in the first room we were assigned too. Staff moved us to another room. The second room we moved to had issues with the door as well - second key card not working and had to jiggle the handle multiple times to get into the room.
