Baymont by Wyndham Lithia Springs Atlanta

I love it

The rooms advertised versus the room that we received was absolutely horrible. The rooms as well as hallways wreaked of a musty smell, which is an indication of mold and moisture. I had to change rooms because the ceiling in the bathroom had visible mold peering through the paint. My new room also had mold that was painted over above the door in the bathroom. The room was humid and moist. The only reason that I stayed for a few days was because I booked through hotels.com, I'm visiting from out of state, and the other nice hotels were booked on those days and they tell you that you cant get your money back. I advise people to go to the location and look at a room before booking and then book. The staff was very sweet and even took me to look at other rooms. Because the hotel is old, it smells musty even in the hallways and is humid. I enjoyed my vacation but my stay at the hotel was horrible. I did not care what other amenities they had or what the breakfast was like. The cleaning crew did not change our sheets but continued to make our beds with the ones we were already sleeping on. I noticed because there was a food stain that I made the previous day and saw it again upon getting ready for bed. I do not recommend the Baymont at Windham hotel in Lithia Springs, Georgia. RUN😡

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Only concern was that the water pressure was low other than that it was a good stay.

The staff were good overall but the first room given to us wasn’t good. The floor was so untidy and smelt terrible. The 2nd room had an unclean floor and the air conditioner wasn’t working and it had a terrible smell we had to beg for an air freshener. Later, they had to give us another room which had a filthy rug carpet but air conditioner worked. The microwave was one of the reasons why we chose to stay there but unfortunately, they had the microwave as a decor so to speak. They had the microwave set on a cabin above the fridge and the cord for plugging it is so short and can’t even reach down to where the adaptor. We stayed a week at the hotel but they never bothered to vaccum the room carpet. Food crumbs that fell on the floor on the first day , like piece of egg that fell on the floor the very first day was there till we left. Couldn’t stand being in a filthy rugged room. Curtains so old and warn out and dirty. However, their breakfast isn’t bad! …But they have to really upgrade…
