The staff are very very good and awesome customer service also the breakfast is amzing and ao mich to choose from. I’ve stayed almost exclusively at Hilton hotels for over 10 years, and this was by far my worst experience. I booked this hotel because it advertised free parking, but I was charged $20/night instead. The bigger issue was the service. I was initially given a dirty accessible room with a sticky floor and a broken hand shower. When I requested a different room, the receptionist first asked whether we had sat on the bed because he wanted to resell the room. He then moved us to a standard room that could have been assigned from the start. The next morning, I asked for shaving cream and was directed to a shelf where courtesy items were being sold. Very disappointing. Hilton should seriously look into how this property is being managed.

Excellent hotel, wonderful breakfast spread, different items each day, large pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again! Hotel felt brand new, great diverse seating options in the lobby.
