The bed was so uncomfortable. Felt like sleeping on a rock.. the pool and hot tub were murky and dirty. The pool towels smelled like mildew. The hotel itself is very nice and looks clean, the bathroom in my hotel room didn't seem clean though.

My toilet bowl was dirty on arrival. Bathroom floor didn’t look clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and caring. The dining area staff are very friendly. House keeper spend to much time on their phone, as there no supervisor around.

The main libby area had been redone and was nice, the chairs in the eating area were filthy. The bed was old, lumpy and hard, There was no soap to wash your hands with and the body soap was out in the shower. Floor needed tone vaccumed. And it was very over priced for what you got!

The only real complaint was the guests above our room made a lot of noice. Sounded like toddlers running around and it was virtually the whole time day and night and well past 10:30 PM. We called the front desk to complain and they said they’d call the room but nothing changed. In fact it may have gotten worse.

This property is great. It’s in a convenient location but not on the main roadways quiet and well maintained. Room was pretty basic with a TV that was. 1/2 dark and 1/2 light and the options on the television were meh. But overall would stay again!

The customer service was great, the room was clean, it was nice and quiet but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. Everything aside from the bed was great, but we could have slept on the sidewalk and been just as comfortable. We both woke up and needed ibuprofen ☹️

We enjoy the stay. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable. There was a lot of noise coming from the floor above us. But all and all it was good. The one thing I did not like was you had to pay for the complementary breakfast. For the price I paid for the stay, I differently did not agree with haveing to pay $9.00 for a complementary breakfast.

Convenient and clean hotel. The absence of a complimentary breakfast along with thin walls and floors knock it down a star for me. I could hear the fellow next door cough throughout the night and the person above stomp around like an elephant. The room was clean and comfortable with good temperature control. Water pressure and temp was good; the bathroom had good included soaps and lotions with nice towels. I appreciated the wireless charging pad for my phone and ample outlets with USB too.

It was good! Room was clean, was a little out of date, some damage on some of the furnishings and walls, and some issues with the shower head. One thing that was a bit annoying was getting locked out of my room when the keys decided not to work anymore. Otherwise it was a terrific stay.

The staff members at this location are always friendly and helpful. The process for checking in and out is quick and efficient. The rooms are comfortable, I always get a good night of sleep. I like to order breakfast from the menu, but the buffet options do look good.

Check in was average, no information on wifi, no I do on breakfast times, just handed room key, he did try to help find luggage cart but none were available. We stayed there because of a Gala Event we attend in the ballroom. Employees handling the event not so much in tune with customer service. Room was great all to our family expectations. Breakfast in the lobby was for a reasonable price and service was excellent with these two attendants. Lastly, check out front desk attendant was more concerned about her laptop then us, she had her back faced to us while we wait for her to turn around. She could not print a receipt for us and just said we can go.

Overall, I had a nice stay. Most of the staff were professional and kind. My room, and the hotel overall was clean and comfortable. I felt safe staying there. Around midnight, the guests next to me were very loud. Opening and closing the front door, talking loudly, and their dogs were barking. Someone even knocked on my door. After about a half hour, I called the front desk to complain. I was told that the guests had just checked in and to please allow them time to get settled. I understand this, but I think guests arriving at late hours should be reminded of the late hour and to please be consuderate of others around them. These guests did not quiet down until after 1:00am. I think this extended well beyond what I should have had to "be understanding" of. I would have appreciated if the front desk would have addressed it, rather than just expect me to tolerate it.

In a new part of Sandy with close access to a shopping mall with many dining options. In addition to being directly across from the performing arts center. The staff was extremely helpful from the registration desk to the cafe and housekeeping too. Our next trip to Salt Lake will bring us back to the Hilton Garden Inn.

In a new part of Sandy with close access to a shopping mall with many dining options. In addition to being directly across from the performing arts center. The staff was extremely helpful from the registration desk to the cafe and housekeeping too. Our next trip to Salt Lake will bring us back to the Hilton Garden Inn.

I had an AMAZING stay at this hotel!! Every staff member I came into contact with was super nice & helpful! It was super clean & smelled amazing!! I never had to ask for anything for my room~ it was already there. If I had any complaints at all, it would be there was not a complimentary breakfast for the price of the hotel you pay, I would've expected that.

Great room. I also was really impressed by the quality of the food in the restaurant on site. I did a breakfast and a dinner there and both were excellent, and I'm not easy to please. I'd highly recommend this place.

This is a very nice hotel in a very nice area. The one thing that they don't highlight well is the restaurant. The food was amazing!!!! I highly recommend the pork street tacos

Great property with great staff. As a solo traveler, who has never been to Utah, I chose this hotel for the proximity to a conference I was attending. The restaurant in the hotel had great options and the food was great! The room was spacious, clean, and I was so happy that I could log into Netflix, Youtube etc. And not have to watch basic cable. A mall with a target is right around the corner for convenience. All around great place that took the edge off of this solo traveler.

Staff at this Hilton were very friendly and efficient. We took advantage of a late dinner at the hotel restaurant. And it was excellent. Recommend this Hilton.

It would be better if they had actually had continental breakfast instead of having to pay an outrageous price breakfast. And the eggs were not fresh they were quite rubbery. I did enjoy the oatmeal

Desk clerk gave us no info on the property or amenities at all upon check in. Just gave us the key and said the elevator is over there. I don’t want to get antagonistic about it but I asked if there was breakfast. He said yes and pointed to the restaurant. The next morning we find out there is no included breakfast. It’s a separate restaurant. He didn’t even tell me if coffee is available. I thought it was lousy that a $300.00 room didn’t include any snacks or food. I am a Hilton honors member and have at least received free water bottle. These waters in the room were $3.50. It’s a nice property with a nice spacious lobby and an indoor pool. The desk service and lack of included food of any kind makes the Garden Inn product a very poor value for the room rates.

All was great with the glaring exception of the WiFi access. After engaging a few small devices the day of check in, the network had dropped and was not available on any devices early the next morning.
