Stay was great. Needed to do a load of laundry, washer worked fine. 1st dryer the coun thing was stuck. The second coin dryer I was able to put the coins in, but when I went to start it, it wouldnt start. Went to front desk and they let me use one of their dryers. He said free of charge, but I didnt get my coins back.

The indoor pool was not heated. Overall looked worn out. However, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of hot foods above the standard waffle.

I liked the clean indoor pool. I did not like the options for breakfast. Staff said they were out of items and first brought out bread for toast and hour after they open at 6:00.

Came from out of town to swim with my grandson and friend for birthday. Didn’t stay bc the pool closed at 9pm and wasn’t opened again until 10am with check out at 11. The mangers refused a refund after explaining what happened. I guess next time we will pick a different hotel to start with. Disappointed that it was refused. But I wasn’t allowing my grandson 10yr old not to swim when that was a big part of this trip.

The man who checked me in was very nice and friendly. I was checked in quickly. He let me know about the hours of the continental breakfast, hours that the pool was open and that coffee, tea and juice would be available to me at anytime. My room was comfortable and close to the doors outside and near the ice machine.I didn’t hear other guests while in my room and once i closed the curtain I couldn't hear outside noises. The shower had great pressure-the best that I have ever had at a hotel! My bed was so comfortable that I slept through breakfast! My only complaint is that I thought there was a hot tub and it was not open. Other than that I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again!

We always like the indoor pool. We were disappointed that the hot tub was filled in (removed). The check in process was horrible in that your internet connection and computer program were on the blink and it took us 30 min to get our keys.

Had immate problem with key cards. Over the 24 hour stag we had to exchange keys three times. The door leading to the parking lat was broken and would not open. Problem with air conditioning, did not work after two thirty AM. Horrible stay, will not return!!

All doorhandles were dirty, shelves in room were dirty and dusty. There was an old bar of soap in the shower. Outside doors did not work with room key and needed to be propped open with rock. There was no hairdryer in the room and when I called the front desk, they told me to look around in all the cupboards. The drawer in dresser had old menus in it and dirt as well.

The first room we checked into had the most foul odor, I became sick at the thought of staying there for the night. The carpets had visible food or vomit raised on the surface. Thankfully another room was available, but the top blankets looked dirty as well as the surfaces of the tables and entertianment unit. The doors exiting the building are missing any type of lock or latch, making the building unsecure. Our neighbors played loud music until 1:30 AM, so needless to say I had a very sleepless night worried about our safety, cleanliness of the room, and the noise. This morning when we went down for breakfast, less than half of the food was actually available, and what was available appeared stale or out of date. We decided against breakfast, which was one of the items I wanted from our stay. When leaving the hotel, I noticed the garbages overflowing outside. Every door to rooms, hallways and exits were filthy, the elevator was very dirty and smelled poorly, with a very large food or liquid spill on the flooring. I would not recommend this hotel location to anyone. This was my first stay at a Quality Inn and I will never book with this brand again.

The room was dirty. I think they "cleaned" it but it was just gross. The shower pan was stained so much that we showered with a towel on the floor of the shower. The pillow cases had dirt smudges on the. The mattress was definitely beyond its use. Uncomfortable and squeaky. The bathroom door had a layer of dirt near where you would put your hand to close it but it was a good foot long. The bathrrom door also didn't close properly. You had to kinda shove the door to get it closed. There was an ironing board but no iron. There was an ice bucket lid bit no bucket. I will give them props for having a refrigerator that works really well. Definitely will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

This hotel should be closed down first of all for the filth and the disgusting smell.The room had little flying gnats we we're both itchy all night.The vending room for snacks and drinks had a half eaten waffle on the floor from the time we checked in till we checked out and also a used diaper. So no one checks to see if place is clean? And we always bring our own small kcup coffee machine thank goodness their's was disgusting. I'll add a picture of that.And was going to habg up shirts already occupied by wet hanging towel.

The room smelled like smoke, the entire front of the shower was covered in mold, the microwave had burnt food on it, the carpet was stained, the drawers on the nightstand were peeling and had deep scratches in them, and there was some sticky gel substance on the top of the nightstand, mirrors were streaked, the boxspring was disgusting dirty with hair and dirt, possibly even small dead bugs . Overall the room was just a gross mess.

Extreme bargain property at middle hotel prices. This place was filthy - rooms were unclean, showers grimy and with very limited hot water, beds stained and covered in dirt, hallways stained with spilled liquids on wall, doors caked in greasy filth. Beds uncomfortable and the poorest quality pillows.

The room was comfortable. It was cold and the outside doors did not open with room key. Had to go to a door that was propped open with a rock. Dirty fingerprints around all the door handles. The area was close to places but the hotel was disgusting. Rust everywhere. Blood on the wall. Dirty sheets. Moldy shower. Hallway walls and doors were dirty

Not impressed. No bathtub. When I asked to change to a room with tub, they said we could move to anothet room with a tub for another $25/night extra but it was needed due to medical reason. They were about to move us then the front desk changed and said no room with tubs were available. Wasted our time. The room they assigned us had dust on tv shelf and the fridge was not cold. They had an unnecessary large tall mirror next to the television and were visible stained. There were damages on the air conditioner vents. The sheets were not entirely clean. The shower floor were filth. When I asked the front desk for another sheet, they were rude and asked why we needed another one - I had to explain it was for the tall mirror in the room that was odd - he hesitated then caved in and gave us one which was suspicious. I can continue with more and share photos but bottom line, this place is not recommended.

We stayed here for a tournament we were attending in the area. The rooms and hallway had a very strong musty oder and there were staines all over the carpets. The rooms air-conditioning unit had all the guards broken off of it. The breakfast was not good. Did not have much to choose from no eggs the bacon was undercooked and the sausage tho i didnt try it also appeared to be no good. There were no napkins and when i asked for some i was brought a box of kleenex. The beds were uncomfortable and the walls must be very thin because i was able to follow my neighbors entire conversation

Older building that could use some renovations but all in all wasn’t too bad. Check in was quick and easy. No hot tub tho. Guest laundry was a hike and had no air conditioning. Machines are old and need to be repaired and/or replaced and room needed to be cleaned from the full trash can and other guests scattered clothes. The housekeeping and/or kitchen staff was sitting in the breakfast area in the morning and were having a heated discussion; that should have been handled elsewhere and not where guests could hear it. Our room was ok, the bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked and tv worked. But the carpet had many big noticeable stains, 2 stains on the top blanket, and one table had peeling edges. Had a half bath which was small but worked, shower floor needed to be scrubbed, looked like a lot of dirt and grime. Outside sink and mirror were absolutely great and loved the design and mirror. All in all, not horrible, you get what you paid for and we paid $90.

It was a bit sketchy. The hallways smelled like weed our entire stay. When we got to our room our door was cracked, the window screen was busted out, and our window was open. There was dust built up everywhere, the lamps, shower, shower fan. Our bedding was stained and a little gross. But the bed were comfy.

There was a lot of hair in the room that wasn’t mine. The mattress had a very large indent where someone probably laid for a long time and I couldn’t sleep on that side.
There was a lot of hair in the room that wasn’t mine. The mattress had a very large indent where someone probably laid for a long time and I couldn’t sleep on that side.

Location is great. Close to the freeway and lots of food and shopping. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of clean towels the shower was amazing lots of hot water and great water pressure. The t.v was weird it would be loud and the volume would be so low you couldn't hear. The carpet was almost black with stains.

Two night stay to visit some friends in the area. First room had no working heat, it did have a nice 60” plus flat screen. They moved me to a second room as the heat wasn’t a simple fix. Second room had heat, but the tv was about a 32” ancient flat screen that only worked intermittently with the DirectTV system they were using. First morning breakfast was hot and plentiful, second morning there was some sort of young kids wrestling group there and the breakfast area was jamb packed with people and not enough food. For all the people there, I do think the facility was fairly quiet and was clean. I would have had more stars in every category if the items I described weren’t an issue. I didn’t voice concern to the facility, as I had already been moved once and the second morning I was leaving anyway.

Upon arrival, the room I got was not cleaned, no sheets on the bed and trash all throughout. Asked for a new room, that one was not cleaned either. Finally got to a 3rd room that was clean, the window was open. Room smelled like smoke, and the window did not lock. We were on the first floor so I didn’t like that the window wouldn’t lock and I had myself and children in there. But also didn’t want to ask to be moved to a 4th room. The shower was pretty dirty. My key never worked to get in any of the doors outside and I wanted to park closer to our room because it was all the way in the back of the building. I asked about it and the guy said “just keep trying it, sometimes it acts up”. Ok. Everything else was pretty average. Not the nicest or cleanest but very frustrating for a hotel stay.

Had immate problem with key cards. Over the 24 hour stag we had to exchange keys three times. The door leading to the parking lat was broken and would not open. Problem with air conditioning, did not work after two thirty AM. Horrible stay, will not return!!

Shower was hanging off of the wall, broken, toilet, wouldn’t flush, I had a king room reserved and got stuck in a dingy queen bed with a nasty shower. Beds were as hard as the floor only good thing that I can say about this place is that the sheets were soft

Check in was a total DISASTER! The primary person was an older lady who was having extreme difficulty in managing her duties (and herself!). Her helper was attempting to use their computer system but the lady kept interfering. (I understand their computer system had gone down earlier that day.) I ended up being assigned the room across from the breakfast area which was another story! Next morning I asked the front desk to assign me to a different room which was promptly done. They apologized for their loud talk and movement noises. I also found there was no regular coffee; apparently no one had ordered that! I do wish to state hat the young lady at he front desk was exceptionally easy to work with and cooperative! Give her a raise! It was this young lady who made my future lodging with this motel even thinkable! You need more loke her! Joe Colvin 404-358-4792

Had a reservation since December 2024 and when my husband got there last night, the guy behind the counter told him there was no reservation. Would not look at the confirmation email from Expedia and just said there was nothing he could do and that we didnt have a reservation. VERY RUDE!!

Came from out of town to swim with my grandson and friend for birthday. Didn’t stay bc the pool closed at 9pm and wasn’t opened again until 10am with check out at 11. The mangers refused a refund after explaining what happened. I guess next time we will pick a different hotel to start with. Disappointed that it was refused. But I wasn’t allowing my grandson 10yr old not to swim when that was a big part of this trip.

The man who checked me in was very nice and friendly. I was checked in quickly. He let me know about the hours of the continental breakfast, hours that the pool was open and that coffee, tea and juice would be available to me at anytime. My room was comfortable and close to the doors outside and near the ice machine.I didn’t hear other guests while in my room and once i closed the curtain I couldn't hear outside noises. The shower had great pressure-the best that I have ever had at a hotel! My bed was so comfortable that I slept through breakfast! My only complaint is that I thought there was a hot tub and it was not open. Other than that I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again!

It was fine just for a sleeping place. The carpet in the room felt sticky underfoot. There were stains or something on the hand towels by the sink, we just didn't use those ones. The bathroom was tiny tiny. If you pushed the door all the way open it ended up pushing the lock on the door which resulted in us locking ourselves out. Breakfast was very minimal.

We stayed here for a tournament we were attending in the area. The rooms and hallway had a very strong musty oder and there were staines all over the carpets. The rooms air-conditioning unit had all the guards broken off of it. The breakfast was not good. Did not have much to choose from no eggs the bacon was undercooked and the sausage tho i didnt try it also appeared to be no good. There were no napkins and when i asked for some i was brought a box of kleenex. The beds were uncomfortable and the walls must be very thin because i was able to follow my neighbors entire conversation

Older building that could use some renovations but all in all wasn’t too bad. Check in was quick and easy. No hot tub tho. Guest laundry was a hike and had no air conditioning. Machines are old and need to be repaired and/or replaced and room needed to be cleaned from the full trash can and other guests scattered clothes. The housekeeping and/or kitchen staff was sitting in the breakfast area in the morning and were having a heated discussion; that should have been handled elsewhere and not where guests could hear it. Our room was ok, the bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked and tv worked. But the carpet had many big noticeable stains, 2 stains on the top blanket, and one table had peeling edges. Had a half bath which was small but worked, shower floor needed to be scrubbed, looked like a lot of dirt and grime. Outside sink and mirror were absolutely great and loved the design and mirror. All in all, not horrible, you get what you paid for and we paid $90.

We were there for the Eclipse, and so understand that the property may have had many more guests than it's used to. When we walked into our room, the cleaning staff had left behind a towel and a spray bottle. The room and breakfast area appeared to be recently renovated, and we had a quiet undisturbed night's sleep, but the hallways and other common areas were in need of a coat of paint. They underplanned for breakfast and ran out of many items-- but the staff member was doing his best to re-stock on the fly.

We were expecting a microwave in our room which was advertised. Ours was missing. No cups were put in our room, so we had to get some ourselves. No apologies for those issues. The beds were very comfortable which we appreciated. However, our sleep was disturbed at 2.00 am by two men who kept trying get their key cards to open our door. It was a bit scary. After it kept on for quite a while, my husband got out of bed, looked out the eye hole, saw them and told them to move on because they had the wrong room. Getting back to sleep took a while which had an impact on our long drive that day. That was not the hotel’s fault, but it left a bad memory from our stay.

I tried to leave a detailed review, but so many things were awful. I don’t have enough room. I’ve never had to do this before. At the most basic level, I would like to warn people DO NOT STAY HERE. When you walk in the room, it looks crisp and clean. It is actually disgustingly dirty. I found garbage on the floor by my bed and many places throughout the hotel. The shower floor was BLACK with grime. The public restrooms were filthy and smelled hideous. The breakfast was gone an hour before it should’ve been. And I couldn’t get the front desk to come to my room to fix something. They didn’t answer the phone when I called, and when I went down to ask, they never came to help. Ironically, a very prominent red sign with an 8.0 rating hung on the wall behind the check-in desk. I think the owner‘s mother left that rating because it couldn’t possibly have been from someone in the general populice.

I had a problem with 2 tvs in 2 seperate rooms the staff was very accommodating by moving me rooms and then they fixed the other 2 rooms tvs. Never complained and very nice and helpful.
