Stayed here for 2 nights with my kid. Didn’t check in on night one until late. Was able to get into the pool / hot tub, but the hot tub didn’t seem very clean and the water was very low. There were only 2 towels in the container available for swimmers. The next morning we went swimming again and there were no towels still. In the morning I noticed the toilet was not flushing properly. I called the front desk and they responded with Maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. That makes sense?! They told me I could come to the front desk and get a plunger. I did and then unclogged the toilet. That same night my kid used the toilet and it was clogged again. I tried to use the plunger and it didn’t work and now the toilet wouldn’t stop running. The dirty toilet water was overflowing into the bathroom. I turned off the water to the toilet so it would stop and called the front desk. I explained the situation to them and they told me to come to the front office and get another room key and they would move me rooms. They upgraded my room to a suite which was nice and they said they tried to credit my stay but because of how I booked it (through Hotels.com) they were unable to provide any credit for the inconvenience.
