first time all inclusive, staffs very friendly, area clean, lots of food options. really enjoys the lamb chop, i have enjoyed every second of my stay. however water very cold, i couldn't swim.

Such an easy holiday with kids (6 & 8). This is our second visit after a successful trip last year. The kids loved the pool, ice cream and the kids mini disco in the evening. We loved the family room which gave us some space. The warm welcoming staff who looked after us well. The nice touches like iced coffee at the pool and fresh pizza ovens in the restaurant. Plenty of good food options and choice of cocktails. The Moroccan sunshine did its thing and we had a great easy week relaxing as a family by the pool.

Cet établissement est un bon rapport qualité / prix . La piscine est grande , le personnel et équipe d’animation au top . C’est propre et la nourriture est bonne. L’établissement mériterait par contre un bon coup de rénovation , une amélioration de certaines prestations comme le terrain de sport , les salles de bain … Hôtel excentré mais coin très calme . C’est un bon séjour en famille 👍

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful unlike the kitchen staff. Lovely complex although remote with a limited busy bus shuttle to town. Its about 30minutes when the shuttle is running. The pool is amazing with a heated section even though its oudoors. Towels are provided free of charge. Spacious rooms which are kept clean but the decor is aged and have a lovely little outdoor seated area. The gym has good equipment and in a nice setting although the opening hours are from 9 till 7pm The all inclusive part of the experience was disappointing. The alcoholic drinks were very limited and the wine was shocking and all alcohol is native ! Dont even try any of the 3 available cocktails. The food was the same every day and although there was some variation it was dry or overcooked with very little imagination. A great hotel complex with some lovely staff in the reception and pool area but the kitchen and bar staff need replacing with fresh blood who want to offer customer service. Overall i would come back for the venue but not the service which makes it difficult. It was my first ever experience of All Inclusive and I was left disappointed.

Stayed for 6 days Christmas with family of 7. Rooms attractive & clean comfortable but only warm if noisy wall heating left on all the time. Biggest prob, all public areas were not heated and very cold, doors left open permanently, with outside temperature of 2 C at night (daytime temp ok) Bar and Ents. area were also outside, too cold to sit anywhere. Food was buffet and fine selection. Boiling water urn would have useful for making breakfast tea instead of an electric kettle! No heated swimming pool anywhere. Staff overall were very efficient efficient and very friendly but Reception were unable to do anything about the heating.

This was my second stay in Marrakesh. It seemed like the perfect escape for some February sunshine. The highlights of this hotel were the attractive buildings and planting, large pools (with one being heated even in February.), Spacious and calming rooms, friendly staff, and good quality food. The negatives about the hotel for us were mainly to do with the volume of the constant music that ran from 10 am to 5 pm and could be heard everywhere on site including in your room with the windows and door shut. If you’re not a fan of constant thumping bass then this probably isn’t the hotel for you. The spa was pretty much closed except for the treatment room and the pool there was not heated and not in use. The alcohol choices were very limited but they poured a generous gandt and local wine was pretty good and could be found all day. As we were ‘off season’ the hotel was about 1/4 full leaving plenty of space in the restaurant, bar and round the pool. We’d happily return ( with earplugs) to enjoy the sunshine and trips to the souk which is 30 min on the hotel shuttle bus .

The property grounds, especially the outdoor areas near the pool were beautiful with amazing views. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was pretty disappointing. It was not very clean, and the tub and sink would clog after 2-3 seconds of the water running, which made using the bathroom really unpleasant.

Not a lot to do here if it rains but the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was kept spotless as were the outside spaces. They would benefit from new towels in the rooms but overall a pleasant stay.

On arrival the reception staff were not helpful, charged me 4 x the tourist tax I was expecting to pay. Reception is nice but that's it, the room was dirty with hair in the bathroom, the sunbeds were the dirtiest I have ever come across. Restaurant food was cold, they put fresh food on top of the food already there and not much choice. I asked one day why the food was cold and the lady seemed confused that I asked and she made fresh fries for my daughter. The birds were wadding in the pool, tells me there was not much chlorine in there, round the pool edge was grim, just filthy. Would not recommend

locaux des hébergement sont en très mauvais état pas du tout entretenus l’hygiène des tables nettoyage sur le dessus pas les cotés piscine magnifique animateurs et serveurs très sympa restauration: c'est l'usine grand choix mais très répétitif. hôtel moyen loin du centre de Marrakech taxi ou navette moyennant paiement 15 euros taxi 3euros la navette mais souvent complète

Je ne comprends pas la catégorie de cet hôtel.. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est mal entretenu Des odeurs d'égouts souvent présente, des chambres sales. Nourriture moyenne Boissons mauvaises (pas de cocktails, aucun jus de fruits, bières espagnole insipide) Personnel au strict minimum Infra sportives: terrains de tennis et paddle à l'abandon, matériel en piteux état Pas dans le meilleur endroit de la palmeraie, rien a faire autour, taxi chers pour s'y rendre, bref passez votre chemin...

It was beautiful, staff were helpful and polite, great customer services. The food was Ahhh-mazing, great variety and tasted yummy, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only negative was issues with AC in the room, it was on and cold, we tried turning on the heating function but didn’t work, it took us complaining twice before they were able to sort it. The first night sleep was really bad because of the cold, aside from that it was a great experience.

Le concept de petit ryad est très sympa. Idolation phonique médiocre. Personnel agréable. Principe du all inclusive peu adapté à cet hôtel à Marrakech. N'accepte pas des invités externes à la journée. Plats regionaux et restauration au top ça. fait plaisir de retrouver des hôtels qui font du local de. Bon qualité prix. Animation moyenne

Biggest prob, all public areas were not heated and very cold, doors left open permanently, with outside temperature of 2 C at night (daytime temp ok) Bar and Ents. area were also outside, too cold to sit anywhere. Food was buffet and fine selection. Boiling water urn would have useful for making breakfast tea instead of an electric kettle! No heated swimming pool anywhere. Staff overall were very efficient efficient and very friendly but Reception were unable to do anything about the heating.

Even though our bedroom clealry needed some urgent renovations, our stay was overall good. The pool area was nice and the food service was good. Kudos for the staff as they were able to help us both times we needed some assistance during our stay.

This was my second stay in Marrakesh. It seemed like the perfect escape for some February sunshine. The highlights of this hotel were the attractive buildings and planting, large pools (with one being heated even in February.), Spacious and calming rooms, friendly staff, and good quality food. The negatives about the hotel for us were mainly to do with the volume of the constant music that ran from 10 am to 5 pm and could be heard everywhere on site including in your room with the windows and door shut. If you’re not a fan of constant thumping bass then this probably isn’t the hotel for you. The spa was pretty much closed except for the treatment room and the pool there was not heated and not in use. The alcohol choices were very limited but they poured a generous gandt and local wine was pretty good and could be found all day. As we were ‘off season’ the hotel was about 1/4 full leaving plenty of space in the restaurant, bar and round the pool. We’d happily return ( with earplugs) to enjoy the sunshine and trips to the souk which is 30 min on the hotel shuttle bus .

The hotel itself is beautiful. Jews of the Atlas Mountains behind. The hotel is let down by the poor rooms. Really poor. The shower flooded the bathroom. The aircon leaked in the middle of the night. It wasn’t great. However, the hotel food is really good. Great Moroccan food available with some western options every night.

This should be a great hotel for couples. The rooms have queen beds and the pooll and the staff are excellent. The rooms do not have jetted tubs as suggested on Expedia. However they are of a high quality. This property is let diwn by poor and repetitive food. A very poor liquor selection. With no international brands even at extra costs. The evening disco is alcohol free even though it has a better bar than the all inclusive one. Tapas bar not open at all during our stay. Not a hotel for food lovers unless you are vegetarian and addicted to aubergines. Ten different aubergine dishes on second night. Meat almost none existent and tagines which I love poorly cooked with poor quality fatty and grizzly meat. Fish dishes ok but dried out under lights. No lamb at all during our visit. This hotel needs to wake up, to the realities and demands of the modern day traveller.

Accommodation was spacious and clean. However, there was no functioning telephone line, no wi-fi and AC was not working. The staff were most unhelpful and most couldn't communicate in English. The al-a-carte restaurants and bars (as advertised) were permanently closed. There was only one dining option in the restaurant which was abysmal. The swimming pool was nice and the evening entertainment was of average quality. I wouldn’t recommend this resort as there are many available which are definitely superior, at this exaggerated price. Not going back.

Such an easy holiday with kids (6 & 8). This is our second visit after a successful trip last year. The kids loved the pool, ice cream and the kids mini disco in the evening. We loved the family room which gave us some space. The warm welcoming staff who looked after us well. The nice touches like iced coffee at the pool and fresh pizza ovens in the restaurant. Plenty of good food options and choice of cocktails. The Moroccan sunshine did its thing and we had a great easy week relaxing as a family by the pool.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful unlike the kitchen staff. Lovely complex although remote with a limited busy bus shuttle to town. Its about 30minutes when the shuttle is running. The pool is amazing with a heated section even though its oudoors. Towels are provided free of charge. Spacious rooms which are kept clean but the decor is aged and have a lovely little outdoor seated area. The gym has good equipment and in a nice setting although the opening hours are from 9 till 7pm The all inclusive part of the experience was disappointing. The alcoholic drinks were very limited and the wine was shocking and all alcohol is native ! Dont even try any of the 3 available cocktails. The food was the same every day and although there was some variation it was dry or overcooked with very little imagination. A great hotel complex with some lovely staff in the reception and pool area but the kitchen and bar staff need replacing with fresh blood who want to offer customer service. Not a lot to do here if it rains but the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was kept spotless as were the outside spaces. They would benefit from new towels in the rooms but overall a pleasant stay.

On arrival the reception staff were not helpful, charged me 4 x the tourist tax I was expecting to pay. Reception is nice but that's it, the room was dirty with hair in the bathroom, the sunbeds were the dirtiest I have ever come across. Restaurant food was cold, they put fresh food on top of the food already there and not much choice. I asked one day why the food was cold and the lady seemed confused that I asked and she made fresh fries for my daughter. The birds were wadding in the pool, tells me there was not much chlorine in there, round the pool edge was grim, just filthy. Would not recommend

Nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances. L'équipe est top et disponible, l'hôtel est très agréable et la nourriture très bonne dans l'ensemble. Petit bémol pour les jus, nous aurions aimé avoir du vrai jus d'orange parce que ceux de la machine sont imbuvables. La Literie un peu raide aussi. Navette pour l'aéroport payante 1.5€/personne. Manque un retour en milieu d'après-midi. Le départ du matin est à 9h15 alors qu'on peu laisser les enfants à partir de 9h30 seulement, dommage. A part ces détails, parfait !

Cet établissement est un bon rapport qualité / prix . La piscine est grande , le personnel et équipe d’animation au top . C’est propre et la nourriture est bonne. L’établissement mériterait par contre un bon coup de rénovation , une amélioration de certaines prestations comme le terrain de sport , les salles de bain … Hôtel excentré mais coin très calme . C’est un bon séjour en famille 👍

Vi koste oss for andre gang på dette hotellet med så mye luft og himmel! En skikkelig kontrast til støy og stress i medinaen i Marrakech. Vi slappet av og nøt fredelige dager ved bassenget. Vi synes bassengområdet er nydelig, får nesten følelsen av å være ved en strand ved havet. Stedet er litt mer slitent enn for 3 år siden, det trengs bedre vedlikehold og stell av grøntområdene. Vi var fire og dusjen virket ikke i den ene leiligheten. En alvorlig mangel som ikke ble fikset på de fire dagene vi var der. Litt slitsomt med stadig mas om aktiviteter og støyende musikk til vann gymnastikken. Vi syntes lydnivået på musikken var for høyt. Maten var god, det var mye å velge mellom, spesielt gode kaker, og servicen i restauranten påpasselig. Men vi likte ikke at kattene fikk bevege seg fritt både ute og inne. Alt i alt hadde vi det veldig fint på tross av noen negative ting.

It was beautiful, staff were helpful and polite, great customer services. The food was Ahhh-mazing, great variety and tasted yummy, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only negative was issues with AC in the room, it was on and cold, we tried turning on the heating function but didn’t work, it took us complaining twice before they were able to sort it. The first night sleep was really bad because of the cold, aside from that it was a great experience.

Such an easy holiday with kids (6 & 8). This is our second visit after a successful trip last year. The kids loved the pool, ice cream and the kids mini disco in the evening. We loved the family room which gave us some space. The warm welcoming staff who looked after us well. The nice touches like iced coffee at the pool and fresh pizza ovens in the restaurant. Plenty of good food options and choice of cocktails. The Moroccan sunshine did its thing and we had a great easy week relaxing as a family by the pool.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful unlike the kitchen staff. Lovely complex although remote with a limited busy bus shuttle to town. Its about 30minutes when the shuttle is running. The pool is amazing with a heated section even though its oudoors. Towels are provided free of charge. Spacious rooms which are kept clean but the decor is aged and have a lovely little outdoor seated area. The gym has good equipment and in a nice setting although the opening hours are from 9 till 7pm The all inclusive part of the experience was disappointing. The alcoholic drinks were very limited and the wine was shocking and all alcohol is native ! Dont even try any of the 3 available cocktails. The food was the same every day and although there was some variation it was dry or overcooked with very little imagination. A great hotel complex with some lovely staff in the reception and pool area but the kitchen and bar staff need replacing with fresh blood who want to offer customer service. Overall i would come back for the venue but not the service which makes it difficult. It was my first ever experience of All Inclusive and I was left disappointed.

This was my second stay in Marrakesh. It seemed like the perfect escape for some February sunshine. The highlights of this hotel were the attractive buildings and planting, large pools (with one being heated even in February.), Spacious and calming rooms, friendly staff, and good quality food. The negatives about the hotel for us were mainly to do with the volume of the constant music that ran from 10 am to 5 pm and could be heard everywhere on site including in your room with the windows and door shut. If you’re not a fan of constant thumping bass then this probably isn’t the hotel for you. The spa was pretty much closed except for the treatment room and the pool there was not heated and not in use. The alcohol choices were very limited but they poured a generous gandt and local wine was pretty good and could be found all day. As we were ‘off season’ the hotel was about 1/4 full leaving plenty of space in the restaurant, bar and round the pool. We’d happily return ( with earplugs) to enjoy the sunshine and trips to the souk which is 30 min on the hotel shuttle bus .

On arrival the reception staff were not helpful, charged me 4 x the tourist tax I was expecting to pay. Reception is nice but that's it, the room was dirty with hair in the bathroom, the sunbeds were the dirtiest I have ever come across. Restaurant food was cold, they put fresh food on top of the food already there and not much choice. I asked one day why the food was cold and the lady seemed confused that I asked and she made fresh fries for my daughter. The birds were wadding in the pool, tells me there was not much chlorine in there, round the pool edge was grim, just filthy. Would not recommend

This should be a great hotel for couples. The rooms have queen beds and the pooll and the staff are excellent. The rooms do not have jetted tubs as suggested on Expedia. However they are of a high quality. This property is let diwn by poor and repetitive food. A very poor liquor selection. With no international brands even at extra costs. The evening disco is alcohol free even though it has a better bar than the all inclusive one. Tapas bar not open at all during our stay. Not a hotel for food lovers unless you are vegetarian and addicted to aubergines. Ten different aubergine dishes on second night. Meat almost none existent and tagines which I love poorly cooked with poor quality fatty and grizzly meat. Fish dishes ok but dried out under lights. No lamb at all during our visit. This hotel needs to wake up, to the realities and demands of the modern day traveller.

Hi! We stayed at Marrakech Ryads Parc All Inclusive for four nights in June 2026, and had a nice stay. We were especially pleased with the good and varied food, large pool area, bright hotel room with plenty of space, nice reception area, lovely outdoor spaces, and very good service from the staff. What was disappointing were the maintenance issues, such as a clogged sink and drain in the bathroom, no lights in the hallways, plaster falling off the buildings, and a fridge that didn’t work. What we were most disappointed with was the SPA facility. The cleaning was very poor (cockroaches on the floor and in the pool, leaves from trees on the floor, lizards and bird droppings on the walls, leftovers from other guests using cups, etc.) and the hot tub didn’t work. You should choose another hotel if you want to use the SPA.

The dining hall which we paid all inclusive for also never had the air conditioning on, flies were a huge problem!. Not a huge variety in food, juice machine never worked and no fresh juice. The room was bright and spacious however the bathtub and toilet were old and stained and needed major updating. For a 4 star hotel no kettle or water bottles were provided. Bedding was also stained. The spa was nice massage was excellent however major communication issue for English speakers, Hamam is only accessible for those paying for a treatment same as the indoor pool. As I was waiting for my treatment a male maixtenance worker wondered in checking on the steam valves where women were not dressed. (Received a casual apology ) The staff were all lovely and polite.
