Some staff was great. Some were HORRIBLE. The property is beautiful but they had horrible cleaning issues in elevators and rooms. The worst part was the extremely dangerous stuff they were doing that nearly killed my son. Cables across the water slides nearly took his head off. Ladders across other slides. Management still hasn't called to rectify anything and upper management is currently trying to hide the paper I filled out with the safety issues to tourists. STAY AWAY!

Great place to stay! We were here for 3 nights and loved it. Some days were busier than others due to "one day passes" that can be purchased by others not staying at the resort. The water slides were fun and exciting. We laughed when we read the signs that said "not recommended for persons over 55" hahaha. I'm 56 and my husband is 58. They are pretty exhilarating, so I then understood the recommendation. A couple of kids cried after being shot out like a rocket at the end. So, I'd be careful of the age and ability of children (and over 55's hahaha) that use them. The resort is beautifully done with lots of organized jungle, waterfalls, hot spring pools, etc. I would say the only "negative" comment I have is that the buffet was not great. Drive a few minutes and hit a better restaurant in town.
