We were told upon arrival that neither the pool nor the hot tub were operational. They were sorry. To me it seems that when this happens, there ought to be some sort of compensation - but there was nothing. The woman at the check-in desk had a face full of piercings. I guess she was the best they could get for the money. She was not particularly friendly or welcoming.

The hot water was out for 24 hours (at least) with a hotel full of hockey kids. We all understand things happen, but there was no offer of any partial credit or refund or anything.

This hotel exceeded my expectations especially as it has a lovely warm pool and jacuzzi - they were both great. The rooms are nice, the staff friendly and breakfast good. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

We specifically picked this hotel for the pool. After arriving, we found out that the pool was out of service and the heat pump was not functioning. This also affected the hot tub.

Overall the hotel is very nice. The pool area is very nice and open to adults until 12am. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The only downside to our stay was the breakfast. Breakfast ends at 9:30am, and when coming from the west, through a time change this is pretty early, especially on a weekend. We were down for breakfast at 9:05 and there were not enough eggs and sausage for 2 people. I agree with not wasting food but there should be enough during breakfast hours. The breakfast itself and breakfast area were good.

The swimming pool temperature was 61 degrees, and jacuzzi was 68 degrees. These water temperatures are unacceptable. I was informed after inquiring they were under repair. Very disappointing and should have been advised when reservation was made or emailed prior to arrival.

It was a nice hotel, clean, and easy to find. The breakfast was good. I was just very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were down, and had been in that condition, apparently for several days. I had selected that hotel because it looked like it had a very nice pool area. The outlet for the hair dryer in our room was not working either.

the hotel had old warn out couches with torn covers in the hallways but nothing was being renovated. Half the lights didn't work in the room and lights were burned out in the public spaces. The rooms were old and beat up. Nothing looked like the photos online. Google shows this property closed permanently. Maybe it should be. Needs a lot of TLC and $$$$. At over $200 a night you would think they would try to upgrade this property.

This is a nice option to some other high priced hotels in the area—- I would have given it another star if they would clean up the elevator area and the breakfast area. The breakfast could be made more presentable, add some fruit, a hot water pot ( having to get hot water from the sink for oatmeal and tea is not very good)— at least the coffee was hot and good!

The hotel was nice. However, there must be a resident dog on the second level and it was causing the whole hotel to smell horrendous. Not only that, the dog was barking non stop. If a dog is going to be at a hotel it needs to be silent. It is very hard to sleep with a loud dog.

This place was a dump!! We left and didn’t stay at this property it was so bad. We should be refunded our money it was so bad. Paid a premium because there were no other places to stay. We left and drove to Utah. Beware of pictures people they joint is not what it shows online.

The staff was pleasant. Parking on weekend was tight. Parking lot was not lined for spaces. Two cars were taking up three spaces. The internet worked most of the time, but my first night had no access. Big Issue: no closet to hang clothes including jackets; no room safe for valuables; microwave was not located near an outlet; no light or working outlet for the desk. I had to move microwave near an outlet. The microwave was not user-friendly. I could not get the microwave to work. I ended up using the microwave located in the lobby Breakfast was hit or miss. There was orange juice for my first morning only. The eggs and sausage bin was empty a lot of the time. I strongly suggest putting an armoire with a small safe in each room. This will cover the issue of no closet in the room. The pool area needs work. Getting into the hot tub is dangerous with a slippery edge of the tile. A non-slip gripping strip is needed on the edge. Water is accumulating in puddles instead of moving to the drains. Probably due to uneven surface. Cheaper to address these issues instead of paying someone through expensive litigation for a bad injury. Parking lot should be repaved and lines painted to designate parking spaces. Maybe have an area to park motor cycles. I motorcycle taking up an entire parking space is a waste.

The “Queen” size beds are actually doubles. When we asked the receptionist, she said the advertising online was out of date and was unable to do anything to remedy our situation. It made sleeping 4 adults really uncomfortable.

It was a pretty room and spacious but the coffee table had some dried on stains. The big chairs on either side were ornate but very unsupportive and uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi never worked and we had to use our cellphones as a hotspot. The bed was comfortable.

Beautiful property in amazing location! Big well appointed rooms with really comfortable beds! A little dated furniture but it’s all in great condition and it’s fun! Safe and easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Lots of parking and great customer service. Breakfast is included and is actually pretty good. Starbucks across the street and McDonalds one block away. We’ve stayed before and will definitely stay again. Quiet and very clean with excellent air conditioning, great water pressure in big bathroom and DIRECT TV is AWESOME! Great value for the price in Hailey!!!

The property itself was as expected. No frills hotel, with basic service but clean. Our room was on the lower level and I think the boiler room was right beneath us. If you looked out the window there were stairs that went down. The noise level was a lot. We heard constant sounds. A loud banging sound woke us several times during the night. It sounded like a door slamming but it was so consistent I don’t think it was. Imagine being startled awake all night long. By morning we were cranky and just wanted to leave. Never even ate breakfast, just left. The area was great but wouldn’t wish that night on anyone.

The employees are absolutely wonderful. They were so nice to deal with. Breakfast was okay, pretty standard food. The rooms are definitely old and in need of a remodel. We were there during a rain storm and while walking to our room we saw alarge amount of rain coming through the ceiling in the hallway. Maintenence was there with a ladder to address. Overall the stay was fine.

Rooms were not ready at check in. Had to wait over an hour in the lobby. Lodge did not habe tea for guests only coffee. The staff however at check in was very friendly. The property it self was very well maintained and the rooms were clean.

Called ahead before and after reservation was made. Confirmed we had a room with at least some view. It's imperative as my wife has issues with closed in spaces. Showed up and "the only room we have left" had a view of a wall and a broken pipe. Went back to the office and explained the situation. The woman working understood and assured me I would get a full refund. There were two people at the counter looking for a room and there were none available. Obviously they resold my room. And promptly charged me. Unbelievable

This hotel is ideally located just off Highway 75 on the north end of Hailey and across from Albertsons. It is very clean, modern, and a great staff. The morning breakfast offerings were good too. We thought about going out for breakfast, but they provided a hot breakfast. It was the typical scrambled eggs and such, but fresh and tasty. Great place to stay for a more reasonable price than Ketchum hotels and only 15 minutes to Ketchum.

Pleasant well maintained accommodation. Staff helpful and friendly. Unfortunately breakfast was a disappointment. The hot food was not restocked and quality of hash browns were poorly prepared tater tot rounds. No decaf coffee or half and half only creamer. The apple I had was bruised and mushy……

The hotel was very clean. They say breakfast is until 9:30 am, but by 9:00 am all the hot food was gone and not replaced. So eat early if you want food.

Completely deceived about breakfast offering. The photos indicated a hot breakfast service usually including powdered eggs and either sausage or bacon. The breakfast contained zero protein - no eggs, pig or hard boiled eggs. They had two packets of instant oatmeal on our first day and none the second. There was a waffle station. I submitted a complaint to the hotel both during our visit and after our return and have not heard back. Other than that, the hotel was average for this class.

The pool was closed in June. The front desk staff was nice but no one was on duty at the front desk at 2:15 in the afternoon. It was 45 minutes before check-in time, but I would expect the desk manned. The hotel was clean, in a nice area and parking was easy. Plan on skipping the complimentary breakfast-the only fruit offered was bananas. The coffee was diner quality. Packaged pastries and the usual powdered scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns.
