$140 for a hotel in the middle of nowhere under construction. Our room was still covered in dust from the construction with no explanation. This isn’t on the staff, it’s 100% on Expedia and the property owner for not giving the patron a break. Hey, the refrigerator didn’t work in the room either…again, whoever owns the place is a penny pinching jerk and if this room was $60 I would have never said peep. $140?! I’m the idiot for sure. People should just spend that money on a sleeping bag and stay under a bridge, it’s about the same kind of vibe with more fun.

The lady at the desk was super kind and helpful. The hotel itself was shabby but they were doing construction to fix it. The a/c didn't work well. There was no back entrance because it was covered in paint cloths and drywall. The carpets were gross. The thing that really bothered me was that I had a room that connected to another one. I hate those rooms because as a woman traveling with my son they scare me.

This property needs a major update. Everything is old, sheets and towels are stained, the pillows are flat and blankets are itchy. the rooms are old, dated and smell of mold and mildew..made worse when the heating or air is on. The rooms are humid, they provide a dehumidifier but it doesnt work. The carpet is disgusting. The tub had a crack in it and the shower is either scalding or freezing, no in between. They dont staff the desk and the lobby smells of curry. The only 2 nice things i can say, everything is within walking distance and they have a huge semi parking lot. No bedbugs or roaches i could see..and i checked everything. Another thing i have to add..my husband and i didnt fell well after leaving the property, i can only attribute that to the mold and mildew in the ac/heater unit and carpet.

First time staying there ins some time. As I remembered, the staff were cordial and accommodating. Service staff went out of their way help and assist. Facility was under renovation. Changes to room made them more comfortable. Area around the immediate outside could use some sprucing up (butts, etc.)

Stayed for five nights. Room was not cleaned ONCE. Every single night when I returned to my room it was found how I left it. Bed never made. Towels never replenished. When I contacted Expedia they contacted the front desk after my stay and the manager Kumar lied to them saying my room was cleaned every day. Also found bed bug feces along the bottom box spring on my final day there. Bedding also smelled of vinegar which is a known “at home” bedbug repellent…please avoid.

My room stunk so bad I had to go buy air fresheners just to be able to enter the room, bathroom sink barely drained. Floor in bathroom extremely dirty. I couldn’t stay the 2nd night and checked out a day early. And just lost the money I pre paid for the 2nd night. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty and smelly

The staff were friendly. Unfortunately this was our third stay at this particular location, but will be our last. Our first room had hot or hotter water in the sink and toilet, but in the morning we discovered there was no water in the shower. They moved us to a different room which had an overfull dehumidifier, a fist shaped "dent" in the wall and while we at least had cold water to brush teeth with, the shower was scalding hot or flesh melting hot. My hot tub at 104⁰ is cooler than the shower was. Someone came and took notes the dent and apologized for the overly hot water but that was it, no offer to rectify anything beyond that. If we had not already paid and used our credits on a non-refundable reservation, we would have gone to another hotel but we were already out the money so we were stuck.

Bath tub backed up. AC barely worked. TV was dark even after changing settings. Sheets was dirty and front desk trued telling us we had to wait but that wasn’t happening.

The young lady that works there was simply amazing. She was friendly and helpful. That was about the extent to the positive points of the stay. I was there for a total of 6 nights, the tub didn't drain well, had to ask staff to get it snaked to drain. The ac has multiple functions, but the electricity to the room keeps shorting it out and resetting so waking up in the middle of the night sweating and hot. the water had no imbetweeen of hot and cold, it was either scalding hot, or freezing cold. Being on a budget I thought this would have been better accomadations. It wasn't the worst, but it was far from a great and enjoyable stay.

I was scared due to others terrible reviews but i found the place not bad for the money, I did not like that housekeeping came in the morning at 8:15am to 8:40am too early to knock, then let themselves in. Bed was very comfy, but needs new comforters/blankets they are kinda yucky & old.

Check in and out were great. Still a good deal, but over the last few years that I've been staying here for an annual event, the maintenance of the property is going downhill. Nothing major, but just a lot of little things that add up. Also, the sheets were threadbare in many spots. They should have been replaced long before they got to the condition that they were in.

Check in and out were great. Still a good deal, but over the last few years that I've been staying here for an annual event, the maintenance of the property is going downhill. Nothing major, but just a lot of little things that add up. Also, the sheets were threadbare in many spots. They should have been replaced long before they got to the condition that they were in.

First time staying there ins some time. As I remembered, the staff were cordial and accommodating. Service staff went out of their way help and assist. Facility was under renovation. Changes to room made them more comfortable. Area around the immediate outside could use some sprucing up (butts, etc.)

This property needs a major update. Everything is old, sheets and towels are stained, the pillows are flat and blankets are itchy. the rooms are old, dated and smell of mold and mildew..made worse when the heating or air is on. The rooms are humid, they provide a dehumidifier but it doesnt work. The carpet is disgusting. The tub had a crack in it and the shower is either scalding or freezing, no in between. They dont staff the desk and the lobby smells of curry. The only 2 nice things i can say, everything is within walking distance and they have a huge semi parking lot. No bedbugs or roaches i could see..and i checked everything. Another thing i have to add..my husband and i didnt fell well after leaving the property, i can only attribute that to the mold and mildew in the ac/heater unit and carpet.

I have legit service animals and the lady owner with the toddler said she wanted to see our room, when I asked for maid amenities. I said ok. We had been using the vacuum from the maids and now suddenly wasn't able to do what we had been doing for a few weeks. She brought the maid and went to our room. The owner had gloves on so she could so call check. Made us leave the room, my brother stood there while they went in. They went to the window and opened the bar. It was lifted up, he watched them. I had went outside with my animals to take them out. When I came back, I went straight to the room to find out what had happened. He told me that she had unscrewed the bar of the window. So I went down to the office . The owner said that my service animals weren't service animals. My baby is in training, but has been resistered as a service animal. My other has been for many years. They are totally house broken. Said I needed to pay another deposit, I had already paid $100. The man owner said if I didn't pay it, that we was out. It was supposedly in case they had an accident. I told the woman that I paid a deposit, which I wasn't supposed to. She said pay or leave. I had already paid for the day through a 3rd party application. Cause she raised the rates to over $1000 a week. We had stayed over 2 weeks already. So she brought that up, she was clearly mad about it. Then said my room floor had animal hair on it.
