Property was outdated and could use a good cleaning. Did the job for our short stay. Several rooms seems to be under construction at the time of our visit and we were constantly stepping over protective plastic on the floors and the hall where our room was located was quite dusty.

This place was so nice! The hours for breakfast and the pool were super convenient. It was clean and updated. We originally booked for two nights, however, chose to leave and head home ahead of the snowstorm. The customer service representative understood the need for us to leave early and refunded us for one of the nights, which was extremely kind and generous. I will be staying here again.

This hotel is convenient: close to the KU campus. I have stayed there several times and it is good. Biggest negatives: shower water pressure could be better; Street noise can be loud sometimes; and the common area floors could be cleaner (elevator floor was especially dirty). My room was very clean, however, and that is what really matters.

The built in outlets between the bed didn’t work. This is the second room I have had with this issue. It caused issues with charging my phone and using my cpap machine since they couldn’t be right next to me. Also at breakfast the sausage was cold.

I measure all hotels by the amount of water pressure in the shower. This hotel gets a very low score on this point. The water pressure was so low that it was difficult to get the shampoo rinsed out of our hair. We will not be returning.

Staff was very friendly and most aspects of the room were fine. However, the door and walls are anything but soundproof. We got full volume of the partiers walking between the room next to us, and the one across the hall.

Liked that I was off one of the main two intersections through lawrence and didn't hear the traffic. Loved that I had a nice spacious room that I could relax in. A great stay even though I was alone for this trip.

I’ve stayed here many times, and I really like it except for one thing - the weak showers. They just dribble on you. They’re the weakest showers of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! I appreciate the need to conserve water, but this hotel takes that too far.

Comfy beds, very kind and helpful staff. We asked for a roll-away bed and it was immediately delivered. So prompt and attentive! We love staying here when in Lawrence! Very conveniently located too!

When checking in - Chase was so friendly and welcoming. He gave us dinner recommendations which we did end up going to and it was delicious. He gave us some maps to the local area. Lawrence is a wonderful town - wish he had more time to spend there. This hotel was in a good spot - close to the downtown area and very clean.

Excellent location (close to my Lawrence family), rooms are big, coffe & tea station 24/7, buffet breakfast is available til 10am (important for us so we could get ready first), indoor pool is clean but cold, our check in was easy and beyond friendly and helpful. Only reason for 4 stars is the room could use a paint update in bathroom (ceiling was peeling from shower steam) & odd duvet cover over old (but clean) comforter, pool was too cold and one evening front desk was grumpy and short (issue over hot cocoa) but rest of staff was fantastic. We’ve stayed here before & will again.

We recently stayed in Lawrence for my daughter’s volleyball Nationals tournament for four days. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The two young ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was very safe and conveniently close to key amenities. We look forward to staying here again next year during Nationals.

Must be a newer property. It was immaculate. Very clean and really well done. Beautiful room! Front desk was super nice at night. Breakfast was pretty normal for a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. Beds were good. Very clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had cheese omelette, biscuits and gravy, fried potatoes, fruits, yogurts. Coffee 24/7.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Other hotels will rush you out of the breakfast area when breakfast time ends. Not this hotel. They waited until everyone was done and even asked if anybody needed anything prior to closing the breakfast area. Very personable.

It was a nice experience. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. They had a lot of options. Gym was sufficient for decent workouts

Breakfast was 6-10 am, we didn’t go down to eat until 9:30 and there was plenty of fresh hot food.

The room was clean and breakfast was very popular. The staff even brought in a crib for the 3 Mo old with us.

The location was convenient. The parking lot has huge pot holes. Our king suite was filthy. The sheets were covered in black debris, the bathroom found multiple hairs. The vent above the toilet dripped rusty water onto the toilet seat and floor that looked like urine. The shower had no water pressure and took a long time to warm up. The pillows were terrible. Too expensive for what it was. Disappointing.
